Burger Kings are all about the same. The burger will be thrown together messy, but the meal is better than other fast food burger places. I arrived at noon but there was no one in front of me to order and it was delivered quickly. When i asked for a receipt I was told that the printer wasn't working. Since this was on a company bill I explained that I needed a receipt or a refund. The guy taking the order seemed annoyed and went to get a manager. 2 managers showed up, one told the other that nothing could be done and she had reset it several times. The other manager said nothing, just pushed a button and handed me the receipt. It should not just be ok to not be able to print this. Okay so something is clearly off with the new staff. I had nothing but positive reviews prior to today's visit. I placed my order at the drive thru at 1:09. I received my order at 1:47 and the fries were super cold. For a wait this long I definitely expected hot food all the way around. In just three months, this is now my 3rd review of this particular Burger King and I've knocked them from 4 stars down to 2 stars. Why? Horrible, horrible customer service. The general staff seems to be friendly, but they often mess up orders. I go through the drive-thru, the order is often wrong, so I have to park and come inside to straighten things out. The managers here are just awful. Downright rude and they could care less if you are happy or not. One more bad experience here and I'm going to contact the owner of this particular franchise. Decided to hit up the drive thru tonight with my husband. When we arrived there were two cars in front of us. When we got to pull up to get our order taken no one said anything. After I said hello a few times someone finally said it would be a moment. About 5 minutes later they still hadn't said anything else. Every time I go to this Burger King they always have an attitude particularly Night Shift. One day there was a certain group of staffs working night shift when I came in I noticed they were just playing around not even trying to take anyone's orders I had to shout out "could someone please take my order" even though both managers who were there at the time saw me standing there waiting for about 10-15 minutes. I finally get there attention when I received my food it was burnt and they didn't even care to get it right. There were 3 specific people (I asked a coworker for there names) Jennifer, Britney and Eboni they were all making shady remarks two of them cursed me out and the other was in my face and laughed at me when I tried telling them my order was wrong which my order was only a burger, fries and a drink. Those 3 workers are ridiculous and need to be fired there's no reason they should be that comfortable making customers feel horrible at there job. Tonight at 9:30 p.m. that counter crew and the guy running the drive through deserved to be fired. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a FRESH fish sandwich meal. For the life of me, I cannot understand WHY the employees are so lazy and don't listen when you request something you are paying for... they took an OLD piece of fish and dropped it back into the fryer so it came out hard, the tartar sauce was disgusting because if the hard burned piece of fish. It was like biting into rubber. The fries were cold and hard as well. I don't eat fast food often and this was going to be a treat for myself. Pulled in 35-40 minutes before closing, and as soon as i pulled into the parking lot they turned all their outside lights off and didn't answer the drive thru. The employees were all standing in the kitchen talking. The door says they close at 12 am. Website says they close at 12 am. So why shut everything down at 11:20??? I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not only did they have a sign up of a burger that they no longer sold, they had an attitude when I asked for my money back on the sandwich. I still kept the order of chicken fingers and fries, which took them 15-20 mins to make. However, 5 other cars that came after I put in my order pulled off with their orders.
