After accidentally putting an actual beef burger patty on my wife's impossible whopper, I called the store to let them know of the issue. The manager immediately told me that she "knew" that the order couldn't be wrong because she "watched the cook put it in the microwave." I tried to explain to her that it wasn't a matter of how the burger was cooked but what it was actually made out of (because my wife is a vegetarian), and the manager continued to argue with me while also saying that if I drove back to the store with the receipt, she would replace it. When I arrived, she tried to take the burger from me; and I told her that I wanted to keep it to show her the difference in consistency, shape and odor between a beef burger and an impossible patty; and she acted like she was personally offended. She then proceeded to tell me I was "yelling" at her-- I wasn't-- and then admitted that, although I wasn't yelling I was "being rude." To this point, she had tried to say my problem wasn't really a problem and had questioned me all along the way, failing to realize that the reason that people order impossible whoppers is because they don't eat meat. At this point, she said there's was nothing to say. Her teammates, because she had made such a spectacle of herself, felt the need to defend her when, quite frankly, she was argumentative and tried to gaslight me throughout my entire experience. I don't know her name. She took the receipt when I came back. She was the manager on duty at the 15482 Kutztown Rd location; and I never got an apology from her for 1) my wife eating meat or 2) her questioning my judgment about what mean looks, tastes and feels like. [I have had both patties and am familiar with the differences, as my wife often lets me finish off her sandwich.] More than anything, I wish my wife actually got an apology from the manager. read more

Always forget at least one thing you order and PAY for. Food is rarely hot as well. Go to Arby's right there instead.

This is the best Burger King in the area. Of course the menus are the same at all Burgers Kings, but here the food is always hot and fresh, the dining room is clean and the drive through never forgets my zesty sauce. This is a franchise location that has been run by the same couple for a long time, and there's a plaque in the dining room with their names on it which I can't recall. I think they are on-site quite often which might account for why the food and dining experience are always great here. read more

We were heading home, and needed to stop someplace to eat. This may not have been the healthiest option. But hey, we were in the area and famished, so why not? We walked in and proceeded to order. The person behind the counter had an okay attitude. We only waited for a short period before we received our food. After we got our food, we grabbed a table that was recently wiped down by an employee. We all shared a Chicken Caesar Salad. This contained lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. We chose fried chicken for this salad. Everything here appeared and tasted fresh. This fulfilled our vegetable craving. I ordered a Small Whopper Value Meal. The Whopper itself consisted of a beef patty with tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a sesame seed bun. I actually ordered my sandwich without the pickles and onions. The sandwich itself tasted great. The small fries that came along was crispy and reasonably salted. Dipping that with ketchup was delicious. They only had the regular soda machine, and not the Freestyle one. Nonetheless, my thirst was quenched. My dad ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich. This was simply made up chicken with lettuce and mayonnaise on a sesame seed bun. He liked his sandwich. My mom ordered the Fish sandwich, which was topped off with tartar sauce and pickles on a bun. She liked her sandwich as well. The location overall appeared to be clean. Every time someone left, an employee immediately came to wipe down the table. Now that's cleanliness at it's finest. The interior contained decorations that was consistent with a farm. Considering that there was significant farmland around US-222, this blended in really well. The restrooms were just okay. Just a heads up that there is a sign saying "No Picture Taking Allowed". That's the first time I've seen a Burger King post a sign like that, and probably posted this for the comfort of hungry patrons. Maybe tourists took too many pictures or selfies of the farm-like interior that it turned into an issue for management. Overall, I'd say this was a very good experience. read more

Although probably the worst out of all the junk food chains, this location is better than most. Food usually hot, service is quick. As with all bk's interior is dated and bathrooms usually dirty. Because this is a higher volume place probably fresher food. If you have to eat fast food, this particular establishment is ok. Avoid Brienigsville Bk at all costs, stay hungry. read more

I ordered online for pick up, paid and got my order number. I drove to the store for the child they had working there who said we are closed and we have no food. I showed her my order number to show her and she responded by saying we have no food and closed the window in my fabe. o called to speak to a manager and was told they closed early to the weather. (it was raining) I said well I already paid so how do I get my money back to which she said go on whatever app and cancel. I said I tried that and it won't let me. Her response well I can't help you. When I proceeded to tell her about her employee she defended her actions. Worst Burger King ever with the customer service and food. I only went there because it was late and I didn't have time to cook dinner for my kids. They need to hire better staff and a new manager that actually knows what they are doing and how to deal with customers and problems. read more

Fast hot fresh food. Pleasant staff. Clean inside and ot difficult to get to or out of. It's bk but they do a nice job.
