This review is purely based on the drive-thru experience. The window time is just ok. It's not fast enough to be impressive and not slow enough to aggravate you, unless go at lunch or dinner time. Sometimes there are VERY grumpy people working the window. Like they're mad you had the audacity to come and order from them and other times there are super friendly people working the window so I can't rate the entire staff. It's always a roll of the dice. They really deserve a 2 star rating tbh but they never really mess up my order so that's something. My biggest issue with this location is that the food never seems fresh. Soggy and messy is how I would describe it. No care whatsoever. I know it's fast food but the BKs in the towns near by are little better, food is hot and crispy. The other issue is that it seems like they water down their fountain soda. Like it's terrible. You are better off grabbing a coke from the 7/11 2 minutes away then drinking what they give at the drive through. The reason this BK does as well as it does is because it's on the corner of 109 and straight path. If it was out of the way you wouldn't waste your time stopping here. If I had to guess I think this location is franchised. Also the parking lot sucks after the remodel. Too tight so be careful. read more

Wtf is this ummm that's not the right bun! Also they forgot the onions. Also and this was absolutely crazy the girl at the drive thru took my napkins out of the dispenser one by one like you take tissues out of the box. They she just threw them in my bag in one handful. How do you not know to take them from the stack area on/under the counter. I will never come back to this Burger King. Completely unsanitary with the napkins. Due to power outages in Suffolk County since Tuesday, August 4th I have been coming to this Burger King location for breakfast and to charge my devices. I come to this Burger King location often, but I use the drive up window and this is the first time I have been in the store and what a SURPRISE! Here are a couple of things I want to point out. First, the store fails big time for cleanliness especially early in the morning. Floors, tables, chairs and seats are dirty and it shows that the night manager and the morning manager do not check the store before they close or open, which then would make you wonder HOW TRULY CLEAN THE KICTHEN IS FOR FOOD PREPERATION??? Secondly, putting signs on tables saying, "Throne Out Of Order" does not stop people from sitting at the tables to eat and I guess since the management thought that would stop people from sitting they do not clean those tables and they are also filthy at 8:30am and the store has only been open since 7am, SMH!!! Maybe consider taping off or roping off the tables that are not to be use so people truly do not sit at the "Throne Out Of Order" tables, because the signs clearly do not work! Thirdly, with all that is going on with Covid-19 you would think that Store #3604 would have done away with the bucket with a cloth soaking in reusable dirty water as the method of cleaning tables(which they barely do clean, but when they do they are cleaning with reusable dirty water and a dirty cloth)! This place is one of the rudest people I have ever met each time I've gone here they always seem to have something up their booties. I came in cause they made a mistake which was fine cause I get it stuff happens an but when I told them about the error she grabbed the bag out of my hand and threw the bag into the garbage aggressively and spoke to me as if I was trash on the side,and I just kept nodding my head and said okay nicely. This was at 1030am the this morning and it looked like the manager. Someone should check her before she keeps chasing more people away cause I used to go every weekend for my breakfast but I'm good on that now. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of customer service the employees at this particular location have... I go here quite frequently due to living so close and it amazes me on poor the employees treat the customers and how rude they are. There have been a number of occasions where my order was wrong and when I tried to attempt to let them fix I would get such a nasty attitude and they would argue with me over something so SIMPLE...Like it disgusting and I have made several attempts to speak with the managers up there in regards to it and they refuse to listen or admit that there is even an issue .They definitely need a re training on customer service as well as proper work ethics. read more

I've been working through the nights for 2 years in this area building a Take-Out Joint. After 10:00 PM it's fast food only available. So after eating at them all, I can tell you clearly and unequivocally this is by far the Best. NOT during the day mind you. During the day the food & staff SUCK!, cold raw soggy Fries, told fresh off the broiler when its cold and dry, nasty teen Karens at the register looking for a beef. So how is it the night shifts fries are hot and crispy, burgers are truly hot & fresh off the broiler. It's because of the outstanding work/service management leadership of the night Manager "Luis Geronimo" no slacking everything's done as it was intended. Sometimes I have to pull over by front doors and wait a few minutes but my food comes Hot & Fresh !!!! Get the number 8 Spicy Chicken & Fries right out of the fryer blazing Hot & Crispy or a Hot & Moist Whopper with extra everything actually on the burger as requested. Go there at night and see Luis, he makes the difference. When I open my take out joint I'd love to steal this guy. I gave up on Wendy's & Micky Ds. I only do this BK and ONLY AT NIGHT !!. The female manager is by far the rudest unhappiest person I've have had to deal with she always has that puss on her face show never says hello or EVER never NEVER EVER WILL she say 'thank you' today was the final straw I ordered at the drive up I found my coupon after I placed my order I said do you want me to come inside and pay I then saud 'I don't want to hold up your line behind me...her response? 'You already ARE holding up my line' *this is the (10th+ time that she has been MEAN RUDE & NEVER SMILES OR SAYS THANK YOU I SAID 'I'LL COME BACK' and drove off my order was on the counter I left I am horrified the way she treats me and others if she hates her regular customers and always has that rude tude why be in the food industry? West Babylon store. The food & service is better than it was a few months ago. Now it would be nice if the staff spoke English. All I hear is spanish. Evenwhen trying to place an order, the staff hardly speaks or understands english. I probably would go more often if they used english. read more

I'd stopped going to this store a while ago because they couldn't ever seem to get my order right. Decided to give them another chance, and... Bingo! they screwed it up again. The staff was friendly, wait time was short. Got a Bacon King which I have to say was bigger and better than I expected. But the Grilled Chicken BACON Cheddar Ranch Salad that I ate the next day? The chicken and other salad ingredients were fine - but where's the BACON? Thus the 2 stars - and I'll be going back to the Montauk Hwy store where they almost always get everything right! read more
