The woman at the drive through was very rude and hostile with a nasty and aggressive personality. She gave me the wrong order total and when I said that it wasn't correct she asked me if the car in front of me had driven off and then began yelling and lecturing me that I should have informed her of that right away. I really couldn't comment on the food at this restaurant because I lost my appetite before I got to try any. Wanted to use the restroom and order some food with my husband and the entire restaurant smelled like raw sewage and then at pawn entering the women's restroom it was even worse. I gagged I almost threw up and I instantly lost my appetite so when leaving the restaurant without ordering any food I told the employee behind the counter how bad it smelled in the restaurant and how bad it smelled in the restroom they did not acknowledge that I was speaking to them let alone that there was an issue with their store. So when I got to my car I called and spoke with the manager she lied and told me that the restaurant had literally just been wiped down it had not necessarily wiped down but had literally just been cleaned the entire restaurant with bleach that absolutely was a flat out lie there's no way unless they were cleaning with bleach and sewage you didn't smell any bleach or anything it just smelled like backed up septic through the entire restaurant it was disgusting and the fact that no one felt that they needed to do anything about it was even worse! I don't eat Burger King often. I needed something quick and fast. So I decided to go through the drive-thru. It was afternoon, so lunchtime, and let me tell you...The line was long but went quickly. From the person taking my order, to receiving my actual order I was so surprised at how polite everyone was. Usually with drive thrus, I always feel as if the employees are always "eh" about everything. But I was surprised at how energetic and polite these employees were. When I was waiting to receive my food, I'm not sure who the gentleman was.. maybe the manager? But wow, he was hustling, giving directives to employees, complimenting his team work and more. Wish I got his name! I observed this while sitting in my car waiting to receive my food. Talk about team work! From what I could see, the place looks clean. That's why I'm not giving 5 stars, because I didn't physically go inside. But the food was good, tasted like Burger King. Fries were hot and crispy! Keep up the good team work! read more

Food is normal Burger King taste. Service is fast ambiance is clean. I am there every Wednesday with my shopping buddy. We always try new items when available. Employees are the best and always make sure things are good and you're happy. If you lose something there they will hold your item till you return (thank god). Story is I dropped wife's credit card it was promptly picked up by staff and placed in safe until I returned. So in turn my review is better to write than my obituary. I couldn't believe it's been over 5 years since I was last here. I also couldn't believe the improvements since my last visit. Whatever was failing for them, they corrected. My order was processed quickly, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff worked well together. While it's hard to make comparisons among fast food restaurants, the fries here seemed a lot better than fries I've had at other BK's in past months. I'm glad to see they fixed their problems. read more

The frontline staff proceeded to give me the wrong order, when I commented. The response I received was Ma'am I am not doing this with you. It was not our fault. When another staff person told him which order I was in front of him, he stated O home girl is right here. Unsure we know each other and I have not been called that name before. I commented that the order-was wrong and why was it not read properly. The car in front of you had a different oder. Huh? It had nothing to do with reading he said. The window staff just shook her head, no apology, no care. Fyi.. Reading is a part of filling orders. There is a whole tele- prompter system. I received no receipt, and told him that. He said, Maam Im not doing this with you. I asked for the telephone number and was told to look it up. So many customer service violations , The saving grace was the manager when I called was actually helpful and listened. I hope this helps enhance the staff's language and understanding. read more

Came in for my free Impossible Whopper courtesy of T-Mobile (thanks, T-Mobile!) and that's fine, but the Coke out of the fountain is watery and flat, and the woman I pinged about it conducted a flawed taste test (tasting a tiny sample that gets the burst of syrup that comes out at the start of the dispense) and pronounced it fine; she said it "tastes like our normal Coke" - I've been here many times before, and it doesn't; it doesn't taste like much of anything. But this is a Burger King, and in Hudson, no less. I must scale my expectations accordingly. read more

Much better than the competition for fast food. Very efficient, accurate & all items purchased were fresh. Workers very polite & courteous.

What sets apart this Burger King is the efficiency. The wait time is less then 2 minutes, from ordering your food. The food is so quick, so even if there's a line it moves quickly. Staff is hard working and pleasant. Chicken fries are a must have. The new Mac & cheese poppers are a fun addition to the menu. Also has vegan options with the impossible whopper! My girlfriend and I were traveling through Hudson and noticed this hidden little gem along route 9. I found myself a little unsure without the help of any yelp reviews so I thought I'd give it a try and put Burger King (or BK as the locals like to call it) on the yelp map. I'll start with the service, in one word, phenomenal! First off, our order box was very polite and concise. The order box explained that I could choose from the featured full-color menu WITH very easy to read pictures to place my order. Bonus Feature: If you decide on a full meal which includes: 1 entre, 1 side, and 1 beverage, you can order them together in what they call a 'Value Meal' and pay less than you would if you were to order them separate - it rocks! In addition as you place your order you are given the option to choose between 3 sizes for your meal! Depending on how hungry you are you can choose from small, medium, and large sized appetites. I was only medium hungry so I settled on that. I ordered the 'Whopper' value meal and was not disappointed. It was indeed a whopper sized sandwich, cooked perfectly medium/medium with a slight smoky charbroiled taste. My value meal came with golden crisp 'French fries' flavored with salt (I don't think it was organic salt so be cautious healthy eaters). Oh, and I found an off-colored green fry but took it to mean good luck :) In summary, everything was pretty darn tasty. Our trip to Burger King on route 9 in Hudson was a pleasant diversion from our day to day and we will definitely be going back. It would have been a perfect 5 out of 5 but my soda was flavorless and boring :/ but we'll be back! read more

Although I've never favored many Burger King's nearby to me after my car was hit at another location several years ago, I had mixed results the other day when I walked into this location. Although they came around and asked for dirty items to be thrown out(that hadn't been discarded yet), that was a nice touch to a place that doesen't normally do such a favor for people. On the other hand, I didn't like the fact that all the tables here were bolted to the floor. For the 6 members of the family that were trying to eat together, one big table just didn't fit, and having 2 completely separated tables (sitting far apart from each other) is just idiotic. I like places that allow people to move tables around to better suit the visitor. You'll thank me for it later. Another thing is that this location isn't located in the best (cleanest) part of town. Its sitting near a rundown shopping mall, that used to hold a Wendy's Restaurant location(that is not just as abandoned as the rest of the mall). read more

I thought fast food was supposed to be fast? Not that the service was ever that good, but since the remodel it is HORRID! I actually drove away because I was sick of wasting my gas and time in line. Not to mention the man I witnessed freak out on the staff another day, as he was sick of their lackluster service/efficiency.
