Update: after posting the below I finally got a call back for a very pleasant gentleman from Dessani Paradise. He promised take corrective actions with the staff and offered to make things right with me. I certainly appreciate good customer service. Manager didn't even have courage to tell me personally he was "too busy" and relayed via the counter server. Tried to call franchisee Dessani Paradise and can only leave voicemail with no reply. I have gone to bk.com/support, spoke with the AI told someone would email me. Nothing. Called the 800#, rang forever before getting a recording to leave a message eventhough it was within the business hours. So far no return calls. Seems like surveys are meaningless, promotions not honored, and no customer service to speak of. Bad enough the store got the order wrong that resulted in a negative survey, but then to dishonor customers this way at so many levels.... Have it your way? More like Have it no way. read more

Whopper Wednesday for $5.99 turned into Hockey Puck grossness!! The whopper was so hot when I got it I couldn't handle it, I should have known then something was not right. By the time I got home, 3 miles away, the bun w as like a hockey puck, which leads me to believe mid week they need to move old buns, so instead of pitching them they run a sale a microwave them so they are very soft thinking people will eat the sandwich before it turns into a puck!! So, for starters- it's been IMPOSSIBLE to get really good Burger King as I remember it from my childhood. I try annually and have always been dissatisfied. Today, I ordered with the backup plan to have Rosa's if it didn't taste good and MY GOD was it delicious. Lol it was SO GOOD. It was a drive thru order and they cut my sandwiches in half as requested, the onion rings were fresh, everything was fresh and I didn't have to request that it be fresh. Lol 10/10! read more

This evening, 7/23/25, we ordered food for my family through the drive thru at Burger King #28313 in Crossroads, Texas around 8:18 PM and we purchased 2 Royal crispy chicken combos both medium, one with a sprite and the other with coke no ice. One sandwich had bacon added. I also purchased a Wednesday whopper special with no cheese and a coke. Jayda assisted me in the drive thru. When she gave me one drink, it wasted in my lap. She quickly apologized and said she didn't put the top on it all the way. Due to my large order of $45, I was asked to pull around to the front. Before doing so, I asked for ranch and honey mustard. Jayla, a different young lady brought my food. I had to go inside for the extra sauces requested. Once home, we noticed we were missing a fry, a sprite and there was cheese on the Wednesday whopper special burger. My 72 year mother is allergic and cannot eat cheese. If would have been my burger, I could have easily scraped it off. I called in due to the order issue and spoke with Jayla who said she was the manager and told me that she could not do anything but if we wanted to bring the food back, they would have it made again but they can't do anything tonight outside of that because this happens all the time and people scam after going to buy food. After I told her who I was and reaffirmed that she was the one who brought the food to the car she said "oh" and then said, "Yeah we can't do anything." I questioned her professionalism by not offering a managers name or available time to call and expressed the treatment received. She giggled as if it was funny.I took all food received back to the store and when I walked in, I asked for the manager and Jayla, an African American female with individual braids confirmed she was the manager. I advised I would like a refund. She asked for my receipt but Jayda, the Caucasian cashier asked my husband during the drive thru visit if he wanted his receipt and he said no. Jayda went to the drive thru POS monitor in the drive thru cubby and told me the system was glitching and she couldn't find the order. Elayjah, an African American cashier with a blond hair style asked me to write my order down so she could make sure the refund is accurate. Upon my arrival despite my professional attitude, Jayla told me she didn't bring the food out and when I mentioned to her how I felt her professional approach to the situation could have been handled differently and as she became upset, she began to yell at me. I acknowledged when new customers came in, her tone changed to helpful. It took 48 minutes for me to receive my refund. There was black hair on the floor and I was called a motherf****r by Jayla. Any word I said she would respond with yeah okay uh huh. I am at a loss for words to think that the world we live in. The other workers were professionals but it takes one rotten egg to ruin it all. There should be professionalism training and it needs to be taught not to lie on who the true manager in duty is. My husband came inside after waiting with my toddler outside in the car who was hungry and he was told that Jayda was the manager and she completed the refund. The worst experience I have ever had eating fast food. Turns out she was not the manager, and Jayda was the manager after she told me multiple time she was the manager. This store should have a re-organization of policy and rules if you allow your employees to call customers outside of their name and use profanity. read more

My fiancé and I moved from NYC back in July 2019. My fiancé loves the burgers from Burger King more than any other fast food joint. Of course after moving to Texas, there were way more fast food options, but not much BKs. We were excited for this new location. Tried it once. NEVER again. I'm not a picky eater, I will finish my food even if it's not great. I will give a place another chance hoping it's just a bad batch that day. But BOYYYYYYY this BK is not getting another chance from me. We even passed by it yesterday during rush hour. Chick-fil-a was PACKED. Food isn't good, Staff doesn't pay attention nor do they provide great customer service. Highly recommend a different place to eat. Hot fresh food truly is hard to come by since the pandemic! No one wants to work or have major attitude when attempting to pace order and pick up food! OMG, no. Pulled into the drive-thru tonight at 9:56pm and left with my food at 10:31. Over a 30 minute wait for fast food. Not only that, my order was wrong. We could've dined at a restaurant for the amount of money and time spent in the drive thru!! read more

Have given this place 2 chances since my son has been eagerly waiting for this store to open. Both times I had to wait a hour in the drive thru! A HOUR! This BK had us very excited, as we've waited so long to have one near Paloma Creek. Sadly, this location is absolutely terrible in every possible measurement. I wish I could give ZERO stars. First, technically speaking, they need to fix their drive-through speakers so they work consistently. Twice out of the 5 times we've been, they either did not work or the person operating it did not know how to work them. I don't expect much from Fast Food operators, but clicking the headset button is pretty basic, right? Second, no matter how many times I repeat an order if I ask for ANY customizations they fail. Every time. And usually, when I get to the cashier and they repeat the order, it's close but never right. And forget getting the drink right. That's never happened in all 5 visits. Apparently, the food preparers have a default way to make things and will always make them that way. In my next to the last run-through, they messed up the crispy chicken sandwich 3 times, requiring a complete revisit through the drive-through. How hard is "Dry" with lettuce and tomato only? I repeated "No Sauce" and got first, only sauce, no lettuce or tomato. Next, I got all three. Third I go nothing, no sauce, and no lettuce and tomato. Seriously, this was last week. Third, on the same visit, when I asked the cashier for a receipt, she said "We don't do that." WTF does that mean? Yes, yes you do that. The time before it, the cashier told me the receipt comes from the second window, but of course, the second window said no, they don't give out receipts. On my last visit (4/8/21) I ordered a Texas Whopper meal, a crispy chicken sandwich meal, 2 large sweet iced teas (ez ice), and 2 large fries, and an extra order of Onion rings with Zesty sauce. I custom ordered the Whopper to not have onions - it had onions. My meal did not have the large fires, just the extra onion rings (no sauce though), and yes we're both on a receipt (I actually got one from the second window because even during peak hours the first window was not operating). I was handed one Large sweet tea and one medium unsweet tea. Neither was ez ice. The receipt was right btw. I checked the crispy chicken sandwich and it looked right for once (first time in 5 visits) and so I took it home. Oops, Crispy Chicken Sandwich was a Spicy chicken sandwich and was as hard as a damn hokey puck. So that's a fail on my burger, my wife's chicken, my fries, the drinks, and the onion ring sauce in a single run...today. How can you be THIS bad at everything? No redeeming qualities. We're done with this BK. it's no wonder there's never anyone in their drive-through. I guess everyone learned their lessons earlier then we did. read more

I am so happy to have a BK close to my house. People need to give it a chance to get things right!!! THEY JUST OPENED. Yea I got one order that was completely wrong but you know what... I ate it. It was hot. Tasted amazing. I always get great customer service here. Young employees who are newer to the work force don't pay attention as much as they should but hey... they will learn. We tried the BK at Crossroads twice. Both times the burgers were dry & cold. Maybe things have changed but the place is run by a bunch of kids who are more interested in socializing than making good burgers! This BK is always empty when we drive by. Wouldn't be surprised if it closes. read more

Never again. There's a reason its always empty here when you drive by. Gave them three chances because I live up the street. Took 15 minutes to get a side salad. This mess is literally the shredded lettuce they put on the burgers, shredded cheese, and some ranch dipping sauces. They don't even have croutons. I've made simple orders of two cookies. Literally each time they either only have one cookie left or they're out of them. Every time I've been up there it's like nobody knows what they're doing at all. Just weird stuff. read more

You would think since it's a new establishment with newly trained hires, there would be some sort of structure at this place. It seems as if no one was trained and people walked in and started working with no knowledge of the company. My order was all incorrect, had to wait in a long line for a very long time for a simple mobile order. How do you mess up on a mobile order, you just read what the person wants. read more

Unfortunately, I would probably give my last order a zero. I purchased chicken fries, fries and a sweet tea for my son. The chicken fries were rock hard, and my son wouldn't eat them. I thought he was being 'picky', so I picked one up and tried it. It was so hard that it was, literally, inedible. And how do you ruin fries? I assume they were undercooked, but I'm not sure. He wouldn't eat them either. We eat Burger King all the time, but unfortunately, it'll be a while before we go back to this location. On a positive note, the sweet tea was drinkable. read more

After waiting 45 min, we received the wrong order and all of our food was cold. We ordered $26 worth of food and received about $10 and soggy/cold fries. Won't be going back. read more
