They use simply natural Heinz ketchup instead of the corn syrup and chemicals version. If I need a lower end burger at a lower end price in a hurry it's a great option. If you want a $15 burger and a 30 minute wait in bad chairs with blaring music there are plenty of places that offer that. The service at this Burger King is so positively surprising I had to take a minute to write a review. It's clear someone in leadership has been investing in employee training and it shows. We often go through the drive thru here when we're picking up groceries at Walmart across the street and our experience is always great! The time we ate inside everything from the dining room Today Delores and Juanita helped us and their positive attitude, friendliness, and efficiency impressed us. An older woman at the first window during an evening shift recently also stands out. Ms. Stacy, maybe? I wish I could remember her name. We also met the manager (on 3/1 during lunch time) and she was a joy. Our food always meets expectations and they're so organized squaring away your sauces in advance at the payment window. I'll start with my drive thru experience by saying I truly appreciate the young lady allowing me to place my order in full instead of being cut off. I'd have to say here she have been the most professional voice on a drive thru fast food place I've experienced! Lol m..I thought she was a recording at first. If I can give this zero stars I would, but here we are. I went to Burger King multiple times each time very spread out as in a few months apart and every single time I've went the food is absolute garbage. The fries are stale and cold. Your burger bun is going to be completely soggy. They don't attend to their soda machine so you're just gonna get carbonated water and not Dr Pepper. THEN when you address an issue they'll treat you like sh*t. Eat here regularly. Always satisfied except today. Sandra handled the drive through order. She spoke way too fast and when I asked her to repeat she was rude and indignant.
