The burger king I go to everyday has such great service in the mornings, the lady that takes my order is always so cheerful and happy. That makes me happy to when I hear her voice. I get breakfast there every morning and it's never cold or old, it's fresh and hot. From what I understand there is only one person in their kitchen who performs great service. Most of the time the crew is friendly but sometimes you can go in there and order a plain bacon king meal and get skimped on a patty, go back to politely get the order corrected, and then look to see you got skimped out on cheese this time. I spent over thirty minutes in the drive through and there was only two cars in front of me. I ordered a double whopper with cheese with everything but mayo. When I got home they had given me a whopper with only cheese and about a half of jar of mayonnaise.No ketchup no onions No lettuce no tomatoes. I can't eat mayonnaise so I threw it in the trash. If I could leave a 0 I would never again. I placed my order after waiting at the drive thru for 5 mins then I can barely hear the person speaking as if they didn't want to be at work. My wife stopped there for our dinner. When she got the food it was cold she asked for the manger. When the manager came he said the food was fine when the fries were stone cold. He then made fresh fries but now the burgers were cold. Remade the bugers. She came home which is 5 minutes away and found out they shorted us a sandwich. Well, simple order Sunday eve, just me. #6 crispy chicken sandwich, large with diet coke...no one in front or behind. I've never had a good experience at this BK. They lure me back in with coupons as were the people in front of me. I try not to eat fast food but was in a hurry. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries and a coke. They messed the order up so I had to wait for them to remake it. When I got to work which was 3 minutes away, the burgers and bacon were cold, the buns were stale and falling apart and there was so much mustard it was oozing out all over the place. They still cant seem to get it right. Paid over $9.00 for a regular Whopper large fries and a coke that wasn't right. I placed my order got to the window and paid got the receipt and it was right, food wise. But noticed a big increase in cost. I was told by the help at the window that they were waiting on fries could I pull over to the other side and wait for my order, granted this was noon and have no idea why they didnt have fries ready. So I go to the other side and wait they bring out my order and I proceed to go to work, and lo and behold the order is wrong again. I think its the fact that they are ripping off the customers by not giving them what they ordered. there is a big difference in a double whopper with cheese and a regular whopper. and don't get me started about the slackers in the morning that complain about when they are suppose to have burgers in the morning available and have them posted on the drive through board but tell you that people shouldn't be eating burgers in the morning or well we don't have the Broilers on yet.
