    First time here -- service was great, very friendly, quick but didn't seem like "fast food" The watermelon slush was DELISH. Southwest chicken queso wraps have been on my mind since first bite - definitely coming back !!

    Every once in a while I get a craving for a dirty coke and a Coney Island hot dog and Sonic is the best place to find these things. This specific location has significant staffing problems that have gone unaddressed for far too long. Even when placing our order on the app and scheduling a pickup time, we seem to always have to wait. They are always so short staffed that they close the dining room to customers and turn off the ability to have your items delivered to your car, forcing you to go through the drive thru line for pickup. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru line, they handed me my drink and 3 bags of food. Before driving away from the window, I looked inside the bags, and saw that this was not our order. The employee took the 3 bags of food back and apologized, explaining that they only had 2 employees working at the moment and left the window. 10 minutes later, they appeared again with our correct order and apologized again. While the employees working today were polite and trying to do their best, you should avoid this location at all costs.

    This was supposed to be a sundae.

    Over an hour wait in the drive thru for ice cream, so we left. Never reimbursed. Tried again tonight with door dash. The poor driver sat there for over an hour waiting. Not his fault but the order was cold and ice cream melted. Added 1 star for our Door dash driver.

    The price of the drinks and the size of the drinks.

    Service was horrible. It took half an hour to get two shakes. I was charged for a medium and small. Both are the same size overall horrible experience.

When I moved to America it calmed down a lot (I used to live in Malaysia where it's hot and humid year round) so I didn't need to do much exploration. No one ever suggested to me that I might have wavy hair. I had been trying to use curly hair products for a few months leading up to my appointment with minor results. I walked in with an open mindset, because I've never done any sort of lightening or coloring to my hair so I was open for ideas. I ended up getting my hair cut as well which he encouraged due to my dry ends so I agreed. I thought he would ask me questions on what type of color I was looking for or what vibe I was trying to get from this haircut/highlighting but he just got right to it. I just assumed he knew what he was doing considering his resume. When I first looked at it in the salon I liked it. I wouldn't say I was in LOVE with it but it was something new and different which is what I've been wanting so I walked out with a smile on my face. When I got into the natural lighting outside was when I noticed it didn't look as good as I remembered. My main concern was the color. It was a caramel blonde and it didn't blend in well with my natural hair color at all in my opinion. It almost gave the look that it wasn't toned at all. I'm honestly not sure if he toned it or not because he didn't explain much he was doing with my hair to me. My second concern was the placement of the lightener he used, there are certain parts of it that I don't mind but there are some parts that aren't good. In the back specifically there are pieces that aren't completely blended in well. The front pieces are so much more lighter than the whole entire back and side. Like I said it just doesn't blend too well. I'll attach pictures so you can judge for yourself, but in my opinion it was done poorly and without much thought behind it. I ended up going straight to my friend (who does hair) after this appointment with Charles to have her fix the shade of it for now, because it started to bug me so much. Charles himself seemed like a really nice and interesting man, but I don't see myself coming back in the future.

I attached a photo as well but that has been removed from this review. I will still try and get that photo posted so you can see what a hack job they did. Total bill with tip came to $450.00!!!!!!!!!!!! They would NOT give her any of the money back so she could go get it fixed elsewhere. Everything today is about the MONEY!!!
