Basically, he dismissed me and asserted that I was lying on his employees. He didn't offer investigation nor resolution. I feel disrespected by immature workers with no customer service training, and cheated out of the cheesy fries that I paid for and didn't get.

For drinks it prints out QR codes to scan and activate the machines. That was new but cool. You could get refills with the code as well. All staff was really nice and helpful. They checked up on us multiple times throughout our meal and were nothing short of perfection. The food was so good and cheap which is just what we needed in during this tumultuous trip.
