Ordered the number 1 with cheese no pickle and tomato. They forgot my cheesey jalapeño and bacon and cheese tots, which were not fresh. The whopper i received was dry and as usual not fresh and hot. Fries were decent but over all were not good. The lobby was not cleaned up, drink station was a mess. Over all the restaurant was dirty and sick which made us uncomfortable while we ate. First, during the lunch hour, for FAST FOOD! Only the second visit since it was rebuilt. Arrived and ordered at the kiosk, regular everything. Whopper meat and a double whopper meal. Order was processed in their system at 12:43 PM. My name was finally called to pick up my order at 1:03 PM! Sandwiches were 'warm', fries mostly cool, not HOT! While waiting, no one waited on customers at the counter. I watched at least 8 customers walk out, others standing waiting for their kiosk orders also 20+ minutes for their food. Service was terrible! Waited 15 minutes for my food. When I finally got it, my fries were cold. Asked for some hot fries, waited another 10 minutes. Finally, I just walked out because my lunch break was over. Also, all the tables in the dining area were dirty. read more

Horrible customer service from staff. Walked in, went to the counter to order. The supervisor on site looked at me and turned around. After a couple minutes of waiting, they turned around and told me I needed to stand in front of the register so they could see me out of the corner of their eye. I thought this was odd, but hey, I did it anyway. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked how long the order was gonna take to finish. They got upset with me and started to lay into me about having worked 7 days, no ac, on their feet all day, etc...I responded by stating I was just asking a simple question. Dining inside - from the time we placed our order on the kiosk it took 13 minutes to receive our order. We requested zesty sauce and they didn't put it in our food bag. The Coke Zero option was not working. The meat on both sandwiches were not heated properly and they were lukewarm to the touch. The cheese was not warmed, served refrigerator temperature. Overall the sandwich had not been microwaved long enough. The onion rings had not been heated long enough, they were barely room temperature. The French fries were hot and were freshly fried. The dining area was cold. It was warmer than outdoors but winter coats were necessary to be comfortable. It's a brand new restaurant so it was clean however several dining tables needed to be wiped off. The manager was pleasant and friendly. The staff was young, clean cut and were carrying out their duties at a good pace. Overall it was a two thumbs down experience. We will not go back to this location or any Burger King restaurant. I've never had any issues with this Burger King. I've come several times in the past couple of years. I asked them for a double burger with no bun; and I'm extremely picky on my sandwich....and I always expect for fast food to mess up my meal. Not only did they not mess up my meal, but everything was piping hot and cooked to perfection. And I said that I wanted a LOT of pickles, and they delivered. Must middle son worked for the Burger King in Georgetown Kentucky on connector road and he had called back to ask the manager a question just a simple question he wasn't being rude about anything or nothing lady answers the phone he said may I speak to Carmen please I need to ask her a question the girl proceeds to hand the phone to the lady and all you hear the lady say is not on my lunch he ain't click and hung up the phone then my son had posted about it he didn't name any names he didn't even say the company name in his post he just said when did it become okay for managers general managers and stuff like that to treat people that just was calling to ask a simple question wasn't even being rude about it that way so then another employee that works out there happens to go on his post cursing him calling him a dumbass telling him grow some balls and come say it to my face I just can't believe Burger King employees people like this I really don't and if someone from corporate would like to reach out to me I have screenshots and recordings of everything and one last thing it wouldn't let me post this without doing some kind of review if I could have done a -5 for this location I would have done it read more

MUCH better than my last visit. I came back to take advantage of the promo on the back of my receipt from the last time (free Whopper or original chicken sandwich with purchase of fries and a drink in exchange for filling out an online survey telling them how much they sucked before) and opted for the Whopper following the funky chicken issues on my last visit. Great burger, great fries and the small drink was larger than expected. The only problem this time is the employee who took my order had no idea the promo existed or how to ring it in, but a nearby manager quickly took care of it. The Whopper remains my favorite burger offering among all leading national fast food burger joints (tastewise, anyway), but combining this experience with my last one makes it obvious Burger King's "bun creep" has gotten ridiculous. If they'd put enough meat in their sandwiches to match the size of the huge buns I'd probably eat here every day. Of course then I'd also probably die quickly since a Whopper already contains 37 grams of fat, so I guess it sort of evens out. read more

For all of the advertisements of hot flame-boiled burgers this Burger King missed the mark or the management was fast asleep during training. Stopped in to get a Swiss Bacon Burger to be informed after placing my order that they were out of swiss cheese. So I said american cheese would be fine. So after getting my order and starting to eat it was obvious the fries were old and dry. The burger patties were old and you could tell they had been sitting under a warmer and were just luke warm. The patties weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese on the burger. The only good thing about the meal was the sweet tea. That was actually good. I quest the only thing that you can do in ask that everything to be made fresh. I won't be back at least to this Burger King. Hopefully they all are not like this one. read more

I asked for two honeymustards, two sweet and sour sauces for my two chicken fry meals. Opened up the bag and there was one of each even though it was on the receipt. No problem, right? Wrong. Burger King in general should just give up! Thirty years ago they were really good! The only "char grilled " burger around. The last ten years have been a nightmare! They're all filthy; the health department obviously forgets to stop by. The burgers almost taste boiled these days! Employees need to remember to clean up before showing up for work! Not sure what has happened, but they continue to go down hill. On this visit, first the boy taking the order at the drive thru kept cutting me off, asking questions I had already answered as I was trying to place my order. He was in a hurry and not sure why because even after I ordered the cars still hadn't moved in front of me. When I got to the 1st window he was still in a hurry, but found out why.
