On a road trip back from San Diego, I had to stop to get gas and this McDonald's location was right next to the gas station. I went to the drive through to order my lunch. Service (N/A): Since I went through the drive through, service wasn't a big part of my experience. Though it is possible to mess this one up. No issues here. Ambiance (N/A): I went through the drive through so I didn't walk inside. Drinks (3/5): With my meal, I got a sweet tea. I love whenever a restaurant has sweet tea. Unfortunately, McDonald's isn't great. It's not sweet enough and tastes too watered down. Food (3.5/5): For fast food and for McDonald's, this was one of my better visits. I went with the 10 piece nuggets and fries combo. The nuggets were fried fresh, though a little too overcooked. I went with sweet and sour for my dipping sauce which is my go-to here. The fries were also fresh and hadn't been sitting under a heat lamp for long. It exceeded my expectations. Undercooked fries even though we were told "fries are fresh from the fryer, be careful ". The nuggets were burnt, my wife's chicken strips tasted like they soaked overnight in oil, and when I took a swig of the Sprite I ordered to wash the oil slick down, there wasn't a single drop of soda Syrup in the cup! Stopped here on a roadtrip. Despite the negative reviews, I found my order to be satisfying. The chicken nuggets were crispy and the fries were salted well. The fries could have been a bit crispier, however it was good as it was. The establishment was clean (including the bathrooms), there were lots of lights outside so it felt safe to leave my items in the car. Must be a great location because the place was packed with locals and students from a nearby baseball and softball game. The nuggets and fries were fresh, crunchy, and hot. A plus was that their ice cream machine works! Got the large and was happily presented with a tower of vanilla ice cream. Awful customer service. I came to order two senior coffees. First, I wasn't greeted. She just stood there staring at me. I was charged full price. When asked about the pricing, the gal working just said that's the way it is. I said it's supposed to be discounted. She said she doesn't make the pricing and walked away. Unbelievable. I have eaten at McDonald's all over the world, and and this Hass to be one of the worst meals I have ever had at a McDonald's. I ordered me a big Mac deluxe, and I ordered me a Mc double, pretty common order for me and my wife, she took a bite out of her hamburger, and we threw it away, and I took two bites out of mine and threw it away. At least we had the fries to get us into Buckeye. I do not know what you guys are doing over there but I would be embarrassed if I ever received a rating like this of course looking at your ratings you're pretty used to it.. What a sh** show! I walk in and up to the counter behind one customer to place my order. The cashier takes their order and walks away. I didn't want to use the kiosk, but the cashier didn't return! I tried placing my order on the kiosk, but it didn't give me the deal for tge 2 breakfast sandwiches, so I walked away and back to the counter where someone finally acknowledged me. One of the meals had a super dry burger, 2 orders of soggy, oversalted fries and I save the bus or shall we say the worst for last. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, everything on it with extra mayonnaise. No ketch up. First run, no bacon no cheese. Second run bacon meat cheese only. Give her. I gave up, every single person who ordered food had an issue, so I commandeered some condiments, took both train wrecks, and created my own Frankenstein. Still super gross, burnt buns and dry. It's a popular mcdonalds due to it being off the 8 so the parking lot during lunch time was a bit of a mess. This location wasn't very quick in the drive through but my fries and burger were fresh and hot which I appreciated. There is some room in the back for RVs. I stopped at this McD's on the way thru town. Ordered 3 sausage McMuffins, one hash brown, one milk and one small orange juice. When the bill came to almost $21, I questioned it and noticed what the counter help input was not even close to what I ordered. When I brought this to her attention, she issued a partial credit ($13.15) and recharged me ($9,20) for the corrected items. Fresh tasting fries and was actually full to the top in California they fill the fries like 3 inches below the top. Only thing was they didn't ask if we wanted any ketchup or sauce....burger and chicken sandwich were both pretty good especially the appearance of the both were better than I've seen in a hot minute. read more

Stopped in on the way to Yuma last week. It was early morning, 6AM. I was just going to use the restroom & grab an iced coffee. Entering the ladies room, there was 1 other customer, just washing her hands. I opened the first stall door. The toilet was clogged, filled with dirty water and massive wads of toilet paper. I moved on to the next stall. That toilet was also filthy, the seat stained with fecal matter. Moving on, Stall #3... strike #3! That seat was even more disgusting than the 2nd stall. Moving on to the handicapped stall, that toilet was the cleanest of all (still questionable), but there were 3 rolls of toilet paper lying on the floor. If the store opens (or should open) at 5AM, as other Yelpers stated, there is no way the restrooms could or should have been as filthy as they were, the store was only 1 hour into being opened!!! Obviously, neither the closing crew from the night before nor the opening crew that morning performed routine cleaning. Needless to say, I chose not to use the restroom (luckily it wasn't an emergency). I went to the counter to report the filthy conditions of the women's restroom. I was met by stares of slack-jawed indifference. I loudly stated that if their bathrooms are that filthy an hour after opening, I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen was, and there would be no way in hell I would order food from such a filth pit. read more

This McDonald's is kind of a shit show. I went in to grab a coffee because there's no Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts within about an hour in either direction. Line was long so I used the kiosk, which was WAY too complicated. Finally placed my order and then the kitchen seemed to lose my number as I saw it on the board go from "being worked on" to nowhere to be found. Finally asked a guy to get me my coffee.
