Trash service. I decided to give yall a shot after not eating from you all in years. Nothing to be missed. I asked for my drink NO ICE, got Ice. But at the window I asked about it and just took half the ice out. Then the lady with short hair just threw up her hands like it's my fault but luckily the manager made it right, it tasted different and didn't hurt my teeth. . I order all my drinks like that. Not my fault you can't take orders. I also ordered a Texas Double Whopper, said it 2 times, but yall Rang me up a double whopper. I see why this location is a 1 star. Should have known better. Awful! Gave us the wrong sandwices. Spouse took one bite and said this isn't right, what did you order. I looked at my sandwich and it was wrong too. Ask for other sandwiches to replace wrong order. New sandwiches made, but one sandwich replaced with bread, cold egg and cheese with a bite out of it from the wrong sandwich. Only hot meat on it. Giving this location 2 stars is generous....only doing so because the food was as expected - I do prefer a Burger King Croissandwich to an egg McMuffin any day. The hashbrowns were also hot and crisp. The problem is that I went into the store and stayed to eat. It was filthy - the legs of the tables and chairs never cleaned and the tray the food was served on was sticky and grimy. Then I had to listen to the "lead" in the store lecture, ad nauseam, an employee that could only be described as a care free spirit devoid of any true work ethic. Sent my hubby after meals for him, myself and our son. Nothing really special, bacon burger, fish burger, chicken burger, french fries, onion rings, 2 Root Beers, and an unsweet iced tea. Everything he was picking up was on the menu. They had no onion rings, no Root Beer, and no iced tea, sweet OR unsweet (which in Texas is a sacrilege)!!! We ended up with 2 orders of french fries each, 2 cokes (which we all hate), and no iced tea. The food was stone cold--and we only live 5-10 minutes away. Burger King, you suck! We won't be getting food here ever again. Why you are still in business is beyond me!! If you don't have what is on your menu, you need to close down! I ordered a #1 Whopper meal with cheese and an Arnold Palmer with sweet tea. The drive-through cashier was unpleasant and unprofessional, slang speaking with little manners. Burger was cold and veggies were scattered outside the burger. Fries were luke warm and soggy like they've been sitting for a while. The food is consistent with all Burger Kings but I've never had an experience here that has really made me want to come back... until today. I'm kind of neutral about this fast food restaurant. Our food was made fresh, and the fries were hot. The order was correct which was nice since typically when we get burgers from a different fast food place that starts with a "M" they have a problem with getting the correct condiments or veggies on the burger. We visited this location on two separate visits. Both times the restaurant was the pinnacle of clean both inside and out, and service was impeccable. The food was not quite what was advertised, though. Mrs. Sqworl got the chili cheese dog, and asked for extra cheese. What she received was a chili that she reports as without flavor, and the definition of extra cheese is still incredibly lacking. My Whopper was exactly as it should be. The second time, she got an original chicken sandwich that she had to apply mayonnaise to herself after asking for it, and I got the Texas Whopper, which has jalapenos on it, even when the counter girl responds to the "Does that have jalapenos on it?" with the answer, "No." Ate it anyway. Food quality is good, but Burger King should abandon the hot dog thing. They don't seem to be able to pull it off. read more

Extremely irate with this location. Every time I go here it's an issue. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but never again. Every time I have to sit, and be "that guy" in the drive through. Your job is to correctly take the order, I acknowledge it is correct; you fill the order and somehow, it always ends up incorrect. AMAZING, what you just basically read was instructions and clearly didn't pay attention to what you were doing. After the blatant ignorance, lack of communication between staff and management about "maintenance" hours of operations. I was looked at, ignored, and had to wave someone down to the window; only to be rudely told "we closed fuh I dunno how long". (Window slammed in face). This manager hates her customers. I politely ordered a Froot Loops vanilla shake and Ms. Thang walked up to the window with an attitude and shoved my order in my face. I then asked for a spoon and she just said "No". I just drove off the split second she said that and didn't give her any reaction. I have much more important and urgent things to worry about than that in my life. That's for sure. I actually had to drive to Taco Bell and order something just to get a spoon to eat my shake with b/c the Froot Loop pieces kept getting stuck in the straw but by that time...it had already melted.
