The past 2 times I have "dined" here my water had junk in it and my beer had an unidentified floating thing in it. Staff acted like it was no big deal. Disappointed when we came in with a party of 9 and there were no longer tables... only 2 pool tables in the middle of the place. The booths are claustrophobic and we had to split the party apart. Unfortunate because Sundays a large group of us like to go out and catch up. Guess we'll be looking for a place elsewhere. No one was even there playing pool... They said they can serve larger groups upstairs but kids aren't allowed up there.. food was good but unless you are in a group small enough for a booth, don't go. Used to be great food with decent choices. Now there are no large tables, service is extremely slow and it is mostly bar food (burgers and fried food). Very disappointed in the direction they have taken. Victor really needs another good restaurant. read more

Fun atmosphere and good food! Pool tables, booths, looked like some sort of a loft upstairs. Cool place to come hang out with some friends, play some pool and eat some good food! Maybe in the future they could do a sort of theme nights like ladies night? Has a lot of potential to be the place to be on a given night! read more

Service was great! Wanda is an amazing hostess and made us feel right at home. The restaurant was busy and the staff kept up with the fast pace. The food was good, but the Kettlehouse Cold Smoke stole the show again. Such a great beer! Parking is easy and the bathrooms were clean. All in all I will come back to the Victor Station. read more

Food was pretty good. Service was good/marginal. I realize it's not fast food but we had to wait a bit more than one would expect. Not a real busy night. Even for a Friday evening. A 4% credit card fee is ridiculous. I will resist coming back. read more

My wife and I went to have lunch at Victor Station. My wife ordered the " Patty Melt". The burger looked like it was microwaved. It was sort of gray in color with no grill marks. The onions were definitely not saute'ed. The sandwich was dry with no flavor. For her side item, she got a side salad with Blue cheese dressing. The dressing was like water with no chunks of blue cheese. I ordered a cup of Clam Chowder. Don't do it! It was awful.There was some weird flavor, vinegar perhaps(?) I also ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The beef slices were boiled I believe (there was no flavor at all) The onions and green pepper added zero flavor. The only edible part of this whole meal were my french fries. Thank God they didn't screw those up! I brought some of these issues to the server, but she could obviously could care less. Nearly 50.00 dollars for a meal I considered inedible. We will not be back. If I could give it a zero I would! read more

My husband and I went to the station for a Friday night outing. This was our second trip to the station. The first being outstanding, service, food and atmosphere was pleasant. The second visit was less than impressive. Our server, Reana, took our order fairly quickly and was friendly. Someone else brought our food after a short wait. Thats when things went down hill. Server never came back to check on meal. Walked past our booth a half a dozen times and never one inquiry. Meal was so so - Blue / Bacon Burger and Mushroom Swiss burger. I ordered medium rare, spouse medium. Well, we got what we asked for - sort of - both of our burgers were overcooked on one half and rare on the other. So greasy that the bottom bun was saturated. $17 bucks each for a so-so burger. And no server interested in checking on us. We waited forever for a to go box - not because we were planning on eating the leftovers - we took the meat portion home to the dog. Who by the way ate it then threw up several hours later. Finally, got the check and discovered that we were charged .75 each for a small container of ranch (2) and one of BBQ. Come on - that's like charging for ketchup. $2.25 for sauces on a $17 burger? We don't go out very often - maybe once a month for a change of pace on a Friday night. We won't be back, so disappointed. Cowboy Troy's will be our go to place for a good burger with stellar service from now on. read more
