In an era where a lot of customer service includes people who mumble or seem inconvenienced that you are there to purchase food from an establishment., Christian made sure to be personable, speak clearly and be patient and knowledgeable about the menu. Don't eat inside. Burger King has made the eat in experience painfully unbearable. You will not get service, they are busy with drove through, then to go orders (Uber eats etc), then , maybe , not b/c they want to but B/c you've been there so long, ask you what you want. The dining room is filthy dirty, including the drink station, there is not one condiment to help yourself with so again your at the mercy of trying to get the staffs attention, the place is dead like in its ambiance, no music, no frills or happy pictures or colors of any kind. We didn't go inside, so I can't wait the interior but outside is clean and the structure of the ordered line is organizer around the building. I go to this BK with my father as a weekly basis, I could say this is the best BK I've ever been, we use the Bk app, and we always take the GREAT DEALS that Burger King offers, as I said, on a weekly basis. But not only that, staff here really go the extra mile, they take care of the customers, they are very educated, and burgers are always the same GREAT QUALITY as always. Keep it up! Horrible SERVICE!! I came for the first time through the drive thru and Jackie twice cut me off when I tried to explain what type of coupon I had. She cut me off both times rudely when in the restrictions it doesn't say that I need to come inside to use the coupon. I took picture of the coupon and everything. All the manager Raquel can say which I don't even know if that's her name cause her name tag is blank (another u professional thing) every employee should have their name tag managers or supervisors aren't excused. What kind of example is she displaying. Anyways all the manager Raquel can say is sorry. She didn't do anything to make it better or fix it. I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and she made me get off the car when there was no need to. We frequent this location because it is near my office. I have been served rAw burgers on more than one occasion. I, now, always ask for them to be well done. Today, once again, the burger I received was RAW and soggy. Anyone who has cooked ground beef knows it should not be pink and soft. It was... when voicing my concerns to management at the location, the franchise owner came off very brash and unapologetic. At times we were visiting this location daily. I've always had a very good experience at this location. They always are friendly, especially at the drive thru and they will happily make any of the food fresh (like fries or a chicken sandwich) when I ask them. And, they make it super quick. The only challenge is getting in and out of here with your vehicle. read more

The impossible burger has actually brought me back to Burger King after years of basically not stopping by. This is one of the newer locations and I really didn't have any complaints here. Order was taken quickly, food served just as fast and you know what you are getting here...yes, it's not the Capital Grille. There are certain things that BK serves that could be better...I ordered the onion rings and found them to be so-so. No one in my group had any complaints. I love this Burger King they always get my order right and the woman that takes my order is usually the same person and she's very thorough. It's cool because it's new, so the presentation of the actual place is different, kind of futuristic. They built it in no time, which says nothing about the food, but I was amazed. The food is fast. Burgers, sandwiches, fries and what not. I think everybody has been to one somewhere around the world. I like their whopper junior combo. Almost always ask for the same thing. This Burger King is fairly new. Service is fast, place is clean. Food is good also. Only draw back is that there is a school nearby and when kids get out this place gets packed with high school kids. They have a flatscreen on the wall to watch TV, and the refill station is open so you don't have to bother an employee. read more

I come here every once in a while, the service is always fast and clean. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee ,a Whopper and chicken fri s not only was it fast but everything tasted really good. Burger King is already a famous brand with ton of franchises all around miami and the world, but this one at doral is my go-to spot when it comes to getting something quick, if you on a tight budget come here with your kids, they have a pretty nice play area for them and there's always plenty of space to park!
