We randomly stopped here, returning to NOLA and I just have to say that these people.are the absolute KINDEST CFA employees I've ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot because CFA employees are almost always the happiest, sweetest people you could meet. I usually love Chickfila. They're not always great. That said, my experience usually can be described as pretty good at the bare minimum. This Chickfila has some of the worst workers that I've seen. One of the employees delivered the food to our table and noticed that it was absolutely disgusting. A better employee would've proactively cleaned it or asked a fellow employee to do so. I had to go up to request that my table get wiped down. The person in the dining room at the time handling the request some reason decided to act confused and annoyed that I wanted to eat on a clean table. Oh, I'm sorry, am I expected to eat on a dirty table? I could've maybe let this slide if they gave us trays, but they elected against giving us trays despite being dine-in customers. This made the cleanliness of the table even more important. Look, I've worked fast food before, even at a place as busy as this Chickfila. I heard so much about this place (chain). I was pleased with the spicy chicken salad. The chicken was a little dry. The salad had no bread so I ordered a chicken sandwich (classic). This disappointed me more. No may, no lettuce just 2 beat up pickle slices. The filet was large and hot. A little too greasy though. Not my fave but there are many that do. Enjoy!!! read more

Drive through was packed so decided to come inside. Olivia took our order and was extremely thorough, fast, and accurate. I used to work at chick fil a so I know how important it is to be quick but also right. After she took our order she filled ice buckets and took care of mobile order drinks. Pamela was an amazing server & very understanding. Amazing cooking too, very fresh. Took mot even 2 minutes after ordering to be served.

We go to chick fil a at least 4 times a week. Out of the 4 at least 3 of my orders will be incorrect. You would think after a while I would start checking my food before I leave. I get home and I will be missing some of my order that I am charged for. This is the worst chick fil a with the worst service. Upon telling management that my order is wrong I am always met with an attitude. For example I was asked for my receipt, but they NEVER provide a receipt. I always give all the food back for them to check it and so they can replace what is missing. I have also been given the complete wrong order. read more

Worst Chick-fil-A in the country! If I could give negative stars I would. They consistently make errors or omit items from orders but that's not the real problem. Today Lauren, an unsmiling, unfriendly associate was taking orders outside in the outside lane. I pulled in and the car with her was there for over two minutes so I honked my horn one time. The car then proceeded to move within a second or two. When I got to Lauren I apologized and said it was not for her it was for the rude customer. Lauren then told me she was not rude and that she had questions. They way Lauren looked at me was so unprofessional. She didn't accept my apology and then told me the woman had a screaming toddler. I pointed to my backseat to show I had one too and informed her mine would be next if people held up the line like that. At this point with no verbal responses and a blank stare from Lauren I reminded her I had a mobile order and asked if I could proceed. She then says she will go tell them. What? She leaves her post with the lane full of cars to go inside. I pull around and she's talking with an assistant manager Sarah. They have the open doors instead of a window so i got their attention and then Sarah comes and speaks with me, doesn't apologized for her associates rude behavior or any misunderstanding. I told her what happened and that I honked one time at someone holding the line up and that is completely acceptable in society. She did not agree and smirked, unable to answer direct questions like an adult should be, especially someone in a supervisory role. She asked if I had made an order, I told her it was a mobile one and she should have known that before speaking with me. She then proceeds to go get my food, comes back and I get a beaten up ripped wrapper around a biscuit that looked like it was thrown on the floor. Rest of the food looked fine but I wasn't going to eat it. Pulled back around and gave my food to Maddie, a wonderful, friendly associate who has helped in the past with orders missing items. There are plenty of great people there, it's a chick fil a, okay. It's just that the manager seems to hire some folks with less than what it takes to work there to give you the experience that rises above other fast food. In summary, absolutely atrocious, disrespectful customer service at all levels and they will F up your food... a lot. We spend 3-5k at Chick fil a annually and this experience was the single worst I've ever had at any of their locations. I won't be going back. We love the food but can live without it. read more

This chick fil a does a great job. It's close to the interstate and an outlet mall so it's always super busy. But in spite of it being busy you get your food quickly. The restrooms are always clean. My food has always been good and the service has always been what you come to expect from Chick fil a. You feel like they care about you and that you aren't just an order. read more

Chick-fil-a is my favorite restaurant when I have my kids. The kids go wild and the adults have a nice meal. The Cobb salad with chili lime vinaigrette is my go to Chick-fil-a order. I also stop buy to get drinks on the way to the park because I love the real lemonade! Also the chicken sandwiches and fries are really good. My least favorite thing is the ice cream. read more

Great food and always friendly service. They now have a double drive thru which really helps in the busy morning breakfast rush. The restaurant is clean and also the kids play area is really clean also. This is a really busy chick-fil-a with it being on interstate I-85. I ask for a couple of more sauces, and the employee was so rude and told us they could not give us anymore because of a sauce shortage. Grandson would not eat his cold chic nugs - Wife did not appreciate the cold chic breast sand. She said she would not be back to Chic Fil A. I would - but not this location unless it was a slow time of day. The counter person should play for the Blackhawks as he was SLAPSHOTING sandwiches out faster than any goalie could ever hope to block. Today was my 4th visit to this particular Chick-fil-A. I usually dine in but decided to use the drive trough instead. The line was long but it always is during the lunch hour here. The lined moved fairly quickly, much faster than any other fast food in town. While placing my order the voice of the speaker was very courteous. He even offered condiments which I always forget about. Try that at the neighboring fast food place (one with the arches) where they try their best not to hand out condiments. When I got up to the window to pay there were two nice ladies there. One took my payment and the other gave my my order after she confirmed my order down the condiments I asked for. Talk about going above and beyond the norm. I enjoyed my visit very much and recommend this Chick-fil-A to others. Even if the place looked packed, which is during lunch, you will still be served quickly and courteously. read more
