This is my first time to try this KFC store. I came around 6:30 pm on Saturday(2/27) to try KFC's new chicken sandwich. There were no other customers but me and while I waiting for my food two other customers came in. I ordered one KFC's new chicken sandwich. It was $3.99 plus tax. After I ordered I was waiting in the lobby and a few minutes my order number was called. Before I left, I wanted to see if my order was done right. I took out sandwich and opened and I was shocked. The chicken piece was so tiny and little. I could not believe this was KFC's new chicken sandwich. I knew there was something wrong, like mixed order. So I told one of the staff and showed it to him. After he took a look, he said there was nothing wrong. I laughed and told him that "Are you joking? Is this really new chicken sandwich?" He kept saying that was right. The two other customers waiting in the lobby saw the sandwich and they shook their head and said that that was not right. Then the staff told me he would talk to the manager about this. The manager came and look at the sandwich and said he would make a new sandwich. I wanted a refund but I decided to try anyway. If you the picture below everyone can tell this is not a regular chicken sandwich. Anyone can make a mistake and I don't blame that, but even when I showed it in front of their eyes they kept insisting there was nothing wrong. When new sandwich was served one female staff brought it to me and kept say the excuse that they was chicken sandwich. KFC should educate employees how to service customers right . No wonder this store has a low rating. After I came home, I try THE new chicken sandwich. It is not worth mentioning the comparison with competitors. It was not good. Went for lunch at this location this week And discovered the line inside moves very slow here. The priority seems to be serving the drive thru as our wait for our chicken was very very long, as was others. They also forgot one of our biscuits. The chicken was really good and cooked perfectly. Coleslaw was tasty, Mac and cheese not so much. The sitting area is relatively small and they don't seem to clean it up that often. Crumbs on tables, full garbage bins, there's lots of room for improvement here. read more

The service is the worst ever! It can't get any lower on any standard!! Every time i come there, the cashier cant speak english properly and treat the customer very rudely. Then the managers, they must have 6 there because I had the pleasure to speak to 2 of them when i finally realized it was useless. One manager just said wait a minute like she was going to do something then got another one who just look at me with a blank face and said " you're right " and did nothing and got another manager explaining because they have a clock on the window, that you can have a customer who is the only one there for 15 minutes straight have to drive thru the drive thru again for 1 side order that was forgotten on the original order?????. This location is just The Worst!! I have visited this location multiple times and each time it's worst than the last. Tonight was the final straw and final visit. I arrived with 2 cars in front of me. From when I arrived to when I received my food and left about 35 mins had passed (mind you this was around 9pm, not any kind of rush hours). I ordered a 12pc family meal. 1/2 crispy and 1/2 original all dark meat with mash, gravy, wedges, and corn. As well as a few items from the Taco Bell menu. When we arrived home I was missing the mash and gravy, the corn was cold and dry, the chicken was all original with dark and white meat, the wedges burned and soggy, and all of the Taco Bell items were cold and soggy. I live less than 5 minutes from this location so distance is not the key factor here. After spending almost $50 I expected to get what I paid for. Instead I was left as disappointed as I am after watching anything with Emma Watson. This was beyond disgusting and inedible. read more

WORST KFC/TACO BELL IN MIAMI. I work in the same plaza, 1 store down, and have been to this KFC/taco bell at least 20 times. The service SUCKS every time. If my lunch break starts at 1:30pm and i get there at 1:31pm, it'll take 10 to 15 minutes just to place and receive my order. The food sucks. The potato wedges are cold and soggy. The cheese on the quesadillas is not melted. The nachos are stale. Everything about this place sucks. The service sucks when you walk in and order. The food sucks when you get it. I was so mad about it once (they gave me nachos so stale that they smelled and stunk up my whole car), that i called the corporate KFC number on the receipt and complained. Left a full complaint, never heard back from anyone. Seriously, dont waste your time here. Go to chick fil-a or firehouse subs on the other side of 41st/107th, or the argentine restauraunt one store down, or the mcdonalds/bk one mile down 41st. This KFC/taco be should be closed. Great servers at the counter: fast, efficient and helpful, but the food was terrible! Biscuit was dry and hard, chicken was too big, sloppy and bland tasting. Didn't even finish it. Obviously a big disjoint between the counter and the kitchen. read more

Worst customer service I've witnessed in a fast food restaurant. if I could give this zero stars, I would. When we asked the cashier what was inside one of the burritos, he said "I don't know" and left. Then, the employee in drive-thru got in a fight with a customer for giving him a fake bill. He insulted him and screamed at him very loudly, disturbing everyone else that was eating. Also, two of the employees were fighting and one went outside and through mash potato at the other employees car and it landed on the door of the main entrance as well. Not bad. Certainly better than the location way up here in Melbourne. This past visit, though, I think I was ripped off. I ordered the three piece meal that comes with two breasts and a wing (says it right on the menu board). What I got was a breast, a wing and a thigh. Oh well, it's a minor complaint for a store that does fairly well overall. But truly, my only real complaint is the location. It's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot. This is probably one of my worst experiences in a fast food restaurant. My family and I were extremely hungry so we decide to go to KFC,we order our food and it takes 20 minutes to get our food we see people that order after us getting their food finishing eating it and leaving and we still had not gotten our food. We asked for the manager to complain and after 5 minutes he finally came. He argued with us and we could see he was frustrated as we argued of the unfair time we had to wait we finally got our food but we were disappointed with the poor treatment the restaurant provided. A good service experience would have warned the customer of the long wait time so they could decide if they wanted to wait or if it was not worth ordering it even if he/she didn't do that they would apologized for not warning us and would have asked if there was any way they could make the customers experience better, and just like that all of this would have been avoided but sadly that was not that case.
