He said it was because it had been sitting out for ten minutes on cold coleslaw, but it had been less than three minutes, and the previous two orders had also been cold. He then said he had just pulled it off the grill, but based on the temperature of the food, that did not seem possible. After three cold orders and a manager who seemed more interested in arguing than fixing the problem, I left. This is disappointing because the location is convenient, and I have been a regular weekend customer during the summer. The temperature of the restaurant has consistently been colder than I prefer, which also cools down the food quicker. Longhorn is based in the Atlanta area and I've noticed restaurants are better when they're closer to their headquarters which played into our decision making when we chose it.
