Service slow and they get busy and ignore customers for 10 minutes or longer no sense of urgency at all

My daughter and I went to this location on 2/26/26, about 8pm. The door to the restaurant was locked even though the sticker on the door said the inside was open until 10pm. So we drove through the drive thru, where the entire crew was outside behind the menu board smoking and having a grand time on the clock. I asked why the inside was closed early, and at first they all looked away and ignored me even speaking, then i repeated my question again, a female said oh we were mopping and we have really elderly people come in and didnt want an accident. You're kidding me? All elderly are out and about at 8pm on a Thursday at Burger King. So I pull through the drive thru bc no one offered to go inside and unlock the lobby for us, and they were then rude and rushed us through our order. We will not be visiting this specific location again. read more

Used the online order app and paid online. When I got there and up to the drive thru I told them I ordered online and they said pull up to the window so I did. At the window they said there was no order so I went in. The female manager was rude and said there was no order. Some one from the back came up and said they had the order but it was not made yet. I ask for my money back and that angered the manager. She said I would have to call corporate to get my money back. I went home and disputed the charge on my credit card. I did call corporate to complain and the said I needed to talk to the GM. They also offered me 5.00 in food. I rejected both and I will not go back. read more

The food takes too long. The employees are very rude. Ignore customers at the register for long periods of time. Smells good when you drive by but that's about where the enjoyment ends. read more

The past 3 tries at the drive thru no one was working. Or at least never answered. Family members have had the same experience recently.

Horrible and disgusting we just got here to get some food and the food and service was bad qualit. They were so lazy and when we received our food and started eating and one of our burgers had lots of hair in it , frys were soggy and the soda didn't even taste good. And after all that non of us could it the food anymore. I recommend nobody stop here. read more

Big Disappointment!! This was the first time we have returned since the new Whataburger across the street opened. We were looking forward to it but turned out to be a major disappointment. The food was COLD my Tx DBL had a piece of trash stuck to the bottom of it like they pulled it from an old wrapper and it was cold and old tasting. They made the kids burgers all wrong with pickles and mustard and no bacon when I took them to the front to have them fix it The Manager argued with me that's how it was supposed to be made the girl that took the order at the register even said it was wrong that's not what we ordered. Even after fixing it they still made it wrong again the kids didn't want to eat it because it tasted like pickles. Half of the fries were not cooked. The chicken nuggets were over cooked or old very chewy, tables were dirty. Just all the way around a total waste of money We will not be returning we will just keep taking our money to Whataburger. read more

2.5 stars.. 2.5 stars... I had 3 sausage & biscuits. I like to give this particular Burger King some chances. I prefer Burger Kings over McDonald's. The quality is superior. Having said that, I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru. There was only 1 car in front of me. The biscuits were not as fresh as they should have been. Also slightly hard. Even then they tasted better than McDonald's. When I left, I passed by McDonald's and it was packed. So why is McDonald's packed and Burger King practically empty? I have noticed the Burger King in Kaufman does good business. The quality is always good there as well. Some have mentioned that Burger King is too pricey. Their sausage and biscuit is only 20 cents more than McDonald's. In my humble opinion, I have come to this conclusion - the problem is at the top. Please rectify your problems. Me and many others prefer Burger King over McDonald's. read more

This place recently got a makeover so the building itself is nice. Their service though is lacking. Cashiers were friendly enough so that's not the issue but it literally takes forever in the drive thru waiting for your order. And this is off peak hours for breakfast with only a single car in the drive thru. Then they can't figure out which window to send you to. Lady on the speaker says go to the first window. You wait at the first window while workers walk by and stare at you. Then you see an arm sticking out of the 2nd window waving you forward. You get to that 2nd window and the cashier there asks why you didn't pay at the first window. Like why would you ask me it's your flawed process to fix! They also get your order wrong frequently. I make sure not to make any modifications so it doesn't confuse them but apparently that's still asking too much. 1 car in the drive thru, no one in the dining room and off peak and they still screw up 2 order by numbers with no mods. Cashier was nice enough but not even a 'sorry for your wait'. It's just too bad they spent money to make the place look better but didn't invest in staff training or customer service. I would not recommend this place unless you are really starving and just need a sack of something edible. If you do go here stay in the drive thru and check your order to make sure its correct before you leave. Take your time to check it, since they don't mind taking your time to make it. read more

This place is always nasty and dirty. They never pay attention to the customer's orders , short change you in the food or money and serve stale or cold French fries. Their coke machine is usually down and not mixing the drinks right. The saddest point is that when I mentioned all this to the so called "management " they didn't seem to care at all and gave me a blank stare. I would fire them all. Shut this place down if you cannot serve decent food. read more

I was disappointed in this restaurant because it was slow with the service. The name of the game is fast food, not slow food! Now, the food was alreight, I really like the milk shakes and onion rings, but I almost starved to death waiting for them to get made! Let's get quicker people!! read more

Great crew and led by a fantastic manager. A multiple times a week stop. Love the chicken sandwich. Chicken fries are enjoyed by middle granddaughter. Halloween whopper was fun. Always clean and nicely decorated! read more

It's possible that I came here several years ago, as I was still house-hunting and moving to the area, but before I got on Yelp. Parking is good, here. Plenty of parking lot spaces. Restrooms are also nice, with at least 2 stalls (1 of which is handicapped accessible), which are clean & well-maintained. They also have a good vegetarian-friendly item, the BK Veggie, which I really like (as long as it isn't too dry, which it wasn't this time). And I also had a strawberry banana smoothie, which was also delicious! I'd love to come back here, especially to try another smoothie flavor! read more
