No complaints here! I've visited this location several times, and it's been consistently good every time. I usually order a bunless cheeseburger with a small fry, and let me tell you, those "small" fries are always overflowing and more than enough. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Since it's a franchise fast food spot, the decor is exactly what you'd expect from the brand. Nothing fancy, but clean and familiar. The service has always been friendly and efficient, and I've never had any issues during my visits. Consistency goes a long way, and this location delivers. Just had the best experience at this location thanks to Dewayne G. Traveling from DC to Philly and decided to hop off the interstate for lunch. Dewayne is made for customer service! Smiling face as we walked up. We told him it was our first time and he walked us through the whole menu along with suggestions. Although a bit pricey, the burgers were amazing! Comparable to In-N-Out but all the condiments you could want included. Milkshakes are thick and plenty of different options. Dewayne then topped off his amazing service by bringing us water cups to our table since he noticed we only got milkshakes and thought we might want something else to drink....he was right :) Thank you Dewayne!! read more

It has been a while since I have been here. Had lunch with friends. The facility is very clean and organized, it is clear the staff takes pride in what they do there. Typical Five Guys, order, grab some peanuts and wait for a bit. The food was ready quickly and as ordered. I always get the Jr. two patties is too much for me. I get it loaded up also. The vegetables are fresh, the buns soft and the burger was very good. As usual I really enjoyed it. The fries here were cooked very well. Not the limp greasy fries you usually get at Five Guys. Kudos to the team for a job well done. The only down side was $14.50 for a single burger and drink. (Someone else bought large fries to share). Though good for what you get it is ridiculous. Most items are made to order unless it's a busy time in which case they'll have stuff ready to the side but still tasty. I like being able to choose as many toppings as I'd like, plus they never skimp on the fries! I've been to a couple dozen Five Guys in several states and this one, by far, is the absolute WORST! The outside of the restaurant was not properly maintained with trash overflowing to the point that it went up the window of the establishment. I figured that maybe since its the end of the day that they were just waiting until close so I let it go. I should've left. I order my food the same way I always do and proceed to wait (there was one person ahead of me). While I'm waiting I decide to grab some peanuts. Lets start there, they have two locations for peanuts both near the counter. One of which is actually inaccessible when there is a line because it on counter before the registers and next to the wall where people line up to order. The second location is on the side of the soda machine on the floor (the opposite side of counter). I grab some peanuts from the second location and take a seat. I start to eat my peanuts only to discover they are completely stale. I mean, like all of them are super crunchy and dark brown inside. Do you know how long it take for peanuts to go bad? Do you? Months.... I love peanuts though so like the dedicated stan for them I am I finagle my way to first location in that awkward place in front of the line only to return to my seat with MORE stale peanuts! Like, seriously? So finally, my food is ready and I proceed back to my table to load up the few good peanuts I had in my container when one of the worker kicking some type of dirty carpet thing across the floor that I can't take my peanuts!!! Now in fairness to them, I know what the company said about taking peanuts out the store. But never....NEVER in my years of being a patron of the franchise have I been denied the opportunity to take my peanuts home! Peanuts are 50% of the reason I even go to Five Guys. That being said I'm like screw it and leave so I can get back to watching college football. Here is where the story SHOULD end. But noooooooo....... They just won't let me be great even post patronage. After finishing my 15-18 minute drive back to my residence only bite into the DRIEST, SKIMPIEST, struggle cheese having, tough pieces of meat between two pieces of cardboard. I am LIVID! Never again will I step foot in the parking lot of that shopping center, let alone that poorly run establishment. Avoid this business at all costs! My boyfriend and I come to this location all the time and we usually have no problems. However, tonight was different. We came in at 9:42pm (18 minutes before close). Whitney was rude and thought she knew best. You could tell she was in a rush. Upon arriving home, my entire order was wrong. My boyfriend specifically stated what toppings he wanted on his burger. She kept asking "are you sure you don't want it all the way". His answer was no. However, we get home and, sure enough, his burger is all the way. The burger I order was a little bacon burger. However, I get home and cheese is on my burger. This wasn't a mistake on my part since I absolutely abhor American cheese. That being said, our dinner is ruined and promptly went into the trash. At 10:03pm, I called back to Five Guys to express my disdain. The phone was answered by the same inept worker. I spoke to the manager. He was competent. He offered me to come in tomorrow for a remake. However, that is pointless. I wanted dinner tonight, not tomorrow. Please just better train your staff.
