Came here again with the family and ordered on the Kiosk again. (We love that we can order from the Kiosk ourselves) Sometimes, they're out in the back cooking and if we need to help ourselves, we do with the Kiosk. Music wasn't too loud, Tables were relatively clean for a Thursday afternoon and Service was very good. I noticed the guys working on the food after we order, I had no idea it was made it order. That's absolutely amazing. It takes a few minutes, however the food is soooo worth it. The buns are Martins Potato Buns and of course, being Martins they're super tasty! A lot of High end chains use Martins so naturally, I was happy to see the brand. (These buns stay together but when sauced they like to slide and that's how I could tell it was Martins! After our food, we were able to get lids and to-go boxes just by asking the gentleman working there. I think his name was Andrew if I remember correctly. There's a small crew working here that is very nice and hard working. I've never once seen any big issues here and the food is pretty consistent. There are some small changes here and there, but the food overall is very good compared to other restaurants. This place isn't even a chain and it's super tasty. I wish they were closer to where I live because I would end up eating here 2-3 days a week. It sucks my daughter can't have this food otherwise I'm sure she'd love this one too. She has a peanut allergy, and they do use peanut oil as I asked the last time I came here. (do your due diligence and make sure you ask about allergens if you are allergic to peanuts) They do in fact, use Peanut oil. If you want some good food, This is a place to try. I've been here a couple of times already. Don't expect this place to be your typical fast food. They're not your average fast food because if anything, it is fast casual. Service is very well. I can't imagine Andrew having a single bad bone in his body. If you want cheap frozen ready to go food, this is not the place. If you want something made to order, then this is your jam. Only thing I can mention: Soda selection is smaller than usually used to when I eat outside of home. Honorary Mention: Service is killer dude's an Angel. (Stubborn Brand Root Beer), Martins Potato Buns, Crispy Steakhouse Fries and Suuuuuper Tasty Mac & Cheese. The next time I stop by, I will try their Sweets and Update my Review. Order #1 Tender Combo $12.49 Described as 3 crispy tenders texas toast pink sauce nashville sauce fries - crust/batter didn't stay on the chicken. Chicken was warm and tender but the batter separated too fast for our liking, if this can be adjusted somehow. It would have raising canes beat! Seasoning is descent. Ordered #7 Mac'n'Chick $12.99 Described as crinkle-cut fries krispy chicken pink sauce mac & cheese choice of sauce crispy onions - was pretty good. Texture somehow all works! Well... Chick-N-Burger simply rocks! All the Yelp hype brought me in for a taste. And it did not disappoint. I am a big chicken "anything" fan. Soup, salad, entrèe. If it has chicken on it or in it... bring it on:). Nice, clean (with a capital C) restaurant. That is the first thing I look for. Check mark. Friendly and sincerely welcoming gentleman behind the counter. Easy to read, large menu sinage above the counter. Sooo far sooo good. (Private parking lot. And an outdoor patio too.) One crispy chicken sandwich and a waygu burger, please! And they both came out pretty fast and nice and hot. Yum! Friend said the burger was cooked perfectly and tasted of real, quality ingredients. None of the bad stuff. It looked delicious. Juicy! My chicken was crispy to the bite and moist inside. Fabulous. I have def found my fast food chicken restaurant or maybe Yelp did. We walked in and looked over the menu for a minute and then began to wonder where the employees were. We realized we had to order at the kiosk and there would be no employee. We placed the order and it seemed to take a while. My burger was good but the bun didn't hold up well. My husband got the chicken and it was very good but again, the bun didn't hold up. I rarely eat fried food. On my first visit while ordering I mentioned to the guy at the counter how they had such great reviews so, I had to try them! He said they are made fresh to order, and it really is. Not only does it taste incredibly fresh, but the chicken is moist and crunchy at the same time. Sauce is perfect, not too much and perfectly spicy. Fresh lettuce, even the pickles are crunchy. Highly recommend! I took my sister there, she is very picky about things being fresh. I didn't do a picture because it would've been pointless. It seems like the food is usually good, according to yelpers, but either way, my experience was beyond sub-par. I don't usually do poor reviews. But this was so bad, I thought twice. We ordered two chicken sandwiches with fries. Both no sauce, no onions, add cheese, and one with pickles. The lettuce was so bad, I'd hold that in the future, and the bun was falling apart, so I ended up just eating the chicken, which was at least cooked well. We also ordered two of the chicken strips. We got two chicken sandwiches no sauce, one with onions, and one with pickles. My husband doesn't do pickles (and you know how pickle taste gets all over everything) and is allergic to onions, so he needless to say, he didn't have a sandwich when we got home. The fries were soggy and floppy and sad... It wouldn't have been too earth shattering, IF they had remembered to put our chicken strips in the bag. Wow its been almost 2 years since I first came here. I was craving a chicken sandwich and I came to the right spot. The place is still pretty no frills but clean with nice pop / country music playing. The server was super friendly. I dined in and had the Nashville chicken sandwich which was superb. The chicken patty was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The Nashville sauces was drizzled over the chicken, coleslaw, and pickles and looked super cool.
