It's Tuesday around 1pm. The place is fairly busy, but not Chick-Fil-A busy by any means. I walk in and stand a while at the counter. The guy working the drive up comes and takes my order. Thank you Mr Drive up window guy! East order: one bacon king meal with a bottle of water. Water... not because I am a healthy guy, but because I am on a motorcycle. I wait some more. I get my bag-o-food and my bottle of water, and head back to work. I open my bag. Hot fries. Awesomeness ! I open my burger wrapper... Heavy sigh. No bacon. My Bacon King had no bacon... and we all know: bacon is king in a bacon king. So... now I have a very expensive double cheeseburger with no lettuce or tomato... or bacon. I am sad. My son from Kentucky has been raving about the new bourbon bbq whopper. I had him pick me up one today. What I got was a cheeseburger with bacon. No onion strings, no jalapeño, no bbq sauce. Needless to say I won't be buying another one. They really need to teach their employees how to make a burger. read more

Just half an hour ago I went to this Burger King and made my order. I ordered a #1 large whopper combo and a royal crispy Chicken sandwich and another large drink. I get home in Granger county and my crispy chicken sandwich isn't in the bag and my wife's whopper looks like someone dropped it on the floor. The mayonnaise and ketchup is very heavy and all on one side of the Burger. Now I have to settle for a hot pocket after purchasing a chicken sandwich. Thanks read more

Listen... food options in Jefferson City are awful. It is the opposite of "Flavor Town". However, I have come to really appreciate the Burger King. It's wayyy better than the average Burger King. The food is always very fresh. If it's not, they will remake it. The lobby is very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Also, the staff, store manager and district manager are all exceptional people. Very nice people. They always have crowns for the kids. They always get the order right. I now prefer this to almost any other restaurant. The consistency is reliable. It's always a good meal. Again, Thanks to the staff! Truly awesome kind people when every other food chain locally is staffed by people that simply don't care. read more

This review is for Burger King having one of the few veggie burgers available in small towns like Jefferson City. And that was before the Impossible Whopper. While the original is healthier, the Impossible Whopper is really tasty alternative that is one of the healthier fast food options available in our town. This was the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Ever. I only went through the drive through so I can just imagine what the inside was like. The man that took my order was rude and didn't want to accept a coupon even though it was local. When I finally received my food, after being told to pull up to the door and had to wait 15 minutes, the fries were cold and only half of each container. read more

Average tasting food. Moderately likely to not get an order right. The staff is polite and quick to replace the order, but it's likely the replacement food will not be what one pays for. The interior facility is clean and the staff gets overburdened at times. read more

Okay, so this is only a burger joint. We should not expect too much right? I went back there a few times since my last review and it had been mostly fair food for a work day lunch. I can say the staff was friendly and worked well with the public. The problem was we showed up at around 11:45am right at the start of lunch hour and we're served a microwaved burger. I didn't know what was wrong with it at first. I noticed the lettuce was wilted and the cheese melted so much it dripped off the meat. Tasted horrible especially when you consider the texture. I peeled the top bun off it to take a look and my wife said "that has been microwaved"! I hope that the owner and manager both read this review. Please don't microwave your food and pass it off to the public. read more

I have lived one and a half blocks away from this BK from when it was first built. I would also like to state that BK has been my first choice for fast food burgers from way back when. All that being said, I will now say I normally wait until I am near the Morris town BK before I indulge in a BK experience. This one here in Jeffcty has managed to send me looking for a better burger joint, or forgoing the experience altogether. My ex-neighbor was a manager there for a long time. It was a wonderful day all around when he packed his brood back to AL. It was even reflected by a temporary improvement in this BK joint. But they did manage to regress back to their longstanding level of mediocrity eventually. Here's the deal. I too was once in a management position in the fast food industry, as a Baker, Manager and then Troubleshooter for Dunkin' Donuts of America. Sometime you just need to clean house and start fresh. Otherwise bad habits are simply passed along from old employees to new hires.. I walked into a shop in San Angelo and fired the whole roster on every shift, locked the doors and began training new people, before I finally got a tight crew. It was one of the highest producing shops in Texas when I left there for a shop in Chicago, then St. Louis and Boston. This BK is operating under its potential because of poor management practices, period. Practices which seem to continue being passed along from year to year. read more

This facility is extremely dirty. It seems to be antiquity staffed w employees who aren't working. The tables do not appear to have been wiped since breakfast (it's 20 til 2p). The place is has nearly no customers; yet the wait is extememly long. They seem to be service fries left from noon, the drink station is a total wreck and both sweet and unsweet tea are empty; but for the love of God do not ask an employee behind the counter to fill your cup.
