I would wager that when they did the rebuild/remodel here they weren't expecting it to become so dead retail wise. The last time I visited this area was many years ago and it has changed a lot. The outlet mall basically has no stores and I can imagine that the traffic to this fast food restaurant has gone downhill a bit. Even with that, it did not deter me from stopping here to grab my meal for the day. It was a long trip and I wanted something that I could eat leisurely back in my room. I chose to go through the drive thru as I didn't want to sit inside to eat. Placed my order and drove up to the window, paid and I was on my way. It was actually a pretty simple and quick stop. Nice surprise there. Service was quick and my order was correct. Food was what I expected when I finally dove into it. How I had asked for the sandwiches to be prepared was done correctly. I just hope that there is development around the area to keep this location going. read more

Waited forever to order. I went inside because I was odering something special. Finally a young male came up to the register. He was saying Makayla do this, Makayla do that. He was complaining about everything he was doing. He said are you ready to order. I said why are you here if you don't want to be. He said I'm the manager. I said you don't act like one. I ordered the special, two whopper jrs and two medium fries. I said I only want onions on the one sandwich. He typed light onion. He took the two sandwiches from the lady that was fixing them and said one has just onions right. I didn't hear her response but I figured she must've said yes. I got home and opened the two sandwiches. Both had everything and the one had one piece of onion! Obviously she told him it said light onion and he didn't care. The sandwiches were on large whopper buns. The place was not busy. The kitchen area was filthy, trash everywhere. One of the workers was standing in the back on his cellphone. Have never been to that Burger King and will not be back! I shouldn't know when the other people were comparing how long they have been waiting. read more

Lost my service because they have one person working there, dinning area was closed with no ability to order when you drive a 11 foot tall truck. How the F**k can you run a business like that. I'd look for new management. read more

We got sandwiches tonight from BK. 8/5/2022. The fish was burnt and just about 1/4" thick. Husbands burger was just as bad. Garbage is the only word I can tell you that matches the dinner. Also 1 small soggy order of french fries $3.99. Cannot believe you have the nerve to display pictures of your sandwiches when they do not resemble. First I walk in and the female shift leader is being jokingly dry humped from the back buy the guy who later made my sandwiches. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and I get 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. The biscuits are either over cooked or over reheated and hard as rocks. There is just no good services in the fast food industry. I feel sorry for humanity. read more

Bad service. For lunch. I was the only customer at one yes it took me nine minutes to get my food. They seem more concerned about the drive-through me inside the store. Was yelling going on that could be easily overheard in the dining area. Poor attitude from the person in charge. Well not return to this location. I worked in the fast food industry when I was younger. Was a supervisor and taught the employees that all customers are important. read more

I came here late at night so no line and since I get a veggie burger it's made fresh as we're the fries. Delish.

The service was extremely slow, the Dr pepper was out, my order was incorrect. They corrected my order after a while but the corrected order had such a funky taste to it that I could not get past the second bite. I certainly will not be coming back to this location. read more

I hardly spend my time doing these surveys and I live 4.5 hours away from this Burger King but my family had such a GREAT experience at this store and with its staff while we were on vacation in Lancaster, PA, that I felt I owed it to the staff to acknowledge their top-notch service. We actually left the line at the Wendy's down the street to come here. We left the Wendy's because the line was long, the staff seemed horrible, and the store was filthy. When we turned into the BK parking lot we saw a new beautiful store so that was a good sign. When we walked in we already knew we made a better choice. The store was clean, guests looked happy, the line was short, everything seemed new and nice. The register person was friendly & professional. The manager was in front and hard at work. Everyone was talking to us and friendly and nice. It was like we were in a BK video for how to be a perfect store! My 9-year-old son went up for a second cheeseburger on his own later on and I could see the same front counter person putting in the extra effort with him so that he had a good experience. Horrible! I have never filled out a yelp review but this has to be told. I ordered a whopper meal with a cheese burger as well. The whopper was a hamburger and the cheese burger was not even warm. It seemed like it was sitting on the counter all day. I'm not exaggerating. The top of the bun on my whopper was literally cold from a fridge. I tried calling the store at the number listed on the receipt and it was not even a working number. I was just calling to give them a heads up. Don't stop at this one. Oh yeah I ordered a large meal. Went in to try an impossible burger. Couldn't tell the difference to be honest, but it was cold. Asked them to heat it up. They did. It was luke-warm. They cost $5.39 so it should be hot. They got my girl's order wrong altogether. They made the correction but it looked like the hamburger was sliding off a cliff and the cheese was not even melted a bit, and it was cold too. The place was fairly clean and the awful music was not super loud. The staff wasn't busy at all but moved as if they were sleepwalking, and when we thanked them they didn't respond. The service was horrible and slow, the food that I got was not the one that I ordered, but the food that I did get tasted very weird and I did not feel good after. Also, the burger king needs some serious renovations and upgrades I definitely wouldn't recommend eating there. There are many other great restaurants in the area. read more
