I spent $40 on a delivery order and only got half of what I paid for. So I have paid to have this delivered to my house and now I have to drive all the way to the store to get the rest of my meal even though I paid extra to avoid that. On top of all of this, I had my apartment number in the details through the app, yet the driver decided that he would drop it off at the lobby of my apartment complex instead of try to contact me to resolve whatever issue it was that he was having. When you try to call the store to get help with this issue the number does not work. The best that the Burger King app could do was have someone from the company. The worst service and management I have ever seen in my life. Go through a drive thru lady is talking to other customers while your at the intercom. Then when u pay for it and tell you I'll bring it to the parking lot very rude. The best thing for them to improve is SHUT IT DOWN !!! I love their flame broiled burgers! However, they are never hot and fresh at the McNeese St location. I have about a mile and a half to my destination and I always have to heat it up. Not very good people. The service is great with friendly staff. I appreciate that. read more

The new franchise owners have started an advertising campaign to convince customers who were turned off by past poor customer service to give the Lake Area Burger Kings another shot. I have given Burger King another try and it is obvious the new franchise owners are really putting in effort to improve service! The employees seem to be friendlier with smiles and my orders have come out accurate and punctual. Additionally, the dining area appears to be cleaner, as well as the grounds and parking lot. I hope that this improvement will continue and the horrendously bad customer service at Lake area Burger Kings portrayed on social media are a thing in the past. I recommend that former patrons give them a second chance! read more

Decided to give it a try, I mean McDonald's takes 2 hours to get anything f and if you even get your food your lucky if it's right. We went with Burger King tonight, so we slid in "pew pew" ordered our food from the "I have no enthusiasm" at all person in the window. Unfortunately had to settle for a soft drink as milkshakes aren't available after midnight ( possibly hard to make) But hey at least the burger was put together correctly , at this point I was completely amazed by that not going to lie. Although I don't think the burger ever touched the grill, as it might have been cooked yesterday due to the lack of heat that they are saving for this upcoming winter. ALL Burger Kings are slow, but I'm convinced they learned how from this location. I stop here at the BK by campus a couple times a year, and I always really regret it. If I could give this place zero stars I would, this is the worst Burger King, and its not just me this is a known thing around here. Disgusting. Food was cold after waiting ten minutes from pulling up. And order was wrong.

This place is located right on my daily drive to and from work. When I first moved to the house where I drive this route, I would stop by for breakfast. That lasted all of about a week because every experience was awful. Seemed they were always waiting on something to finish cooking, which would take way too long to wait on, they were out of stuff, or it was just extremely slow in general. The biscuits were hard the first couple trips so I switched to croissants, which were always dry. I don't expect a lot from fast food. All I ask is that it's fast and not horribly messed up. They couldn't manage either. Decided to give them a try for lunch today. Two spicy chicken sandwiches. Not a tough order. I got two plain chicken sandwiches that were so burnt I threw them away. I understand every place has a bad day from time to time, but 6 or 7 screw ups in a row... that's just a bad business. Go anywhere else for your food. I normally avoid McDonald's, but I started going to the one just down Ryan from this BK because this place is such garbage. read more

Entered on a Saturday around 12:30 for lunch. Visible dirt on floor in front of registers & around eating area. Women's bathroom needed toilet paper & paper towels- both were empty. I realize it was fairly busy, but they were short handed. Clerk at counter was friendly & food was served in correct order. Coffee pot was all apart, so no coffee even if you wanted it. That new coke machine with 100 flavors is cool, but they should have at least 2 of them. read more

I've been to this location multiple times but today will surely be my last. When asked why the Regular chicken sandwich is smaller, I get told it's the same size it's been but yet it's not. A few times, including today, I have seen employees go outside, smoke and come back in and DON'T WASH HANDS, including the cooks in the back.
