This Burger King is basic with food taste and service. Their service is very slow. Drive thru person said to please hold then took about 10 minutes to get back to me. It was odd. Not very friendly staff. They were just laughing and joking around when I finally got to the drive thru window (6-18-26 4:30 PM). No good customer service. The impression I got was that it's just a job they clock in and out of. I won't return here again. It was almost empty inside so I don't know what the hold up was. I saw some of the reviews and yea- quite accurate and not surprising. The fries were horrible and chewy. So oily or so dry. I didn't eat more than 6. Worst fries I've ever had. The burger was okay. It was hot in some areas and warm in other areas. I'm not sure if it was a staff issue or just carelessness but I wouldn't recommend you coming to find out. My ordeal took me 45 minutes to alleviate. After that length of time I still had no food and finally was given a refund after requesting one 15 minutes before it was accomplished. Woman (I assume manager) had bad attitude in responding to my request. Excuse was that FF order wasn't dropped and no one in the three employees working would take the time to make some because they were all attending the drive thru. I was not the only customer requesting a refund. Manager didn't understand how to do a refund and had to call her boss who didn't answer the phone to help her. Don't go inside. Stopped in 10/19 at 7:30am. No one in back we could see. Called out several times but nothing. Heard a ding and a woman came out. I called to say we were waiting and she put her had up and said I'll get to you. She took drive thru order. When I said we were waiting for several minutes before drive thru she replied so. This is my first review that I've left for a fast food drive-thru and for good reason. The BK in Dahlgren needs to be acknowledged for their exceptional customer service. The manager and the employees are always so kind, friendly, personable and they always have a great sense of humor. I always leave out of there with such good things to say to say about them. We ordered food yesterday- two chicken sandwiches no mayo or tomatoes and a dble whopper. Instead of the server making two fresh chicken sandwiches they took the tomatoes off and half wiped the mayo leaving the bread soggy as hell and me sick as a dog after one bite!!! I found this restaurant to be clean inside and out. However, I was served old burgers, old cheese (hard and dark in color as though it was left out over night) on a discolored bun. The burger had a very foul smell. I would not advise anyone to stop here for anything other than to use the bathroom. I am still sickened to my stomach by the horror of what I was served. The cook or food preparer HAD to know she was serving me old food. It smelled for goodness sake. And even if she was congested or unable to smell, the look of this compilation was not fresh. I was passing through and I wanted a grilled hamburger. What better place to order such a sandwich than at Burger King. I don't know what has happened to the others to score so poorly, but my experience was very impressive. I ordered my usual Whopper with extra onion. It was prepared just perfect. It appeared they have recently remodeled. The open space and quality of materials used made you feel you were eating at a fancier restaurant than Burger King. I loved how they designed the floor with the appearance of wooden floor with tile. The place was very clean, too. I only wished I lived closer or that the one closer to me had recreated their place this nice. I will keep this in mind for when I pass through again. read more

We received excellent customer service & our food was served hot & fresh. We made sure to let management know, once we finished our meal in the car, that we were most appreciative of our experience and that we would be certain to provide a good review, and return if we were ever in the area. I mean Im a very simple man but sheesh this place has the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant and the food was A1. This is probably the nastiest and dirtiest Burger King I've eaten at. Usually, I'm not a fast food eater, but when you're traveling you can't be too picky. My food was warm, at best, and I had to return the cup they gave me for my drink, because it was dirty. The walls, some of the tables and floors were filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting and appeared to not have a decent scrubbing in months (the toilets had at least a month of yuck stuck inside of the bowl)! This place has the worst service and I will never go to another Burger King anywhere as a result. I am shocked that Burger King would attach their name (for whatever that is worth) to this mess of a burger joint. I went inside to see the menu as I am not familiar with the food as it had been several years since I had purchased from this company. Once inside I was the fourth person in line with one register attended to. After about 5 minutes one of the parties in front of me left in disgust as it appears tha6t they had been waiting for some time. Now I am third in line and I looked at my watch and I became the 1st person in line and it had been 17 minutes. As I waited for my meal I observed the slowest, most casual staff ever. They did not seem to notice or care about the length of time it took for the order taker to take an order with all of his pleasantries and running to the back or to the soda machine to supply cups he forgot to give out when taking the order. Finally my order was up and I watched as the manager(?) put my food on a tray and then took it and placed it into a bag for take-out. Paid 22 bucks and recieved 2 regular whoppers , no cheese , no double , no bacon , and old tea that had to be thrown out it was so gross . Really BK !?!? Manager had hickies on her neck, standing around talking with a man. Sweet tea on floor was empty; they got me some from back, didn't fill the floor even though several people were standing around. The coke machine that lets you add flavors, was out of every additional flavor (no vanilla, etc). I told manager, she refilled at least one flavor. The ketchup pump was empty; manager pointed me to packets on counter, then didn't fill the pump. I ate in store. I ordered a shake; employee was behind the counter in a tank top. I asked if he should be back there near food in a tank top. Manager explained he was just helping the new guy on the register even though others were just standing around. Tank top kid, one other employee, and the man presumably who put the hickies on the managers neck all stood at the end of the counter making jokes about me under their breath; the non-tank top employee asked me if I was with the health department. read more

Hello, I visit your store last night 02/13/218 Around 11:10PM after finally coming back to this location with the new faces and remodel of store, I order a chicken sandwich meal along with another meal for my husband. After driving all the way home and settle in. Went to eat my chicken sandwich it was hard as a rock. I had no receipt never was given to me. So my husband and I drove all the way back to this location pull up at drive thru I ask the Manager Paul would you eat this he look at it and said "Oh MY GOD No I wouldn't"! So I ask him why would you serve it to people. He had no reply at all! He return my money to me and my husband and I were left without dinner. That being said with the new store I really thought you replaced with better employees but you didn't. Only best thing you did was replace a good Manager during the morning Gloria.
