Pretty tasty! This location is pretty close to my work so I have hit it a few times. The location is clean inside and outside. Customer service has always been good here. They handle the drive through line well even when it is busy. Burger King rotates new burgers in fairly often. I tried the Angry Whopper today and it was pretty good. Not quite like the picture on the drive through but actually pretty close. I also had the Satisfries for the first time. I feel healthier already! The Satisfries were not bad, but I think I will stick with the regular fries. read more

While my husband ordered I used the restroom. As I was washing my hands a young male employee entered without announcing himself. I asked why he was in the Ladies room and he said he was checking supplies?? Came here a couple months ago while it was being renovated. There was a sign that the drive thru was open but it was blocked by construction equipment and workers so I left. Tried again on 7/20/17 and it was open but definitely not improved. The drive thru lane is difficult to navigate and the menu board is positioned so parallel to the lane that you can't read it. The employees at the window were nice enough but seemed new or inexperienced. Only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is they weren't rude. The wait time was insane! The whole process took about 35 minutes to get through the dive thru and my order and they forgot my fries so I had to come back in. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. Extremely unhappy with my experience and I will not be returning. read more

Just went thru the drive thru - they screwed up my order and wouldn't correct it but argued with me instead / never again I ordered a Crispy Parmesan Sandwich Meal - the order clerk repeated my order, I said yes, that is my order. Next reality gets out of wack. They charge me for a meal, and don't include the fries. I say, "um excuse me I ordered the meal. The other employee blurts out, "I heard him repeat your order, and he never said, 'Meal!' Now I'm flustered. Why is he so angry with me? I tell him "No.". I asked for the meal. This place is a total joke. Sign said it's open 24hrs but yet the dine in area is close and the drive thru is close. Folsom is lacking in their burger king locations, but this one is a good one! its like every other chain burger king, but the employees are very nice and the food is well prepped. First time I went there, I ordered sweet tea at the drive through along with my chicken sandwich. The girl at the window even said it is sweet tea. When I got to work, it wasn't sweet tea. The drive-thru service is not good. First I couldn't really understand the person taking my order. Then I got my food and drove off, only checking to make sure there were the right number of things in the bag. When I reached my destination and prepared to eat I found that they had not given me what I ordered. Also there was no receipt in the bag so I couldn't call to complain or get a refund because I couldn't tell them which order number it was. The little girl behind the counter informed us that she could not accept the coupon even though the coupon was good for this location. If the owners do not want to honor coupons, they should not put there businesses in the coupon book. We prefer BK over the other burger joints because their onion rings are wonderful and their burgers taste great. When my family and I needed a quick meal before an appointment that was approaching quickly, we stopped in to BK on Iron Point. The onion rings did not look like their typical onion rings and they tasted gross. My husband- a former restaurant manager- said they had freezer burn. There were a couple flies hovering over us as we ate; even though that happens sometimes, we could tell that it was happening because the tables were all sticky and dirty. There was hardly any business in the place yet we were largely ignored and obviously too much trouble for them to deal with; they should have used all their spare time cleaning the dining room a bit. Didn't get to make my review on the day I went. Phone was not cooperating. I went here with my daughter on 5/26. We ordered the chicken strips for me with a side salad & a soda & for her a plain cheeseburger kids meal with apple fries. After paying & getting out drinks (they do have a cool new digital soda machine that you can add extra flavors to your "base" soda drink) I was told they are out of apple fires. Ok, we'll just go with fries. Then found out they are out of chicken strips. Would have been nice to know this before I had paid. So they gave me a chicken wrap, cutting up a crispy chicken breast into strips. They did give me a second one for the inconvenience. So I ate my wrap & went to the salad. Got the wrong dressing so I went to exchange it. Even after having sat at the table for almost 10 minutes, my salad was FROZEN!! By that time I had to go since our movie was almost starting. I did let the fella at the counter know that he needs to check his cooler as the salad was completely inedible . Never liked Burger King, but the little on really wanted to go. I haven't been to a Burger King in over a decade. I decided to come to this location for a quick bite since I'm staying at a nearby hotel for the week. I was really surprised at how nice the inside of the location was. The decor is reminiscent of an upscale lunch place. There is a tv in the lobby and they have a new style soda machine. Also, the restaurant is very clean. I only like to give my money to places that appreciate my business. The staff this morning was very accommodating of my special request and the food came out quickly. The chicken on my order smelled great and was juicy. Not bad for the price!
