Young male, tan, & on the taller side helped my fiancé & I with our subs this evening. We both ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and the young man assisted me with my customized toppings on my sandwich with no problem. I expressed that I had not been to Jersey Mikes in years, and he was very patient with us. Not only was he very polite, but he was also very nice and it honestly made me happy that he was happy to help and guide us. He made the sandwiches amazing and exactly to the t. Give him the credit, because it's rare nowadays to find young employees who have manners and are actually in a good mood and who are willing to help their customers. Overall this place is a great place to eat from, we ordered food to take home nd honestly the service was excellent. It was my first time eating from a Jersey Mike's and I can see myself going to this place more often over my other sandwich areas, they were very clean and very diligent with their orders. They were quick and efficient and really made the experience all the better, and the food was delicious. The food was so good, we just ordered the subs because we had chips and stuff at home which is what we normally do and honestly it let me focus more on the sub which is what's more important. The subs were excellent and filled with flavor as well as made exactly how we asked and I couldn't have had a better sub personally. My sisters been going to this specific location 3 times a week and always gets the same sub made by the same person. Today the manager attended her and did not want to make her sub the way she has ALWAYS ordered it because, and I quote " it's going to ruin my grill". After fighting back and fourth and feeling belittled she gave up and the other female employee was kind enough to give her chips at no cost which was very much appreciated. Management should definitely take a hospitality course in how to speak to customers. read more

Ordered a Philly cheese steak and a club. Both were fresh and came out fast. Bread was fresh and fluffy. The Philly was not too cheesy but just right. Workers were fast and courteous. This is by far my favorite Jersey Mike's in all Miami. The staff is very friendly, they actually make conversation and they remember your name when you come back. It feels that you're not in Miami for a few moments they're so friendly. All the vegetables are fresh and I love the pickles they use here. I've been here several times and have not been disappointed with the subs. The subs are good and the service has been good so far. The only thing that irks me is the fact that they don't use a prepping board to prep the sandwiches. They kind of just put them on top of the counter and Oreo then there. Let's first start off with these teenagers don't care they have a job or that they are getting paid. They are rude beyond rude. Second thing they have the worst quality meat possible. There were bones and cartilage in my sandwich and when I've been trying to call them to explain to them what happened they're not answering the phones. Not steak for the famous mikes and when they give me the food bread was cold like is was taken from the fridge . I'm a customer that comes here often but this was a really awful experience.... This place was surprisingly good! I ordered a #17 which is the famous philly cheese sub and it was exactly how I feel a philly cheese should be. First time going to this place and it was a complete waste of 48$ my mom and I got three subs to go and the only one that was correct was my moms which was a tuna sandwich she had created in front of us. My mom let the guy know before we began ordering that this was our first time here so we didn't know how they prepped their sandwiches and well ...they had my sisters chicken bacon ranch sandwich in the bag and my chipotle chicken wrapped before my moms was even finished and had me paying it too. I asked for a giant before paying and they were okay with it which was really nice but I would never have asked for it if I had known they were making a completely different sandwich for me. They didn't ask us what bread we wanted or if we wanted extra toppings on our sandwich which they had already packed before I even got to look at them. When we told them this they were so surprised and the guy told us he had asked my mom which bread she wanted which she didn't because she didn't even know what breads they had since they didn't care to explain he only asked what sandwiches we wanted and told my mom they would be prepped there at the counter. We left SOOO disappointed honestly, on top of that when I got home hoping to god that these sandwiches were worth it.. they weren't ...my sisters sandwich the chicken bacon ranch was SUPER salty she couldn't take more then three bites cause her lips and gums were red from the salt irritation.. my sister doesn't have a gall bladder and she's really sensitive to things that might mess up her GI so she had to throw it away. My half sandwich was salty as well, the cheese was not melted at all it was literally a slice of white cheese and then the other half which they had packed apart since I had asked for a giant sandwich after they had packed it already without me noticing; was STEAK. The only sandwich made right was my moms which was made in front of her. This was our first time here and will quite honestly be the last.
