I don't think I've come in once where they haven't been super short staffed and most of the team seems newer and confused. They do always handle the crowd and the pace with friendliness but you can tell the employees are sometimes tense with one another and it doesn't seem like they're set up for success. It tastes exactly like frozen steamed meat cooked this way would. And then, there's just no flavor from seasoning to cover the almost gamey flavor or steamed frozen meat. And you would think having two cheese sauces would really add a lot of flavor, but both the orange and white cheese sauces were both quite sparse and flavorless. For me, unfortunately this remains food court food. I don't understand how this is a standalone restaurant. Not a thing that I've ever had on the menu has ever stood out to me. There's not a thing that I would crave. Not a thing that I would return for. Not a thing that I have ever really enjoyed. And for someone like me who really enjoys food of all kinds, it really says something when I would just rather not.
