Food was not delivered correctly, French fries cold, burgers are super small. None of this is "my way" LOL

This has got to be the slowest drive through I have ever experienced. I don't know if it's because in Colorado everything is at a slowest pace. But I ordered my meal at 4pm. It was not a complicated order too. 1.) 2 kids meals 2.) 1 double bacon cheeseburger meal 3.) 1 shake 4.) 1 12 piece chicken sticks 5.) 3 cheeseburgers Then once I got my order it was wrong. They misplaced the burgers. And forgot to give a drink tray for the many drinks. I noticed they were training another person. But they need to plan this better. Took over 30 mins total, from the time I ordered to the time I left the place. I hope this was a one time thing and not everyday. read more

The food was hot and prepped quickly. The play land is in a separate room that has a door so kids can't easily run off. Clean tables and clean bathroom. read more

I was waiting in the drive thru line for a while, the lady told me she would be with me in a second and I understood because there was a truck getting helped with their order before me but the car that was behind that truck was not at the drive thru before me and they still helped them out before me. This place was so hot! Guessing they dont use AC. It was cooler outside. Everyone was dripping! Food was typical I had a fish sandwich which could have used more tartar sauce. read more

Good - 1. Wi-fi! 2. Counter help was nice. Bad - 1. Flies! This restaurant has more flies that the pasture I worked in all day. In three visits, the experience was the same. The soda fountain area is like a feeding trough for the flies. 2. It is hot in the summer. Hot, hot, hot. 3. Employee children seem to use this place as a second home. 4. The TV, while nice, is an interruption. Turn off the news and put on sports or something more positive. read more

In my opinion, a fast food restaurant's overall satisfaction is in its consistency. Burger King in Cortez has been nothing less than that. In fact, it's amongst the freshest and 'real-tasting' BK's I've eaten at. I did read the reviews of some of the complainers. Sounds to me they are just simply complainers. I eat here once every week or two and there has never been an issue with the staff, the napkins, the flies, etc.--all which the previous Yelp complainers have pointed out. I really don't expect much from a cheap fast food chain, but this place was just gross. They were out of fries, shake machine was down, my shoes stuck to floor, and even my children complained about how filthy the playground was: they stuck to the slide and it smelled foul. The food we were able to order was about as expected from a fast food joint (and they did get our order right), and the bathrooms were at least mostly clean. read more

The business smells of old stale grease. Everything thing you touch just feels greasy. The tables, chairs, ect. Windows were dirty and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Flies were awful! Restrooms were dirty and at 8am soap dispensers were empty. Definitely needs a good cleaning!! read more

As fast food carnivores, the wife and I have always been partial to Burger King and as the years and our travels have sped by, we have stopped at more BK's than Trump has scandals. We're here to tell all who might be interested that this particular Burger King is the absolute finest in all the realm. My Much Better Half purchased a cheeseburger for herself and a double cheeseburger with a side of fries for me. Without a doubt these were the most delicious fast food burgers we have ever tasted. They were obviously cooked to order and at least 50 percent thicker than what one would normally expect to purchase. Even the French fries were extra tasty. read more

Store not scheduled to close until midnight however the staff decided that 10 pm was a good time to shut down the ice cream machine for the night!?! In the summer?? Rude staff. Terrible service. Staff eat fries directly from the batch, jumps over the counter. I was actually impress how bad this could be.

The food is reliably good in this newly-remodeled BK store. Front counter help is always polite and efficient and they are happy to see you with you coupons. A big screen TV is always on and I'll have to come in during a Bronco game sometime. read more
