Super slow drive thru. You know it's slow when you decide to start your Yelp review while waiting in line. Was driving up Highway 5 when I decided to stop by BK for a quick bite. Found this location on Google Maps and figured I'd take a quick detour since it was right off the freeway. There was a decent queue of cars already in line, but it didn't look bad enough to make me want to pass. Ended up being stuck in line for 20 minutes, ugh. 20 minutes might not sound like much, but in a drive thru - it's an eternity. I think a large part of the holdup was due to BK's end - seemed like it was taking cars longer than normal to get their food. The cashiers also repeated my order wrong or had to double check what I had ordered. I'm guessing there's some disorganization and perhaps poor training or management that's making the drive thru super slow as it seems other customers have had issues. Overall, a frustrating experience to spend 20 minute stuck at the drive thru, especially when you're in a hurry. My time got whopper flame grilled. read more

This is the 3rd time they didn't give all my orders on the drive thru. I was just here today around 11:55-12:05am to get something for my son on my way home. I ordered 2 12pcs mozzarella fries, 2 cookies and chicken sandwich. When they handed my orders to me at the window, I didn't checked it since I want to go already and it's past midnight. When I reach home, I give the drive thru bag to my son while I went rest room. When I came out my son is almost done with it. But it only has 1 12pcs of the mozzarella fries instead of 2 12pcs that I ordered. I tried calling the place to let them know about it (that they only give me 1 12pcs mozzarella fries instead of my 2 12pcs order) but the phone number on the website is not going through. It keeps disconnecting. I'm getting pissed for not getting through to the store's phone when it says it's 24 hours. I haven't been here for a while but I still had royal points to use and was able to get a jr. chicken sandwich with it. On my way to pickup I selected drive thru pick up and ordered a 8piece chicken nuggets for my mini me with honey mustard dipping sauce that was able to go with a offer on their order website of fries. I asked for water and was given it with a smile. Great service, fast service, helpful service with amazing deals!! I don't know what is so outstanding about their hamburgers, anymore. Bun was toasted without butter. Lettuce wasn't crisp, and slice of tomato was very thin. The beef was overly salted. That steely taste stayed on my tongue on drive all the way down to San Jose. The fries were bland and dry! Can't say they were crispy, more like cardboard. Even the ones covered with cheese and special sauce were tasteless and salty. Maybe at 2 pm, why this particular joint had an almost empty parking lot and few cars in line. While the overall service was actually very good, regarding our food, it is the way my daughter and I were lied to regarding the bathrooms that resulted in this low score. When we asked to use the (locked) bathroom, the attendant went to unlock it and we were totally taken by surprise when an elderly man walked out-as the sign indicated the bathroom was 'vacant'. I looked in and was appalled: dirty of on the ground, toilet paper all over the floor, pee still in the toilet and an all-pervasive funk had me ask the attendant to let us use the other bathroom, a separate locked door, to the left of this one. The attendant told me it was an employee only bathroom and I knew this was not true because the only sign next to it stated it was an "all-gender" bathroom, and I stated as such. He said the manager said it's an employee only bathroom and I asked to speak with the manager because. Have worked in the restaurant biz and if an area is designated for employees only it needs to be clearly stated. Some little woman came out to tell me the same thing: that since Covid they had bathrooms closed and when they reopened them the manager told them it's the employee bathroom. I clarified and informed her that it is NOT an employee bathroom, it is a customer bathroom that the employees choose to use. She said yes and that she would have simone clean the other bathroom. So we had to wait almost 5 minutes for the bathroom to get cleaned so my daughter could use it! Thank god she didn't really have to go or it would've been a REAL mess On their hands in more ways than one! The young man who cleaned the bathroom said he didn't understand the problem and would've just let us use the other one. I said I didn't understand why they didn't have customers using the customer bathroom either! Anyway, here's the two doors. Identical, right?? Bc they LIED. A few nights ago, I drove from my home to this BK to get a couple burgers for my wife and I. Eight miles one way. Made my order, two double whoppers, no onions, no tomatoes, heavy cheese. Drove home, another eight miles. 16 miles now. Opened the bag, both were single patties, no cheese, and had onions. I'm allergic to onions, like anaphylactic shock allergic. Checked the order ticket, and it was correct on that. So I drive back, another eight miles. The dining room was closed, and I knocked kind of loud, and got flipped off by some punk behind the counter, I banged harder and asked for the manager, got a dismissive shoulder shrug, and ignored. I used to go here a lot but lately, we have always had something wrong with our order. Ex: heavy mayo turned into heavy hot sauce on crispy chicken. I couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. If you ask for cheese, you are charged and then their whopper comes dry, no sauce, cheese just heavy lettuce and burnt bun. The drive thru wait can be from 10-25 mins. Great place to eat no matter who says otherwise. As long as you remember not to order any beef burgers as the meat quality is so bad that you'll likely bite into left over bone or possibly rocks. I have quit eating at bk because the company only uses some of the lowest quality beef. Regular beef eaters might consider getting dental insurance. Worst experience ever, employee name Ashley was not just rude but made us go to bed hungry, I placed an order thru Uber eats, and when my food came it was only fries when I ordered meals, called the store to see if my order was still there, said they gave wrong order as it was thru drive,so the driver could not have picked it up, totally wrong order, instead of answering the questions she first yelled and said she did not give wrong order, ask for my physical receipt was about to tell her that I ordered thru Ubereats, she started to accuse that she was victim and confuse, all I asked was if my order was there and if they want me to drive back and pick up the order.
