We have been loyal since RT opened 20+ years ago. Went for early dinner 4/18/26. First thing the door handle on entry door was gone. We always sit at bar to be close to the draft beer. The compressor was broken so no draft beer and server had no idea when it would be fixed so purchased 'bucket' of beer. Hopefully RT's precarious financial status doesn't delay repairs. Food was excellent as usual, however, this is second visit in a row where we've waited extra long for a simple cheeseburger. read more

All and all, Pretty good. Drink was strong. Server was friendly and came by often enough. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious and hot. Favorite dish of the night. Burnt ends with hickory smoke bbq were good, a little less "burnt" then used to, but very flavorful. The ribeye quesadillas needed to be warmer but very yummy . The guacamole needed salt or seasoning. But, made me believe I had added a vegetable to my plate, haha. The pico was great. read more

We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the host stand to seat us. We were sat and handed silverware that was wrapped in a wet napkin. The chicken sandwich left me asking "where's the chicken" next time I'll drive across the way to BoJangles. The tator tots had no seasoning not even salt. My wife's burger was bland and had no seasoning either. The server obviously had other things going on, at one point she was taking the order at the table next to us and in the middle of it she turned and threw a pen at someone who was leaving. She then carried a huge tray of dripping silverware across the restaurant to a table where another employee was shaking the water off of the silverware and wrapping them. The restaurant looks like it is being ready to closed, everything has been taken off the walls. After this experience it might be best to close. read more

Asiago chicken very good, BUT the chicken breasts are HALF the size they were in June! In fact, I've not seen a chicken breast that small in years! Looks like they now cut the breast in half. The company has become so petty! We often share our meal. The add on salad bar (DEFINITELY not worth $13 as a meal) is supposed to be $5.99 if ordered with entree. Corporate won't honor the add on price if you share your meal, thus would have to pay full price for it, even though only 1 person ate a salad! We ate there Saturday night. The place used to be packed...not any more! They've just lost another local customer! read more

Well well shame on me for going to this place. They should change its name to Sucky Sundays. I'm not one to go to chain restaurants, but my family and I were hungry after running some errands. There are few choices to eat in this little city on a Sunday afternoon. The outside of the restaurant needs a good power washing, because everything looks very grimy. The food took forever to come out. I could see everyone's microwaved vegetables bags waiting to be placed on plates before their mains were cooked. I once again screwed myself by ordering fish and chips. I saw my fish bask under the heating lamp forever while my burger eating family got theirs meals prepared. When a waitress tells you to be careful the plate is hot, you should know your food has been sunning under a heat-lamp for awhile. The fish and chips arrived tepid, and are of a kids cuisine frozen dinner quality. The burger while huge were nothing to brag about, and the fries were also cold. read more

Only two choices of draught beer as others were not working or out of stock, ok, can deal with that, ordered the jalapeno queso burger medium well, came out cooked on the side and FROZEN in the middle. I love the food at our Ruby Tuesday's in Dandridge, TN,, but don't try to call for a takeout order. You will get stuck on hold! They issue coupons, but you can't use on-line order and use them. You have to phone in your order. GOOD FREAKING LUCK! This is not the worker's fault, but it sure is a management problem that they need to address. Right now I'm pretty angry. I got stuck on hold twice for over 10 minutes. Yeah, I should have given up, but didn't. Third call I told the kid who answered what had happened and said Can you do this or not! He took my order and apologized. Good kid. We tip very well, particularly since Covid and getting only takeout. Don't say you can do takeout if you won't answer your calls. We were in the area for a family emergency, we stayed next door to the restaurant in Dandridge, Tn. We went to dinner on 10/1/2022 around eight pm. The wife and I both ordered steak medium, hers was almost well done and mine was rare, the baked potato was not hot enough to melt butter. We notified the manager on duty and he could our meal. I was driving on I-81 through Tennessee on my way back to Dallas from the Inauguration in DC and was hungry so I decided to stop at a Ruby Tuesday. I hadn't eaten at one since 2004 when I lived in Connecticut, so I was looking forward to stopping in. I was greeted immediately and was sat.
