The employee who took our order (James) made us feel welcome and has some of the best customer service attitude that we are not used to seeing anywhere else. It made the experience even more better. As we are waiting for our food we notice other people coming in and everyone seemed to know each other, customers and employees alike. Small town, everyone knows everyone. We both got their burger combos and they have crinkle fries here which I'm not very big on other than White Castle. They turned out to be really good. The burger was well cooked and the bacon was crispy on my burger. The only kicker, they were out of ketchup at the counter I let one the employees know and asked if I could get a few packets I only got 2, I brushed it off hoping it would be refilled at the counter and it never was. They weren't very busy either. We were very satisfied with our meals here, and wish we had more people like James behind the counter. He is a gem to that place and hopefully we see him again for our next adventure to Florida.
