    a large sub sandwich

Great customer service and employees were quick with getting the food out. Inside of restaurant was clean and condiment table was stocked. Food is always good!

This is the turkey sub with cheese only I ordered. Do you see the turkey? Yeah, me either!

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered a large turkey breast sub with only cheese these people sent a sub with bread and cheese. Then when I called the lady that answered the phone said she could assure me it had turkey on it. Told her I can assure her I'm looking at bread and burnt cheese. I told her I can show my DoorDash order I have and a photo of the sandwich to prove what I ordered. Horrible! Will NEVER order from this location again now that I can assure them of.

My order was a to go order. When I got home to eat dinner this is what I saw. I have no Italian dressing or mustard on my sandwich as stated on the menu. The bread was not fresh. They put way to much mayo for my liking. They also had a customer on the phone asking for a manager but the manager didn't want to take the call and the employee taking our order said I can be the manager. Very unprofessional.

The Peruvian sub was absolutely brilliant--bold, savory, properly balanced, and packed with flavor. The Jack Del Rio was another winner: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a combination that worked beautifully from the first bite to the last. The wheat rolls were fresh, sturdy, and didn't collapse under pressure--exactly what a proper sandwich demands. Airport food is often rushed, overpriced, and forgettable. This was none of those things. The service was quick, the order was prepared correctly, and the sandwiches tasted as though someone in the kitchen actually cared. No soggy bread. No sad fillings. No culinary crimes--just two cracking good subs worthy of five stars. Angie's Subs, you nailed it. Gordon would shout, "Finally, some good food!"

I chose this spot because it had a steady flow of people while I was sitting nearby so I figured it had to be good. I ordered the turkey club - the staff was friendly and they were splitting jobs between the various team members. It took maybe 5 min to get my nice and toasty sandwich. It didn't look like much, but wow it was good. The lettuce was fresh, nice little bits of bacon and a nice amount of turkey (and cheese). It was surprisingly tasty and I finished it in about 5 min flat. Pricing was a bit high but that's what you expect for an airport. There are a few spots at tables in the restaurant but it's mostly a to go location. Definitely tasty and if I'm in the area again, I'd stop in!

Unfortunately, I'm not in the area that much, and only once did I make the journey just to come here. What is the draw, you may ask? Great beer, great food, great atmosphere, great vibes! , That said, every meal I have had here has been delicious. The beer is pretty darn good & cold too! Of course, with the long drive...ya gotta limit it. But it's worth it for anything on the menu. I don't know where to start food-wise, I am trying to eat my way around the menu. The gator tail and fish dip are two of my favorites for small bites/appetizers. The Elk burger, the Taphouse burger, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich are always amazing....and then there's the cole slaw...yummy! Delicious food, and they have more than just sandwiches. The menu offers a little something different. The atmosphere and vibe are always inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The prices are fair, portions are ample, and there is plenty of parking. The decor is fun too! Not to mention, they give a veteran discount with proof of ID. What more can you ask for? Well, I know what I can ask for! To the owners: pretty please, with sugar on top, consider opening a location in St. Augustine. Not in the downtown area, but the folks north of town need something; they need you! Around the Palencia & Kensington area, off US 1 to be exact...or anywhere nearby in that area. The folks there would love something they can walk to, ride bikes to, maybe even use a golf cart to get to...and yes, a short drive is good too. Jus' sayin'! Please just check it out...I said pretty please!

It has taken me about 10 hours of reaching out to Panera via telephone to this location (they NEVER answer), emails to customer service, calls to customer service, as well as reaching out via social media. Every single individual with whom I interacted seem to have one goal, to keep the money they took for me for food they never delivered when I had specifically requested a refund from the very beginning. So, you may have good luck here, but you may also get taken advantage of by the crooked staff and dishonest leadership of this location. Remember, this location has been pure crap since 2015. Now back to the review where Panera does some kind of weird reverse Jean valjean kind of crap where the company steals the money from a customer who simply is looking for a piece of bread. #crookedcompanies This location is seriously a joke. We stopped visiting Panera altogether due to consistent experiences with quality and product being out of stock at this location in 2015. Fast forward to yesterday when I'm simply trying to obtain 4 bread bowls for dinner at home yesterday evening. I placed the order online, even add some sweet treats and schedule it for pickup. I ask my spouse to pick up the order on his way home from work, which he does. Unfortunately, when I open the bag there are not 4 bread bowls, but 2. And 1 of the 2 isn't even insellable condition. They have not only already cut the boule, But someone literally dug their fingers into it for whatever reason while wrapping it up? Literally, what the frick. Please, could anyone in leadership at Panera reach out to me and let me know why this consistent incompetence has been allowed to continue at this location for well over a decade now? I know you can do better, but for some reason you can't seem to get your heads out of your asses at this location. Of course I expect a refund for the items that I did not receive. I don't appreciate being stolen from which is exactly what this is. I also expect a refund for the food that I was served that someone, or multiple someone's, dug their fingers into. And finally, I would like to know how to place an order for four pieces of bread, and have someone be able to count to four?

I just want to say first and foremost that if you are looking for a quick, clean and fairly quiet…read moreplace to eat along Dunn Avenue, this is a good option. Located in the fully renovated space that was once Country Cabin, this Charley's is the same franchise that many may be familiar with from mall food courts, like at The Avenues or Orange Park Mall. Back in the day I used to mystery shop and was assigned Charley's almost every month. As an independent contractor I would accept the jobs because it didn't take me anymore than an hour to fill out the report after the visit, and we would get 2 free combos, so a free meal. The math worked at the time. It didn't take long before my family just weren't interested in going with me anymore and my experience here reminded me why. This place is clean and well maintained. It is brightly lit and is most definitely not cluttered. When I visited service was professional, although I wouldn't say friendly. For Dunn Avenue, this is actually about as good as it gets. I decided to visit because they are a fairly new restaurant in this area and I had a buy one get one free coupon, so I'll take the risk considering my last experiences with the brand. I really was hoping that this wasn't the same experience that I had in days past. Unfortunately, the problem never really was with the staff. They always seemed to be focused on their job, but not necessarily oozing positivity like a cruise director. A smile would be nice. It wasn't cleanliness or maintenance. For me, the food is the issue here. Specifically the cheese steak. If you've ever had Steak-umm, you'll know what I'm talking about. The meat is pre-sliced, pre-portioned and frozen in individual serving size packages. They simply take the meat out of these frozen packages, put the frozen block on the griddle and put some steam on it to thaw it out and then it cooks. It tastes exactly like frozen steamed meat cooked this way would. And then, there's just no flavor from seasoning to cover the almost gamey flavor or steamed frozen meat. The meat is just plain meat with no seasoning whatsoever. And you would think having two cheese sauces would really add a lot of flavor, but both the orange and white cheese sauces were both quite sparse and flavorless. For me, unfortunately this remains food court food. I don't understand how this is a standalone restaurant. Not a thing that I've ever had on the menu has ever stood out to me. There's not a thing that I would crave. Not a thing that I would return for. Not a thing that I have ever really enjoyed. And for someone like me who really enjoys food of all kinds, it really says something when I would just rather not. Sure, it's clean and it's edible, both uncommon for Dunn Ave, but it's also not cheap and without flavor. Wish I could say differently as I would love another place close by home as an option to eat. I also want to say my rating is based on overall experice where food is not the most important factor.

Food was ok. Service was terrible. The cashier just stood at the other register. No "ill take u…read moredown here" or "how can I help u?" Literally he stood, stared, and hit buttons. There was NO ONE there- which makes sense in hindsight. But my sister and I tried to be overly nice thinking maybe he was having a bad day. Tried to joke, used "please" and "thank u so much." Not even a "ur welcome." They only got the 2 stars cause the steak sandwich was good. I wanted to give ZERO. Had to add salt and ketchup for flavor, but I like that it had all the fixings. I will NEVER be back to that location, as I'm sure residents around there already decided- evident in the lack of customers. They even had the door by the handicap locked. We had to go through another door. We thought they were closed at first. Only after seeing a worker walk around realized they were open and used the side door. No apology or recognition of that either. Especially since I was literally with my handicap sister. Wild to be treated like we inconvenienced a worker by going to THIER job.
