I used the drive through to get my two crunchy tacos, so I do not have any feedback on the inside of the restaurant, cleanliness, etc. I placed my order using the mobile app and I asked for ASAP. It was not a busy time of the day, so I pulled over to the speaker, gave my name and the lady told me to drive right to the window. My two tacos were packed properly with the sauces I ordered (actually they put more packets that I had requested). Tacos were crunchy and still warm when I ate them. Not a bad experience. read more

No COVID19 laws for not picking up order inside. In spite of doing my online order I was forced into the drive through after proceeding inside for my pickup. Yes counter pickup was an option. After sitting in the drive through for more than an hour, there was no record of my order. I was given the third degree once but twice, before they would make up the order. I'm done with all Taco Bells in general. Taco Bell has gone down hill over the years. My last visit resulted in half my items being wrong. What items we did receive were garbage. Definitely a CLEAN Taco Bell. Everything is cooked to order. The food looks AND tastes the way it's supposed to and the employees are friendly! I'm personally sick of being victimized by fast food employees (ahem McDonalds in Smithfield)! Usually fast food employees are rude because they hate- their jobs but the staff here is actually friendly and helpful and they won't make you wait in line for a soda you forgot to order! I personally have started going to this fast food establishment for quick meals just because of the friendly staff! Even though McDonalds in Smithfield is much closer I started to avoid that establishment due to constant errors in my order and crude staff.... Usually Taco-Bells have horrible customer service but the ones I been running into lately been treating me very well, and very nice. When I ordered the person was kind and helpful they wasn't trying to rush me along ( drive through ) . He got my order correct and told me my amount ( sometimes people don't ). I pull up to the window and I give the money to the sweet man and he thanks me , he was super nice the whole time. He gives me my drinks , one of them they got incorrect so we told him and he insisted we keep the wrong one and that he would make a new one. I was so happy about that because if he would've took it back he would've just thrown it away so why not let us happy I was extremely happy. He gives us all our food , all correct. Took me 15 mins to get through the drive thru to get a soft taco and bottle of water. Irritated unhappy person took my order and after I drove away I realized they had make a mistake on my order. Already on the highway and so wasn't returning. I ordered a soft taco supreme with NO cheese. What i opened was a soft taco with meat and JUST a huge pile of cheese - no supreme. The little girl with the multicolored hair who won't give her name because she is terrible at her job and she knows it!!! She's a horrible worker and should be fired! She will drive away regular customers with her inability to relate to other human beings! The other staff is always nice here and very accommodating! The woman taking the orders in the drive thru was VERY rude to me the whole time. Then when i arrived at the window, i asked the guy politely for the name of the girl taking the orders. He just stared at me and said 'why?' With an attitude. I said i wanted to write a review and he says "ugh hold on". He left the window for a good 5 minutes to go tell all the other employees. When he came back, the other employees followed him and just stared at me. He told me the manager was outside if i wanted to go find her. All i asked for was the name of the girl taking the orders and that i wanted to write a review, i never said if it was going to be a good or bad review. At the next window, ALL of the employees were staring at me yelling and laughing. They forgot 3 items in my order. I was watching them bag my food and they slammed the food in the bag. I ended up throwing it away because it looked like they spit in it. It was a $30 order so i was a little upset. I was nice the whole time and they made me feel SO uncomfortable. The whole crew is very rude for no reason at all. I will never go to this location again. 1379 Atwood ave in Johnston RI. I'm going to crush the drive thru and then be nicer about the food and premises. Twice I've had terrible drive thru wait times, both in evening hours. The first time, nobody would one to the window to simply give me me some sauce. Offering it or including it is apparently not done. What made it worse is that the staffers pretty much just blowing of the window short friendly horn toot was not acknowledged. The second occasion there were two vehicles ahead and my own order was simple. It felt like a solid minutes to advance to the window. Each vehicle ahead moved to the window and the order wasn't ready. 8 minutes in a not busy drive through line is a long time.I'm pretty sure they intend on doing more than 20 cars per hour at 630 PM. The food was to Taco Bell standards. It's a newer facility and seems maintained and clean. But, if you aren't in the mood to wait, beware the drive thru. Once in,you can't get out, so if they are moving at a glacial pace, or not about to go to the window just because a customer might need something they forgot to offer, you may find yourself feeling like you walked into a tarpit and that one day your fossilized remains will be found at a Taco Bell drive thru. read more
