WORST. BURGER KING. EVER. We came here 20 minutes before close and were treated very snottily by one of the girls behind the counter. But, it wasn't the fact she told us we wouldn't have time to order, but the fact that she had already closed down the beverage station and gave us the stink eye as we were eating. I've been here on multiple occasions and am going to try to visit tomorrow (as of typing this review) for a good lunch but the service is quite smooth for the most part and the food is as equally delicious as it always is. The negative would be the bathroom and how it smells like charbroiled burgers or really is an aroma that could emphasize on the flame grilled burgers concept. But other than that it's by Edmonds Woodway High School & is a fair ride from the local community college if you attend classes there such as myself. My rating is focused on the consistent superb CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food is good. But this site shines with clear English, smiles abound, clean lot, enthusiasm and landscaped spaces. I have NEVER been disappointed with staff. I have always received what I ordered. They have coupons for those of us who are splurging just to get someone else to cook once a week. I am hesitant to give 4 stars to a fast food joint but the fact is they have never messed up our order in any way whatsoever. We get what we ordered, prepared how we asked, and the service is excellent. We drive a long way about once a month to enjoy their food when we have cravings. I was at the drive thru and the guy who was making my sandwich was texting on his phone with his gloves on, put his phone in his pocket, and then proceeded to make my burger without switching gloves. Do you know how gross cell phones can get? I can't say I expect much out of a Burger King but that was kind of gross. Not normally a fast-food person, however my husband requested Burger King on the way back from my taking pictures of the Edmonds Waterfront at sunrise. While I cannot comment on the food as my poodle and my other half consumed it, the coffee was definitely solid. Is the frying oil being changed. I went to this location on Sunday and ordered onion rings and I noticed they were spicy,I didn't t think to much of as I had not ordered them on years. So went back this morning 5 days later and ordered French toast sticks and they too had this spicy flavor... it seems like potentially all food is being fried in the same oil. read more

Food taste fine. The place was clean. There is construction going on on 76th until 212th so Expect delays. I was surprised that they have no diaper changing table in the bathrooms. I was spending time with my little granddaughter and needed to change her and went in there to find no change table. Very surprising since they have kids meals. read more

I had the impossible burger a few days ago from this location. I know they use microwaves, but this burger was dry and all burned and crusty (from the first round of cooking) that's couldn't eat it. Additionally, I am not sure what kind of onions they were using, but the smell was so strong it lingered in my car for over four days. I've had this burger before and it was pretty good. For fast food in Edmonds, this location is efficient and the food is delicious. They have a veggie burger!!! It is so good and doesn't taste like it has been prepared near the other beef patties. I highly recommend this location if you are interested in a quick, healthy options. I only go through the drive-thru instead of going inside. I've been to this BK across the street from Edmonds Senior High School several times over the years. On my last three visits I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. I go here because it's close to work for lunch. The only thing I ever get is the grilled, apple and cranberry salad which has crumbled feta cheese and an apple vinergrette salad dressing, new off there improved menu. Service is good, the fries at Burger King are HORRIBLE as a franchise, and the coffee is ok, the whipped topping they put on it doesn't desolve well so it makes me wonder what's in it. I really like this salad beats all of the other fast food saladsof the competitors and has the flame grilled taste. read more

Food here is typical BK if you like that. As others have noted customer service tends to be better than other fast food joints. The workers look clean. Orders tend to be accurate even with some complexity. I've never seen the place crowded and I usually only go when deep discount coupons are in the mail. read more

Gary, one of the employees in the morning is very friendly and attentive. The water function on the drink machine is broken so Burger King should fix it. To accommodate Gary always keeps on eye on the confused customers at the watering hole. Food wise, typical grab n go but not terrible. read more

This is the worst Burger King. They don't change the oil in the fryers. Their crispy chicken are dark and salty terrible. I work in Burien and order a crispy chicken. They are so good. I went in to the store to order the chicken sandwich meal. I was told that because I ordered the meal I do not get the free chicken sandwich. I explained that my wife and I get the chicken sandwich meal at least once a week and I have always gotten the free sandwich. I was not happy, but if that is the new policy then i will pay for my extra chicken sandwich. I was waiting for my meal and another employee told me I should have gotten the free sandwich and he would refund my money and charge me the lower price. I paid with debit and gave him my card to get the refund and charge the new amount. I did not receive a refund and was charged for both charges. This was a rip off pure and simple. My husband just got home from this Burger King with a meal he ordered for me through the drive-thru window. (I was home sick and really only had him go there, because I craving their fries and chicken strips.) He asked the employee if the fries were in the bag and she assured him they were. Well, when he got home NO FRIES!!! Called and talked to "the manager" who apparently doesn't know that the customer is always right and she wanted to accuse me of being rude!!! With the price of gas at over $4.29 a gallon.there is no way I am going to have my husband make a 7 mile round trip back there for a side of small side of fries!!! And that is ALL they were going to give me for my inconvenience and THEIR MISTAKE!!! "The manager" ended up hanging up on me, as I was thanking her and telling her to "Have a good day.". If this is the way they do customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere!!!
