If you call a day or so ahead they'll custom cut you steaks and meats they way you want them. They also have a freezer full of frozen cuts of their beef. Some other things they carry are eggs, usually some kind of local veggie or two, local raw cheeses, grass-fed beef jerky that is delicious(made from their beef), and some other local goodies.
