Was in drive thru tonight. Waited 5 minutes before employee tried to take order. Was placing order, but the employee said to "hold on a second." Sat in car waiting. No update. Employee never came back to take order. Another car was behind me and they got out of their car to ask if they are open and what is going on. I said that the employee told me to wait and never came back to take the order. I waited a total of 15 minutes! Total waste of time. I drove off with no employee update and no food. Worst place ever! This location deserves ZERO stars. They can never get an order correct. The wait when it is not busy is terrible. 15 minutes in line with 1 car ahead of me. Crazy how corporate doesn't take notice of the WORST BK in the country. Customer service at this location is horrible. Ordered a #1 - whopper with small sprite and fries. The food was cold and sloppy. I drove back so I could tell them and get some kind of reimbursement, but was treated horribly. They made me give back the food and said they couldn't reimburse my money. They told me to call the manager at the number posted on the front door and shut the drive thru window in my face, claiming they had other customers to attend. The two girls then went on to curse and say things like they didn't care. Finally a decent young man came to the window and apologized for what had happened and told me the manager would be on shift at 4pm, to come back then. Can't say anything good. Ordered a strawberry milkshake and the milk was SOUR. Horrible taste. I threw the whole thing away. Service was awful. Took 15 minutes and there was no one in there. Prices are outrageous now too. Go to MacDonalds. At least you get some decent food. read more

Every time I come here the food is literally inedible- I don't know why I ever come back here! Maybe out of convenience now that the Smithfield location is closed!!! Got a 10 pc nugget and it was SO GREASY yet they looked raw- DEFINITELY WERE REHEATED MULTIPLE TIMES!!! Also got a burger and it was inedible! And they probably haven't changed the grease in their fryer for A YEAR- that's HOW GROSS THESE WERE. I was just completely grossed out by that meal - I took one bite of the nuggets and one bite of the burger and spit it back out. Also They didn't give ANY NAPKINS. Every time I come here they don't give out napkins!!!! This meal was so greasy I needed 10 napkins to wipe the grease off my hands!!! Waste of $10. I really won't be back this time!!! read more

Another fast food place I need help. Took the order 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting for my sandwich out front. Not sure what's going on. There's nobody in the drive-through still waiting out front for number nine. I don't know what's going on with this place, but you should shut this place down too. Wrap it up, shut it down! So I had to go inside the store to see what was going on. They never said they got the order but I paid for it and there's an order sitting on the counter of two chicken sandwiches ready to go for another customer need to work on your customer service and your staff they make sure that everybody's putting the orders incorrectly, like I said, wrap it up! read more

Came here a few weeks back and you could hear people cursing and talking trash about someone through the speaker. That doesn't bother me though. The fact that I walk in today and I'm standing in line alone, waiting to be greeted for at least 5 min and the guy (manager) is at the register completely ignoring me. No acknowledgment, no I'll be right with you. Just staring down at the kiosk trying to solve a problem. I ended up just walking out and going down the street. I went to burger King the last 5 times, and I've had to drive back every single time! Cause they either forgot something, put the wrong toppings on the burger, or the food was cold. They're aren't consistent on anything, except for being shit. They had 3 Bk's within a 3 mile radius of each other, and they ended up closing the best one. (rt 44.) I placed an order through the drive thru. Drove up and pay for my order. Then they tell me to wait in the front someone will bring my order out. 20 mins later no one showed up until my husband went inside to use the bathroom and then ask for the order. The person in front was like can I help you? My husband said I am still waiting on my order. No one in there had no knowledge of what he ordered. Wth!!! Then after!!! Like I was too slow for them when I was just asking a question, I pull up to the window I get no hi just amount I/O them I get no receipt, just the window closed in my face before I could even ask for one. I frequent this Burger King in Johnston and I'm pleased with the quality and quantity of food and not to mention it's cleanliness inside and out.However on Tuesday Jan. 29th 2019 at 4:33PM I was waited on by an employee named Christally who took my order and when she asked if I wanted to eat in or out I stuttered for a couple of seconds which is a nervous habit of mine before answering someone and one of the other employee's mimicked me and Christally laughed and said loudly"he is so dumb"on 3 occasions with the manager a mere 2 feet away.These actions spoiled my dining experience as I will find a new restaurant to frequent after this experience.I reported this incident to mybk experience but never heard back about it which shows me they have a lack of concern for their customers.Good food and a clean restaurant are very important but attitude is everything in any business!!! read more

Ask twice, once when ordering and once when handed the bag, "cheese is on that, right". I ordered "with cheese" - Nodding heads, blank looks, lazy attitude - too lazy to even speak clearly - just mumbling and nodding their heads. I get on the road and what do you think????
