So I have eaten at SmashBurger a few times at this location. I consider myself a bit of Burger Snob so I enjoy really good burgers. In previous visits everything has been fine, not excellent but fine. Yesterday, 5-17-26, I stopped in to pick up two burgers and some fries for a friend and me. Order a Double Deluxe and Double Bacon with two orders of scorching fries and one order of brussels sprouts. Whoever had their hand on the salt shaker was VERY VERY VERY heavy handed. I could not finish the burger which for anyone that knows me is very RARE! Every bite was like licking a salt shaker. Then I tried the brussels sprouts which is one of my favorite items at this restaurant. Boy oh boy, if the salt on the burger was bad, this was high blood pressure and heart attack in a cardboard cup. I could not take a second bite. Wow the amount of salt was more than excessive. We enjoyed the Scorching Fries but if you do not like hot (Read Spicy) food stay away. I love blazing hot chicken wings so these were good but really hot so "Scorching" is not a misnomer. I am not sure if I will go back, Five guys is a strong competitor and have never had that experience. It is possible that this was just one person with a heavy hand on the salt, but after $35 they need to have better quality control. It's been years since I have visited Smashburger and I forgot how good they are! They have a good selection of burgers but I love the build your own option. I did the veggie patty, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, truffle mayo, and grilled red onions. It was scrumptious! Also they have a wide array of sides. However, how often do you see sweet potato waffle fries?! You know I had to try them! I added a side of bbq sauce and devoured every last bite. The service was wonderful and I got to watch my server make my milkshake by hand practically. Finally, my cousin got the loaded hotdog with the most delicious bun either of us had ever had. She was impressed I ate my entire meal in one sitting but I knew I could not let any of the deliciousness go to waste. The kicker is a burger, fries, and shake was only about 20 bucks! I had ordered the brisket single and it was definitely over cooked but thank god not chewy. This is a chain and I get it but they could have done better. Shame because the place is big but empty. The staff are working hard and responsive but overall there wasn't anything special that would bring me back. Sweet potato fries were alright. It's a place to come back to after you made your rounds from other burger joints. I would just try something different next time like their Burger. Probably stick to tator tots. read more

If wanted some fries with razz and that rosemary touch is chef kiss, I had ordered a double classic with jalapeño banging son my only complaint is that my tongue seriously burning from how hot the burger meat was I wish I would of waited to take a bite out of my burger my tongue is pulsating as I write this so before you devour please let it sit for a few mins. Went here Sunday at 6:00pm. Quickly seated yet seemed like they forgot about my shake, but were very understanding and kind about it. Bun for burger was cold, but burger it's self was delicious. I very rarely use grubhub. I ordered a double burger fries and two cokes. originally the text said 35-45 minutes. I ordered around 5:50pm. The order came ice cold at 7:20pm. When I called the store I was told there is no one from grubhub waiting yet I spoke to the driver first! I microwaved everything and took a bite. It tasted like a handful of salt. If I were at a restaurant I would have sent it back. I ordered the grilled onions they were raw. The burger was inedible the service was the worst I ever experienced anywhere. I enjoy Smashburger a lot. I believe their burgers are made from quality beef. This location is convenient and has ample seating and parking. I had a limited time Tennessee burger and i am not a fan. The taste was overpowered by hot peppers, so much so that my mouth was tingling from the hot spicy flavor. (That is why I deducted a star.) The young person who took my order was clearly not a career employee and projected neither welcoming nor exuberance. Omg. During COVID was the first time i tried it. Im a nurse and was so stressed out during the pandemic... and plus i was nervous to order out food. But i tried it anyways. I thought that it would have been hit or miss. But it was awesome. It actually made me really happy that during this time u can order a burger to go that was satisfying. First timer- while the food was good, I was really rubbed the wrong way by the cashier. I felt very rushed (there was literally no one else there) and when I asked if I could change our my fries for tots he said "well I already put the order in!" even though we werent done ordering and hadn't paid?
