I visited this location(Panola Rd) in July 2019. The food was hot, customer service fine. While there a employee starting re stocking napkins, & pulled a bin from under the counter. The bin was suppose to be white, but it was BROWN/FILTHY!! I understand the bin does not store food,but people put their mouths on napkins! It would only take a second to wash, so why so nasty? I would give this place zero if I could. I ordered a whopper. It had two little sad old pieces of lettuce and barely any ketchup, or mayonnaise. On top of it, it was cold. My vegetarian friend and I walked in around 6:30pm on Sunday December 2nd and ordered a Veggie burger with cheese and an order of French fries. The young man behind the register did not know you had veggie burgers on the menu. While he was attempting to ring up our order, another young lady pushed the young man helping us out of the way so she could clock out. Once we received our order and got home, we realized the young man either did not ring up a veggie burger or the person making the order did not know where the veggie burgers are kept because we were given a beef burger. I'm not going to spend a lot of time with this review. Burger King is definitely not my morning go to place but I did give it a try this morning because I was running a little behind. When I pulled up to the drive through speaker there was a hand written sign saying that the sign was broke and to please put up to the second window to order and pay. As I pulled around the building I found only one other car in front of me. Of course, it was only 530am so I didn't really expect a flood of people but with the order kiosk being out of order I expected a delay. The car in front of me was in and out pretty quickly. When I got to the window I was greeted by a very friendly younger guy who looked like he could play professional football. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a medium hash round. He immediately tried to save me a few bucks by suggesting the 2 SEC croissants for $4 special they had running. He turned out to be a great suggestive salesperson. He took my order and my money and quickly returned with my meal. Both items were hot and fresh. He offered some condiments and seemed sincere when telling me to have a great day. The food was what I expected from BK and the customer service was definitely above average. His positive attitude has stuck with me most of the morning ! I love Burger King burgers more than McDonald's. This place has awful customer service. I was in line in the Drive-Thru vetline did not move for 20 minutes I'm not exaggerating I'm not joking. So I parked my car. And then I go inside I get inside there's literally only for people and three of them have already ordered I'm not kidding. This Burger King never lets me down with there wack ass service. My order is never right and the people are so rude when you bring the food back. When they took the one out of Stoncrest I Almost died. Its sad that i have to either go to flat shoals or Conyers for great service and food. I never had a place get my order wrong so many times. Speaker volume is extremely low. You literally have to lean out your window to hear if they heard your order correctly, and if they didn't and something was missing, you have to pull all the way around in the loonggg drive thru to re-order, or you have to go inside to re-order. The staff also seems a bit unorganized, and the fries are always cold as if they take it out and have them sitting for a hour before serving. read more

On my lunch break today Thursday, 1/30/2020 used coupon for the 2 whopper meals for 8.99 and the order went like this: for the first sandwich no pickles, extra lite mayo, extra ketsup cut in half so now for the second sandwich no tomatoes, extra pickles, with cheese cut in half BUT this is what we got for first sandwich, no extra ketsup and no tomatoes and with second one, cheese was added with extra pickles and no tomatoes but there was no cheese, no extra pickles and it had tomatoes on it. Just about every time you go to the drive thru there is always a problem with the order being right but now the cashier was nice and when I tried calling the store they never answer the phone so I called the other number 866-394-2493 and again no answer. I'm very disappointed that this happens a lot in our neighbors with these young people not caring enough to do the job right. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL! I hate this location. The entire staff should be fired. The shenanigans that go on at night are ridiculous. Sometimes they shut down the drive-thru at night for no reason. I have seen them park a white van in the drive-thru to prevent customers from driving up. Tonight when I got to the drive-thru speaker box the cashier said she couldn't take my order until I got to the first window because they weren't able to take orders from the speaker box. It seemed to work just fine to me. There were about 4 cars in front of me so I left. You can't even call what they offer customer service. First of all I waited 5 minutes in the parking lot for my meal. I ordered nuggets, satisfrys and a apple cranberry salad. When I arrived at work I was quite disappointed . The frys were very hot and fresh, but the nuggets were cold and the salad had old lettuce and hardly any cranberries.
