We needed to get gas and Burger King was next-door. We went through the drive-through since we were on a road trip. The line went pretty fast. We used the app to get a deal. We got two whoppers, two small fry, and two drinks for $20 which is a great deal. We ask for them not to put salt on the fries and fries came out hot and fresh. The whopper was made so lovely. I didn't take any pictures of my food beforehand because it was so good. The burger was juicy and flavorful. I love whoppers. I loved how the burger was made. The food was good. I left my purse there accidentally in the bathroom. 2 1/2 hours later I realized it was missing so I called them and they had it. I had to drive back 2 1/2 hrs because we were on vacation. No one took anything out of it (money and credit cards). They were really trust worthy. Too slow to even place an order today. When I came in, I saw three people in line for the register. I headed over to the bathroom, which was not awful but definitely no clean. This is the worst burger king I've ever seen. They have a lot of staff yet they work so slow, and the staff seem very inexperienced. One of the nastiest restrooms I've ever seen. Every stall had flies on toilet looking at me like I was crazy. The smell was disgusting. This BG is tied to a gas station which is the only reason we went in, to use the restroom. I'd never eat here. With all of the negative reviews, I would hope BG Corporation or management of this location get their act together. I feel bad for the folks who were dining in this establishment. read more

I asked for lids because they didn't have any out on the counter and the person who I asked rolled their eyes and told me to ask someone else. We drive through Emporia regularly, but my grandson was with us and he insisted on BK. It is amazing this place is still allowed to operate. The dining room was absolutely filthy. Tables were not wiped down between customers. Employee masks were down on their chins. The bathrooms were filthy and there was NO toilet paper. As I was seated, I felt something drop on my head and it was pea-sized particles of black crud falling from the AC vent above me...which was CAKED with nasty dirt and grime. I tried one of their new ChiKing sandwiches and the patty was processed meat with at least 3 globs of gristle that I had to spit out. It was disgusting. The floor in front of the soda machine was wet and sticky. Napkin dispensers were empty. I will NEVER return to this disgusting location. Arby's is right next door and it is excellent. read more

Drink dispenser was out of 80% of everything the entire time we were there. Saw at least 10 people working, one on the front register, one on the drive thru register and the rest running around trying to take care of orders. They purposely acted like you didn't exist when trying to let them know that the drink machine was empty. Traveling through town, stopped here several times in the past. The 7 am crew was rude. I pulled up as another car just ordered and moved up. The attendant asked me to wait. After three minutes, I said hello and I was asked to wait. After another three minutes they took my order. Once I pulled around and payed they asked me to pull up. There was no one behind me so I did not. Within 2 minutes, they brought me the order minus one item and when I said you missed this item she replied you only ordered one. I then paid for another and she asked me to move up again. No one was behind me and I did not move again. The manager now shows up and says I have to move up because they are timed.
