He said it was because it had been sitting out for ten minutes on cold coleslaw, but it had been less than three minutes, and the previous two orders had also been cold. He then said he had just pulled it off the grill, but based on the temperature of the food, that did not seem possible. After three cold orders and a manager who seemed more interested in arguing than fixing the problem, I left.
