This In & Out is great. It is stand alone storefront and has plenty of parking. It can get crowded in the drive thru, so we always order in and dine in. The place is just ever so clean. The service is nice and friendly. It is a cute place and there are quite a few places to sit. You can also order take away. All of their food is great and with all the fast food places raising their price, In & out has promised they won't raise their prices more than 25 cents. They also have a secret menu, which is not a secret to most of us. You can get a grilled cheese, chili, you can have lettuce as a bun or you can try their animal style with is a double double with everything on it and thousand island as a dressing. Warning to anyone with gluten sensitivity/celiac disease who eats at this location!!! Less than an hour ago I ordered for my (not gluten free) fiancé and placed my order after. I stated to the person taking my order that I cannot have gluten and a note was made on my order for my last two items, a Flying Dutchman and a fry. I confirmed with the person at the window that there was a "gluten allergy" warning on my portion of the order (they refer to it as an allergy). I also asked for all my food to go. They served me my Flying Dutchman separately (in a "eat in the car") but they served both fries in the same box as my fiancés burgers, directly touching. When they handed the order over I reiterated I have an "allergy" and my fry cannot be directly touching any bread/gluten. This was stated clearly several times. They took it back and in front of me took both burgers and put each burger in a slightly smaller box and put the same animal fries in each box. The girl working at the fry station (younger with very light blonde hair) was visibly annoyed and complaining already. She was even more annoyed when we handed Eric the order back and specified again that the fry needed to be remade and could not be touching the gluten. They remade the fry and handed it back IN THE SAME BOX as before, directly touching the burger. We passed it back and reiterated again. Through this whole exchange the girl is looking pissed off and I heard several complaints from my car. It made me nervous for her to keep handling my food because of how mad she seemed and how she either did not understand how to handle "allergens" or did not think it was important. Eric then bagged the SAME fry in a new bag and passed it back. At that point we needed to speak to a manager. I asked again what exactly their protocol was for handling gluten free orders and I was assured that separate equipment for non-gluten flagged orders was used and employees were expected to change gloves. She oversaw the remaking of my fry and it was bagged separately but unfortunately this location shows that several employees do not have proper training when it comes to handling allergens. While cross contamination can happen, properly trained employees greatly reduce that risk. Why have a protocol for gluten free items if it will not be taught OR properly followed by employees? This was one of the very few restaurants I eat at and unfortunately after this experience I will not be taking the risk anymore. read more

I stayed in the hotel right next to in and out for 3 days. I ate here every day for my stay. Every time the staff was smiling and welcoming. They are Always Super Busy but make time to provide exceptional service. My food was always fresh and hot. I loved my Vanilla shake as well. The Puppy patties are only $1.30 each, my Dog loved those meat patties. I would eat here for more days if I were to stay longer. I came into your restaurant to enjoy a night of dinner with my fiance and our two children and I was embarrassed and very very much so. When I went in the restaurant I had an oversized purse with me because I have two small children and I'm also four and a half months pregnant so I have to bring changes of clothes and cleaning necessities to clean me and my children up before we eat dinner. With security guard seeing me going to the bathroom he tried to stop me but I kept going into the bathroom and as I used the restroom and employee which was a female banged on my restroom style door and told me this is not a hotel or a changing room and that I needed to get out of the restaurant and I could not understand that like me what was going on and I understand that I had maybe look like a mess at the time but I wanted to tidy up before I brought my children in there to tidy them up before we had a dinner together at your in and out restaurant. Once I exited the bathroom the security guard told me the best thing for me to do is to go ahead and leave and not come back and once again I could not understand why. So then told my fiance to cancel my order and let's leave like they were ordering me to do so without answering any questions I had for them whatsoever.
