I really just have to say that I have lived in this area since 2008. This Burger King has been consistent the entire time. I don't want to get down on the staff, because I think they are set up to fail before they even clock in. However, I am greatly disappointed in the Burger King corporation as well as the owner operator of this location. Over the past 15 plus years on average 90% of my orders are incorrect. I frequently order through the BK app and if I order anything other than regular burgers and french fries they are always out. Always out of ice cream. Always out of any of the special items like the spicy mozzarella sticks. Heck, they don't even have their regular mozzarella sticks or chicken fries half the time. And when they don't have these items, I don't get mad at the staff, but I report it in the app and there are literally dozens of times that I have ordered something from this Burger King, have not received it due to the high level of mismanagement and deception from this owner operator, and have never gotten a refund. This is theft. I have reported it to Burger King as something that feels like theft. Burger King has done nothing to resolve any of these issues and not once has a single member of leadership ever contacted me to discuss these issues or to provide the refunds which I am legally due. Tonight, I wanted something to eat and it's 11:00. I look and it looks like this Burger King is open until 12:00 p.m. I placed my order and I'm told that my order will be ready by 12: 28 p.m. I go to the location and arrive at 12:25 p.m. and sit in the drive-thru and watch a crew unloading a delivery truck for this Burger King for 15 minutes without being greeted at the drive-thru window. I pull up to the service window and can't see anyone inside although all the lights are on. I tried to call the location and nobody answers. I go back to the drive-thru area where they are loading and see if I can get anyone's attention. They tell the people inside that there was a customer outside and they don't do anything. I then walk inside and ask if they are open or closed because the app says they're open and they've taken an order and my money, and the guy just says that they're closed without even looking at me. When you have 30 minutes to grab a bite and get back to work you really want your food done correct even if it's fast food which I grab only occasionally. So I order the #1 Whopper meal no onions, extra tomato with a diet soda. I was very clear to the voice on the other end of the speaker, especially when she said would you like cheese....No, just no onions and extra tomato. My order was repeated and it was correct on the screen, and I dont even mind paying the extra 25cents for the tomato as long as I get extra tomato. So I pull to the window, pay for my food and head out back to work. It's all been good, in my mind all of the order was verified, the receipt was clear but when the burger was revealed it was not what I ordered. There is the cheese, the raw onion and the lack of the extra tomato that I had paid for and I was very disappointed. So it's 2 stars for overcharging me for an order that I did not order. read more

I went to Burger King on Dunn Ave today. I was really happy because there was only one car ahead of me. I placed my order and paid for it and the young lady at the cash register told me that she included a hamburger that they wanted me to try. l told her thank you and drove off. I made a left turn and waited at the light when I looked to my left and a gentleman was running toward my car from Burger King. I rolled down the window and he explained that I was given the wrong order and asked me to come back to get my order. I complied without looking at the order originally given. He gave me my order and told me to keep the other order which by the way, was more than I had ordered. That was exceptionally good service. He wanted to make sure that I got the right order and showed good customer service and the 64 year old gentleman did just that. read more

I stopped by this Burger King on the way to South Carolina to use the restroom and grab a quick breakfast sandwich. The restaurant itself was very dirty and looked like it was not aging well. The staff was friendly and they got my food out fairly quickly, but I don't think I would eat here on a regular basis. The restaurant needs an update pretty badly. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible read more

I really have no complaints about this Burger King and I definitely like it better than the one farther up north on N. Main Street. The employees are friendly and our food has always been correct and hot. I absolutely love their ham, egg, & cheese croissant sandwiches. I love then even more when they have them on sale! :D They are always hot and they are made neatly so everything isn't falling out of the croissant. I'm also really loving their chicken nuggets that are only $1.49 for 10 of them. The BBQ sauce you can choose to get with them has a really nice "tang" to it. The nuggets and sauce are definitely better (and cheaper) than what you get at McDonald's. As of this review, I haven't been inside the restaurant. I've always utilized the drive-thru and it moves quickly. If you are traveling on I-95, this Burger King isn't far from the interstate and the traffic on Dunn Avenue usually isn't too bad. read more

The title says it all. An 11 minute wait for drive thru service at this Dunn Avenue Burger King in Jacksonville, Florida. Only 2 cars in front of me. Not a long line. Simple order as I had a coupon. 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. No drink. Total including tax was about $5.45. Chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the French Fries were ice cold. No napkins or ketchup in my bag. Young man working the window was pleasant enough, but that doesn't help when I had to dump the food for being inedible. So much for the 11 minute wait. While on our 18 hour trip to Disney, my band mates and I took a stop at this Burger King. Although it's located by many other fast food chains, this is definitely the place to choose! The staff is very patient and friendly and did not hesitate to take care of our 30+ People group. They worked effortlessly, efficiently, and even offered us a thanks for our service. As we left they even offered us cold water bottles for the last remaining hour of our trip to the beach. TLDR; This place is great with friendly staff! Be sure to give it a try. read more

Cannot complain about the food. It was good. People were friendly. But - - why can they not refill sodas? I had on my mask. Most people working had their masks tucked below the chin but one person was not wearing a mask. Maybe management uses Covid as a "no-refill" excuse to save a few pennies. Severely understaffed during the holiday season. There were only 4 people working during the dinner rush. We waited over an hour for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 spicy chicken jr., and large fries. So when I pull around, it took them a while to even respond on the intercom but there was no customers in front of me. When I placed my order the lady was pretty clip and rude but I honestly I kind of expect that at fast food joints. When I got to the window, the lady stated my total and it wasn't correct. I got over charged and when I asked the lady to confirm the price of my purchase with her manager I was surprised... I hear from the window the manager shout "yea yea it's right just charge her". He manager didn't even both coming over to check and I literally only got fries and a pie. Their 2 for $5 is was lackluster! I had the Big King burger & the chicken. The buns didn't appear fresh and were a lil cold as well as the sandwiches. The Big King chicken is a sizeable sandwich. I'll give them that. It seems BK has already reduced the size or so it appears. The Whopper is no longer an item to choose on the 2 for $5 menu. Who knows why?
