I love Burger King(s) and it pains me to give this two stars but it is deserved. In the past 8 weeks I have purchased the same order 6 times and they have blown my order every time. 2 Double Whoppers with Cheese and 4 Tacos with 4 mustards and 4 taco sauces. Is it really that difficult to give me my 2 slices of cheese? I never get it, only one slice of cheese. And those definitely not ordered jalapeños (and other weirdo-stuff on different orders) added make the Whopper disgusting. 4 packets of both mustard and taco sauces I got 1 out of 6 times. And really, 1 napkin with all that food? How about 2 napkins per double meat item and 1 napkin per item? read more

Went around 7:20 pm saturday. July 18th. If I could give ZERO stars I would. First of all the African American girl at the window doesn't know how to take orders and is RUDE. After I received the receipt. I read it and was charged for items I didn't order. I proceeded to let her know . She grabs her manager I get the refund wtv. The girl comes back to the window talking about can I have the food back . I told her that's cross contamination specially individual items. My issue wasn't giving the food back it was her asking for it saying she'll put gloves on . Who wants food that's already been touched by others. HORRIBLE costumer service. Road tripping and when we first went in we had to use the restroom and needed a code, multiple employees walked by while we were trying to get the attention and literally looked us in our eyes and kept walking. After we ordered food and asked for napkins because they weren't out anywhere, one employee continued to pull out like 2-3 napkins and glare at us without saying a word. Where to start. Been trying this place for years about every 3 to 6 mo. or so. Tried agian and found my entire order was not made my way. That was 2 Whoppers 2 OCS amd jr Jr chicken sandwich. For the past two years every time i went to this burger king walking through those doors was like walking into the gates of hell. You'd walk in, and immediately be greeted by dirty tables and tweakers (no hate to the workers for this, city needs to do something about them!!! It's a safety issue for the people working there and customers!!!) and over the top rude staff. Placing an order was a fight as no one would be at the register, or if they were they'd be rude as hell and walk away half way through. (Manager included!!! Don't know what her issue was!!) Recently however, I think there was a change in management. The other day i was craving a good look at their impressive soda fountain, and god did they deliver so much more. From the moment i walked in i could tell something had changed, as it was CLEAN!!! Also, the associates were ready to take orders and weren't rude???? This is my regular Burger King because it's the closest to where I live. My order is usually correct. Yesterday they gave me a Coke instead of cherry coke, but I can live with that. The kid who usually does the drive thru wasn't working. I was using the new Burger King rewards program while ordering very confusing. The onion rings were fresh for a change. That was about it. This Burger King location in Lakeside has, in my experience, poor customer service. I've visited this location four times in the last 6 days. Each time I decided to leave before ordering because employees took several minutes even come up to register to take orders. Additionally, not one employee even acknowledged even one of the multiple potential customers. I was not the only one who became frustrated and left. I have lived in the area for almost two decades and have visited this location many times. I've noticed that customer service here has taken a nose dive in the past several months. As far as other attributes, the restaurant, as a whole looked clean and presentable. The seating area was clean and orderly, the trash receptacles had been attended to. That is the only reason of giving it 2 stars- for appearance. I used the app for ordering ahead and it worked perfectly. I ordered a regular Whopper and Vanilla Iced Coffee. The order was already done upon my arrival at the drive-thru. The burger was phenomenal....super fresh and tasty!!! The iced coffee was just as good and perfectly mixed! I could not have asked for a better overall experience. Great job Burger King!!!!! Visited this location 12/19/2020 around lunchtime. Am not rating poorly because of long wait in line at drive through. I'm rating based on them getting the order wrong and poor quality of the food itself. Ordered a Whopper with cheese, a Whopper JR with Cheese / no onions , a small order of fries, and a large order of onion rings. The only thing they got right was the small order of fries. We ended up with two Whopper Jr's with onions and no cheese, and a small order of onion rings. The burgers were barley warm and dry. Simply awful. This isn't a CoVid related problem. This place is walking distance from my work so my co workers and I will stop by sometimes for lunch. I haven't been here since the remodel and I must say, the place is so much cleaner and upgraded nicely. I even noticed some new employees and they were all very nice. Donavan was our cashier and he was super nice and didn't mind giving us sauces for our meals. I tried a Jr whopper with chicken nuggets and everything was good. But it did little to make up for the: Coke Freestyle machine being out of almost everything, major bummer when you are seeking refreshment on a hot day. No tomato included on Whopper sandwiches. Lights out in most of the restaurant, making it very dark and downright creepy - possibly an effort to keep restaurant cool due to; no air conditioning. Instead, every door was propped open, including the back/receiving door - major sanitation violation. (And security issue, particularly after dark.)
