Burger King in lathrop is the " Worst" location to go to. I did the online order as I was waiting in the driveup and I was the third car from the line. I had to wait for "20 minutes" before I reached the order screen. Now that wasn't it. To reach the pickup counter it took me "45 minutes" after my order. In 45 minutes they only helped 5-6 cars before me. It wasn't like they were short staffed as I noticed there was a lot of employees inside but still they took so long and the managers didn't had a courtesy to come out and inform the customers who have been waiting for so long that we have to wait for long and apologize. When I asked the staff why it took them 45 minutes and he replied there is nothing he can do. I asked him is my food seating there for 45 minutes as I placed the order 45 minutes ago than he said no he just got it. When I opened the food and noticed it the food actually cooled down already. This bad experience is not acceptable at all. I didnot went back to complain as my time is important and it's not worth it going back and waiting for who knows how long again. This place is horrible for customer service. They messed up my order 3 times. I filed complain with their corporate office and gave the location address and no one has done anything. I called the location's phone number, which keeps on ringing and no one answer. They are so rude. Today I was charged for an item which was missed in my order. I had ordered drive-thru. Went in the store and place an order of chicken fries, French fries and a drink. Placed my order at 12:15. There were literally 3 customers inside. They were grossly understaffed and the staff that they had were working very slowly. The lady that placed the order ahead of me waited 15 minutes for a pre packaged salad. I waited 20 minutes for my daughters lunch. It was absolutely ridiculous. I understand that due to current events we all need to be a bit more patient but it's still fast food. My husband and I visited the nearby animal shelter to meet a potential pup. After the successful meet and greet (we signed the papers yo!), we went to get some whoppers here. We ordered their pick 2 for $5. I got a whopper with bacon and cheese... and it was SO GOOD. Idk what it is, but the burger was actually thicker and looked like the ones in commercials! The BK by our house gives these really thin burgers so I was just ecstatic! They also had frozen beverages for $1, and I love me some slurpees, hollaaaa! Fast forward to one week later (today) when we got to pick up our new pup! We made sure to stop here again. Same great deals. This time I got the chicken sandwich and YUM. Also, we changed our order twice while ordering at the drive-thru (sorry!) and the service member was so nice (thanks, Stephanie!!!!). The service here is good. My comment is on the hand breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken was average but pickles and the type of sauce made it unpleasant to the taste. Who knew you could spend $50 at Burger King? Apparently, when feeding seven, that isn't hard to do. Three kids meals and four adult combos later... shablam, $47.33. The food was warm-ish. Took about 10 or 12 minutes to get everything. Had to go back for one of the kids meal drinks. And a large fry order came out as a small. So, could have been a little better... but it could have certainly been worse. In the very least, we got service with a smile. That's worth something, I suppose. read more

Worst experience ever! The online ordering is a mess so what I put in my cart was not what I got on my first order. Then thRy simply sent the same thing out again. I went online and placed a repLacement order and called and ask them to cancel the first one. So instead of doing that they sent out old cold food. Never fails, this establishment is fucking trash. Employees do not care about the service they provide to customers, in person, drive thru or when ordering on door dash. Not hard to nicely place napkins in a bag but crumbling and shoveling them in is better? Undercooking your most basic items (fries and nuggets) and not listening to a damn thing you say. I was so excited to have B.K. come to Lathrop. How disappointed I was after visiting the Lathrop B.K. I have been there three times since it opened 2 weeks ago. The restaurant is filthy, with tables that always need to be cleaned. The service is beyond slow, and I have yet to receive an order that was anything more than lukewarm. I am told the owner operates and or owns over 100 such establishments and this is the real reason behind my review. It stands to reason that a new store represents a sizable investment on your part.
