There is no customer service here at the counter. They want you to order on the screen. The woman who works the window says, she is not a cashier... she made no attempt to call the person who is the cashier to the front. This event happened 2/2/2026 and 2/3/2026. There are customers coming in as i type this and the window worker is telling customers to go to the KIOSK to order or wait until the manager comes to the front. Customer service is horrible. So...looking at others reviews, I decided to order through the app and just click the "Im here" button when the BK was in view. The drive through does move slowly but it wasn't unbearable. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with several cars in front of me so ... I, of course, got the Impossible Whopper. To be clear, I've had impossible burgers before. They're good but nothing to snatch wigs over. I wanted to see if the "flame-grilling" ie broiler would add some flavor. Nope. Tastes the like an impossible burger you'd buy in the grocery store. Good day, I just left the drive thru at approximately 7:00 am. The cashier was a lady with natural locks in her hair. I asked her for a receipt and she said " The receipt machine isn't working ". I then said, I need it for a code the BK app is asking for. She followed up by saying " I don't know about that ". Every time I am in the area and decide to visit this location it's always an issue. The drive thru is closed or it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Another visit I sat in the dining area for almost 20 minutes to receive just an Impossible Burger. Corporate needs to direct their attention to this location. Customers I've spoken to are just as frustrated. I am frustrated because I just needed a receipt for the app and the lady at the drive thru window didn't seem to care about this visits concern of mine. CHEWED GUM ON MY FOOD. a family friend and I went through the driveway to order some food.she got the impossible burger because she is vegetarian and I got the whopper with no cheese and small fries with bottle of water that was expensive already.i got home and warmed my food and noticed that there was gum on my fries. I'm scared to eat the field because the gum stuck to some of the fries and wonder which cook thought it was a great idea to put their gum from their mouth into my food. I am pissed off because I never chewed gum today so it can not be me that put the gum on my food but the cooks or workers.they need to have some kind of etiquette of sanitation when handling people food. I've never had an issue with this location. Customer service, food quality (taste/temperature), time in line are always great. They don't give me shade about using my coupons and they always make sure we have the necessary items to enjoy our meal such as napkins, straws, ketchup, etc. Ms. Della, who works the drive-thru is an amazing elderly woman. I went through the drive thru window and encountered the sweeetest elderly lady. She greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm, that if she had told me that working the windo at Burger King was her dream job, I would have believed it. I ordered a classic hot dog and it wasn't bad -- I'd have another one. The actually hot dog itself is pretty small but at least that way the toppings (ketchup. mustard, relish, and onions) stay intact. The renovations have given this location a new look that is clean, modern, and stylish. It's just too bad the service doesn't live up to the hype. My order (2 whopper meals plus two sandwiches) took around 10 minutes to prepare. I have to believe they gave top priority to the drive through orders as ordering inside wasn't nearly as efficient. In addition, the cashier, dazed as ever, forgot to give me the drink cups, and no one asked if I wanted any sauces. The food quality was good overall. The self serve fountain soda machine was not working, cashier had zero personality, and my double whopper with cheese was cold. How can a business whose moniker is Burger King sell cold burgers. I usually don't go to this location. Now I have a reason to not return. I was on my way home from dropping off my sister in Germantown, hungry and knew my sons were to I made a stop and the most convenient BK location. Not only did I have to wait in the drive thru line what seemed to be forever, my food was cold and they also forgot my Hersey sundae pie. My oldest requested I never order him chicken fries again. His food looked as if it sat under the heat lamp for hours. Hard as a rock. After noticing everything was cold and my pie was missing, the one cold item that was requested, I just knew I didn't want to go to this location.
