Tried adding a croissanwich on the order and it was like pulling teeth. Said it 4 times and the lady did not pick up on the order. When reviewing the order she didn't say the croissanwich was ordered so I repeated it and she asked "the 2 for 4?" No I clearly just asked for one but at the same time didn't realize one sandwich cost $4.75 (how does that even make sense??) Got the order and she also gave us sweet and sour instead of honey mustard. They should be able to run a drive-through during COVID, all that's different us wearing a mask. read more

Worse BK ever. The BK veggie patty was hard as a rock. I got a replacement that was equally as hard. They asked me to wait in my car for them to bring me the food. I have never actually been inside of this Burger King I have only gone though the drive though and that is what this review is for. The drive though at this Burger King takes FOREVER no matter how many people are in line ahead of you. When you finally get up to the window and can see into the building you are looking at the kitchen area and it is always filthy. I don't know way I keep coming back here. read more

Give or take in consideration, they have New Management, who is doing a huge improvement as well as in the Quality of the food. Definitely a progress, they are more efficient now, as well as in the speed of service along with the Quality of the food. Remodel can't come fast enough for these guys... read more

This Burger King deserves more stars. Positives first: My big family spent 45 bucks on a bunch of combos ranging from chicken tenders, whoppers, and a veggie burger. All details were exact: drinks, no onions, no tomatoes, this, that, and the other thing they got it right! Food quality was fine. So if you just want a Whopper, or whatever, its okay. Last positive- the man who took the order was professional. The person who brought the food? Amazing. She was genuine, professional, and courteous! Negatives- There was a paper saying they were out of chicken nuggets on the drive through mic.. and it turned out they ran out of lemonade also. Last 'negative'? We did have to pull forward and wait for fries. So, they had 3 somewhat negative issues FIRST which made me worried in light of 1.5 stars. I'm glad I continued, brought the food home, ate it, enjoyed it, and can confidently post this review. read more

Horrible, just horrible. I understand that fast food is supposed to live up to its name, but common. My girlfriend and I decided to eat out for once and chose Burger King. She ordered the chicken tenders and I got the original chicken sandwich. Both of the chickens were literally burnt down to the core. French fries? Cold. Soft drinks? Monster dump of a restaurant. Comparing only to other fast food joints, this one was a mess. Their broiler wasn't working, neither was their air conditioner and apparently not their no shirt-no shoes-no service sign. Hobos drop in like it's their daily routine to fill giant tumblers with free ice and water. There's not much out in Lakeside. How BK lets them keep this franchise is a mystery. My crispy chicken sandwich was either fried earlier then re-fried judging by the very dark color or fried in old oil. Nice folks there, but never going back. read more

We made the mistake of ordering Mini Cinnabons and they were as hard as the asphalt on an "Open Road". They were offering them for the Month of November at $1 each. Nasty nasty nasty nasty nasty, I don't do reviews but this one caught my attention. After coming back from a long hot day at the tracks I came to Burger King to eat and cool down... there's no AC. The doors are open and the place is a complete pigsty. And the customer service is 5/10. The workers seem like walking zombies. They look under staffed and there's no communication between them like how you see at other places. Bathrooms stink and are filthy. Graffiti and shit all over. Literal. Shit. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about - or maybe things have changed since then? From my observations the employees do indeed wear gloves when preparing food, and the areas visible from both drive-thru and walk-in appear clean. It does not take an especially long time at all to get my food - typically chicken bits and some fries - and it is quite edible. I've been stopping here more frequently while heading up the 67, and I haven't had any of the problems the other reviewers are complaining about. In fact, while ordering some extra food for a passenger, the young woman at the window even told us that it would be cheaper to alter our order - change something into a combo rather than ordering it separately... and she was very pleasant! I haven't seen the bathroom yet, so no information there. It's certainly not a fast food place that stands out from the rest, but it's definitely NOT the worst! Why not write to someone higher up in the company if y'all keep having such bad experiences? I know I do when something is really bad... read more

I saw something terrible here today. Sherry One of the mangers got upset with a young employee JUMPS right in front of her. Sherry traps her in a tight corner and Sherry is only INCHES from pour little Amanda. Sherry continues to point in her face and talk to her with a nasty tone. Right in front of all the guest. Before this she was very rude to an elderly man. This women Should not be allowed to do this. She made herself and Burger King look Awful. I feel so bad for any one who has to deal with this childish inappropriate behavior. Ordered three double cheeseburgers at the drive-thru. Got home and while we were charged for three double cheeseburgers, we got three single cheeseburgers. Our orders have been wrong in the past and we have just let it slide, since we live about 15 minutes from this BK location, it isn't worth our while to go back. This time though, I thought I would call BK Lakeside to let them know how our order was messed up. Called the phone number on the receipt and it went to someone's fax machine. So I looked up their location online and called that number but got a message that this number is no longer in service...well, maybe that explains it...BK is no longer in the service business, I guess. read more

Went through the drive thru last night. After waiting for 20 minutes (there were only 2 cars in front of me) when she handed me my order I noticed that one of my onion rings were missing. I mentioned to her that one of my rings were missing, she proceeded to argue with me saying I only order one. Her tone got so rude I could not continue with her. I drove around and went inside.
