Now let me tell yall, I LOVE a good three piece tender with some fries and a Dr Pepper from Hardee's. Now it was just my great idea to stop by the one in Emporia because why not, we're coming back from a trip and we're hungry. One of my biggest regrets. First thing we walk in with two people in front of us and thought oh wow not a long wait at all. JOKES ON ME, took so long. After we ordered we got our drink cups and when I went to get my drink it was straight carbonation no syrup in the soda at all. Now we have to find a seat right? No customers inside. We waited 8 minutes to have someone take our order. We were acknowledged by the girl manning the drive- up but then ignored. Obvious they were short staffed but no excuse. When we were walking away from the counter to have lunch elsewhere, she then said "are you ready to order?" We won't try Hardee's again. read more

We walked in and it was busy, so figured that was a good sign, but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with flies flying around everywhere and the drink stations were extremely dirty/leaking with gunk around them. High chance of order being wrong. There's no way this place would pass a health inspection. Do not eat here! read more

Went to Hardee's assuming it was one of the best fast foods in America. Instead I got the driest nastiest burger I've ever been forced to eat. Don't waste your time. Every time I've been here, there's always something missing from my order. That's AFTER waiting almost 30 mins for our food. I don't know why I keep putting myself in this situation. I guess I just keep thinking 'maybe this time it'll be different from the other times'..... and it never is. But that's not the worst part. After realizing something was missing from my order yet again, I go inside and am greeted by a giant puddle of liquid on the floor. I'm guessing it's water. It's a literal puddle that spans from the rear door to the fountain drink station, and no one is out there mopping it up. But hey, they put out caution signs so it's all good I guess, right? Just off 95 The wait at the light can be long. This was my first time here and only went through the drive through The staff was friendly and courteous. She explained some of the selections to me I haven't been to a Hardee's in years I heard they have low carb options so I wanted to try it I got the thick burger with bacon. They wrapped it in lettuce and it was very good As far as fast food is concerned The burger was hot. Lettuce was fresh Service was fast. I'll come again read more

Nice girl at the order window. Food is bad. Meat in burger is hard and doesn't taste good. The Mushroom n Swiss was salty. Fries are bland. The coke was good! It's the type of experience that makes you not want to eat at Hardee's again. read more

The men's restroom was the grossest men's restroom in a fast food restaurant i've ever seen - and I've seen plenty. Also every table was dirty. Service is unprofessional! The restaurant is filthy! Service was slow, which we now expect! There were roaches crawling up the wall. I certainly was not going to food from there after seeing that. I clearly asked for a refund but the manager took her time giving my money back and when I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and stated in nasty tone I'm gonna get you a receipt! The woman at the drive thru today(20170829 12:50pm) was the most unprofessional woman that I've ever seen work at that location. I always come here to get a strawberry milkshake and this lady didn't even greet me at the window nor did she greeted me one at the ordering station. It was, "go on with your order". Just ghetto! Her attitude and facial expressions were horrible. You could tell that she was having a bad day and was annoyed. Once I got to her window, she handed me my milkshake and made it fall in my car without me reaching with a grip in time. She did not apologize she just turned and laughed. Very unprofessional.
