Roosters Restaurant is a great place to grab wings in Kentucky. The restaurant was big and reasonably priced and the service is excellent. The inside of the restaurant is clean but smells of bleach and fried food. The options were many but this place is a wings place so we got orders of boneless wings with hot sauce that wasn't hot and a mix of garlic and dragon sauce. The wings are great but the sauce was just ok. The fries are sub par but if you get the loaded ones they are more entertaining. The fried chicken salad looked amazing with a lot of big strips of chicken.

Good is good, beer is cold, never lacked for timely service. This is a great place for a game or a simple hangout.

Went to Roosters Bar & Grill in Georgetown KY with my daughter, Noel and my hubby Tony. We absolutely love the food and atmosphere so when we find another chain location we try to stop and take advantage of getting some Killer Wings. We also love their pizzas and loaded tots or fries. We have eaten at a dozen or more locations in KY and OH and definitely not been disappointed Highly recommend any location because the food is amazing, staff friendly and atmosphere during any sports function is an experience!!! Hope you try them out and Enjoy!!!!

Roosters offers up great food, a fun environment and perfect price point! The wings are delicious and meaty. You can mix sauces and try numerous different combinations. I've tried about 20 different combinations and my favorite is a mix of medium and garlic sauces. Both the bone-in and boneless wings are great! Monday night is wing night - .79/wings! Roosters has lots to offer in addition to wings. The salads are excellent! Always fresh and loaded with toppings. The house salad and red rooster are my go-to picks. The garlic Italian dressing is house made and my favorite! The onion feathers are a great starter or side with your meal. They come with a feather sauce that is quite yummy! The Mac-n-cheese bites are my daughters favorite. If you aren't in the mood for wings the pizzas or Buffalo chicken wrap are other great options. I particularly like that roosters is loud and has tons of TVs. It's a great place to go dine with your family, but also a fantastic place to go and watch a sporting event. If you've not been to Roosters you should definitely check it out! It is good "bar food" at an excellent price point.

The waitresses are super friendly. I've never been checked on so much at a restaurant. Monday night is 69 cent wing night. I got 15. That was too many! These wings are huge!! At least I have leftovers . I started with the fried pickles. They were delicious.

My family & I had a wonderful experience here. The entire restaurant was immaculate, restrooms included. Abby was our server & I can't say enough good things about her! She was super sweet, checked on us numerous times & even offered to get us refills to go. Not only did our food arrive quickly, but it tasted delicious & looked like the pictures in the menu. That rarely happens, so we were impressed!

It was conveniently located right off 15, and despite the meh weather, the place was easy to spot largely because there were a lot of cars in the parking lot - a compliment to the restaurant and its food, or the only game in town? Based on our experience, probably a little bit of both. Definitely does have the roadhouse vibes; it's very spacious and kind of dark in there, with a bar to the right of the entrance and the vast majority of the acreage dedicated to a large dining area on the left. We were seated immediately and after the meal took advantage of the cool map situation by the bathrooms where, if you requested a pushpin from one of the employees, you placed it on the map to show where you came from. Already oodles of NJ representatives on there, which is unsurprising. The random North Dakota pushpin was a bit of a shock, but I guess they travel too. The menu was pretty large but I was immediately drawn to the Fried Catfish w/ Hush Puppies entree, along with the tater skins app, which our waitress went out of her way to compliment. The Catfish was decent; as you can see from the accompanying picture, it was a huge portion and I took a sizeable chunk of it to go (where I think I eventually threw it out because it's not really road trip friendly). Coincidentally (or not, given where we were in the country) I'd had some hush puppies the night before at a hotel in Blacksburg, VA, and these were better. Those others were over-fried but also had mac and cheese stuffed in them, so these basically had better texture but not as much flavor. The mac and cheese was a real low point, unfortunately. Not dissimilar to the hush puppies, they were super tasteless and a bit watery. They had a bit of breading/crumb topping, but it really didn't do anything to improve the situation - definitely something for them to work on. The taters were just okay; usually the issue with them is that they're in the deep fryer for too long (which is not an issue for a lot of people, I suspect), but these I thought actually weren't cooked enough. The interiors were a little tough so the potatoes could have used a little more time in the oven or fryer. Service was solid. Our waitress was very nice and happily contributed her thoughts/opinions on different items of the menu, which my chum loves to seek out when we're in a new, unfamiliar place. I was starting to get a little tired by this point in the day so it was nice to have efficient, quick turnaround times for everything. The prices were decent as well, which probably isn't too surprising given that we were still pretty far away from Lexington and other, more populated areas. This was fine for what it is, and my preference is always to go local when you're traveling through small town USA in lieu of the chains. This wasn't incredible, but we enjoyed our time here and left a literal physical reminder of our time here with the aforementioned pushpin.

We sat mostly on the front patio with a table or two inside later in the evening. Everyone ordered their own food and drinks. Adam and his bar staff took great care of us. They got the first rounds of drinks taken care of then took food orders. The deviled eggs were popular, plentiful, and delicious. I got the fried chicken (again) with a side of real mashed potatoes and gravy. It was fantastic (again). I really should try something else sometime. But others did and I heard no complaints. They serve breakfast any time and a couple got omelettes and cleaned their plates, raving about the hashbrowns (no meat fat to cook, so vegetarian friendly). All the cocktails were good. New seasonal menu had just started and the Marmalade Sour got good reviews. They have a larger patio out back and an ample dining room. It's a great stop when in Georgetown. Pics from my last visit but still accurate.
