I went to this store at 8pm, when I ordered I specifically cheese on my burger. before I left the store I checked and there was no cheese. I went to park and went inside the store. I spoke to the same guy who gave me my order and told him the situation. he had cheese added and did not charge for it. before left the store I heard someome mocking me. I go back to ask for the manager on duty, needless to say the person mocking me was the manager. I fled so disrespected, I through the burger on the counter and left. Just drove through drive through. Last time every. Took them 30 minutes for children fries. Last before me waited 20 mins before the took order. Then paid he closes window and then comes back 2 mins later and says have you paid. I literally paid 2 mins ago and they asked twice. Do not go here. This is not fast food. Barely ok. I ordered the Impossible Whopper (wanted to see what the fuss was about) with fries & a crispy chicken sandwich. The Impossible Whopper was a let down. Tasted like a school cafeteria burger (lots of fillers), kind of bland. The fries are oily and not a fan of the oil they use (not sure what it is, but it ruins the potatoes). At 1:00 p.m., I placed an order for items straight off the menu. We did not get our food until 1:20 p.m. That seemed like a long wait for "fast food." The restaurant was not overly busy and they had three people working the front and drive thru. I could not tell what was causing the inefficiency but a manager should observe to figure out why they were so slow. I haven't been to a BK since I was a kid but we stopped because it is the best looking place in Gila Bend. We got a fish sandwich (my childhood go-to) and a bacon double cheeseburger via drive through. I ate the fish sandwich and was surprised how decent it was. Crispy and hot, and the lettuce was fresh. No browning at all. The burger was just the right temp. No soggy buns. The two employees who took my order/money and gave me my food were so nice and polite. This is possibly the worst fast food experience i've had. Somehow, they managed to fuck up every single item in the order for three different people. We overheard the conversation between two of the workers talking about how they didn't have any onion rings (a part of the order), and when we opened the bag, it was apparent they chose to just not include them. Hey, for a Burger King sitting in the middle of the desert, this place is pretty decent. Men's restroom is nicely decorated and the three urinals are separated by actual walls. The dining area is comfortable and there's a tv showing one of the local channels. The food is standard Burger King faire (I forgot how big the Whopper is). If you happen to pass by Gila Bend for a pee or grub, stop by this place. read more

Awful service manger, went thru the drive thru and she said I'll take your order in a minute, 1 truck was in front of me, I sat there for 5 minutes I could see the truck in front of pull into the parking lot to eat his food, the back doors were open and a man was making a deliver I could see the three employees talking, so I said can you take my order, her reply to me " I told you I will take your order in a minute, I'm busy I said I want to talk to the manger she claimed she was the manger and told me I could just leave! I went inside and the rude smirky girl claiming to be the manger continued to be rude, I ask for her name and the number to corporate she said she doesn't know the number and said she was busy servicing the vehicle that was behind me, I have never been treated so rudely, something really needs to be done at this location!! read more

This place doesn't even deserve ONE star. I travel frequently back and forth from Yuma to Phoenix. I have stopped at this Burger King every single time. Today was my last stop. The young lady at the register, I believe her name to be Karina, was completely RUDE and obviously not paying attention to me while ordering. My entire order consisted of THREE items. Stupidly assuming the order was right, I grabbed the bag and headed out the door. Pulled away, and THEN realized I had an incorrect order. Normally, I would return to make the correction, however I was so disgusted by the disrespectful attitude, I had encountered from Karina, I decided I would not waste my time. I was traveling from Yuma to Phoenix on Thursday, November 15, 2018 and chose this Burger King for a lunch. I first want to say the young man who took our order was friendly, helpful and made the first point of contact very pleasant. However, the food preparation and quality was pathetic. I ordered the Chicken Fingers combo with Onion rings. The Chicken was hard and overcooked and the onion rings were extremely oily. The unsweetened ice tea was disgusting. No tea flavor and tasted low end. I travel this route frequently and will not be back to this location. read more

When we walked in the dining room was staffed by what appeared to be the entire family of one of the employees. Kids, husband, grandparents, cousins. And they were all hanging out by the soda machine, blocking the only access to the front counter. In our opinion, you should avoid this fast food stop at all costs! Horrible service! Our hamburger with mustard and pickles only had to be remade twice. How hard is it to take an order and make it as requested, not once, but twice! That's not all, we requested Apple Fries and got an Apple Pie, I can understand the mistake, but when the manager and assistant manager don't care enough about customer service, both saw our issue with the burger remakes, and didn't make an effort to take care of us. If this wasn't enough, we were over charged for the Apple Pie and come to find out we were charged for a cheese-burger. I know, I know, not a ton of cash, but it was my cash and with the absolute disregard for customer service, the Burger King in Gila Bend Arizona ranks among the top 10 worst experiences in our many fast food stops. Driving through and needed something to eat so we stopped here. Can't go wrong with a Whopper. My Whopper was perfect, looked like the commercials. The tomatoes, pickles and onions were evenly distributed throughout the burger. Lettuce was nice and crisp, just enough mayonnaise and ketchup. Burger was nice and hot, they didn't skimp out on the fries. I was very impressed. Usually the Whoppers I get have way too much mayonnaise and are ok. I don't know, this Whopper was amazing. Drive through on our way through town. Ten minutes back on the road and we realized we were missing 2 burgers. Lady at the window was super rude and so irritated that we used a coupon.
