Walked in today and there were 3-4 kids, alone, running around the restaurant. There was no one worker inside the restaurant except the one in the bathroom, taking a while also answering the drive through on her headset. At this point i come out of the bathroom and grab my family and leave. 3 employees get out of the car we were parked next to, who were smoking and smelled like weed and did not care that there were now 5 patrons inside. They were all laughing and definitely not in a hurry. This was the most disgusting Burger King I've ever been in. read more

Poor food quality, smell of dead animals, wrong items, unprofessional staff. It appears to me that whoever owns these burger kings has no idea what is going on in his/hers business. On May 17, 2023, I made an order at the drive through and the person I spoke to constantly had to ask about what I wanted to eat. I don't know if she has a difficult time hearing or concentrating, but it gets old very quick and after I placed my order, it was still wrong. I don't know what the standards are of that store, but long yellow fingernails just seem to take away from the word itself "professional" and after correcting this individual about the fountain drink being incorrect, you could see the attitude forming quickly. No greeting when I pulled up to the window. What happened to simple professional courtesy? Burger King, McDonald's, Popeye's and some others have forgotten their way. I guess it's all about the money and the quality of service means nothing. Replace these sub-standard employees with ones who are competent, that includes the managers because they are a reflection of the quality of leadership. That would be a great place to start. I tried to give it a chance, but no more. I have ordered from Burger King since the mid-1980s. Those days have come to an end. The same with McDonald's. Good luck to those out there. I know mistakes happen, but when it's consistent, it isn't a mistake anymore. read more

I'm severely disappointed. I have never had Burger King before but I decided to try it for the first time, when I arrived I saw a shipment and what looked deer ankles coming out in boxes, I decided to ignore it. When I first walked in the employees looked annoy that I was even here. I even heard one of them yell "OH MY GOD, WHY". When I walk to the counter to order the cashier didn't even ask me what I want and just grabbed a whopper and threw it at me. The ambiance was sub-par but everything else was horrible. I chose Burger King for lunch! while the drive thru line was short, I decided to go inside the restaurant to order my food. I ordered the Whopper Jr No cheese combo, which included the whopper, Junior, french fries/onion ring and a Coke. I quickly received my food and left. I got back to work to, take Cheese burger and fries with 3 onion rings. I take the food back, as I am walking in, I hear one o the cashiers mentioning the mistake to the cook. I explain my concern, the cashier ask for me fresh food. The cook put the waiting on the line for me. At this point I just asked for a refund. The manager comes out and really show no remorse for the customer service and my experience. I will get my refund " in a few days". Help me make this make sense. I come here spend $9, leave with NOTHING and will get MY money back in two days. I truly wish I could count on my community restaurants. read more

I will not go back. 11:45 am, my fries were cold, as for my burger. COLD. Not even a bit warm. Didn't even attempt my special order( no mayo ). Went through the drive through, tried to call, no one answered, only a few blocks away I went back. They remade my food. But after seeing the condition of the inside. Dirty. I will not go back. The worst service at any fast good establishment I have ever been at. Attitude as soon as we walked through the door. Was called "Felicia" as in "Bye Felicia" when I was trying to figure out my order. While other workers laughed at me. I know you aren't given the best wages and don't want to be there either but as least act like you care to stay employed. So don't worry I won't be back anytime so you don't have to have the difficult job of punching buttons on a register. read more

Hey, it's a Burger King, just about like any other Burger King out there. When their fries are done right and the burgers are "fresh," it isn't bad at all. But, those fries have the most exacting window of any fast food fries that I know of. If you miss that window, they will end up tasting terrible. Terrible fries at a fast food place is the kiss of death. They happened to be about as good as they ever have been on this visit though, getting them a whooping 3 stars! :) read more

Terrible service. Forgot to order a drink in the drive thru. Asked the cashier if I could add one at the window she proceeded to tell me that I can't order anything else at the window. I would have understood if they were wrapped around the building but I was literally the only one in line. So I had to drive back through just to order a Sprite.
