One of the worst Burger Kings. I was stuck in the drive in. They took 40min for 2 cheese burgers. What a waste of time

This concern is for the 7 mile Livonia restaurant. I called to let them know my sandwich top bun was broken three different areas of the bread and the sandwich was cold. Another time I received the wrong burger in my bag. They also, seem a bit unorganized inside or confused. That wasn't nice of the packer to not put another top bun on the sandwich you don't treat your customers that way. I did call and spoke to the manager she apologized and offered me another one and I said no just please do the right thing to your customers. read more

The people here are rude and inconsiderate. I waited 5 mins at the speaker box for someone to take my order, a total of 15 mins in the drive thru total with a screaming baby in the backseat. I call to talk to the manager and am telling her what happened and she was interrupting me the whole time and was like what do you want me to do? I went there last week because the Burger King on Middlebelt near 5 mile had a broken broiler. Their equipment is always down. This is my third time at this particular Burger King. The first time I asked for a plain bacon double cheeseburger and they gave me a burger with everything on it. The next time we ordered chicken and they forgot to give us any sauce. Last week I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger plain again it has hit clearly been microwaved and was old. read more

Not a beef eater but I enjoy that whopper taste and order impossibles. I did a mobile order to use rewards and they gave me a regular whopper. When I went back threw they basically complained and made it my fault, told me she wouldn't switch it again, but replaced it with another regular whopper. Waste of time and money I did spend. I've been ordering Impossible Whoppers here pretty much since they started selling them. The place gets a little worse with every visit. Had to have several orders remade, others credited. I've been ordering through the app for about a year, since they stopped having coupons for Impossible Whoppers. Today I ordered the Whopper Wednesday offer, they charged my credit card, and when I got to the store they told me they had no Impossible Whoppers and that they could not give me a refund "because the app is a third party". The app doesn't say "third party" anywhere on it, and there is no provision to get a refund through the app. So, I'll just call my credit card company and report this as fraud or theft or something. You can't charge people for product you have no ability to deliver. read more

Everything was cold, fries and onion rings were died out and old so obviously they've been sitting a while. won't be going back to this store and I let everyone know not to go here since the food is disgusting. what's happening to fast food places lately? can't anyone make something fresh so it's at least hot! We live about a block or so way from here so it's always been our go to restaurant. We've used gift cards here on multiple occasions. We stopped for lunch today and had a gift card, we go to pay and all 3 people in there say they don't have the machine to take gift cards and we'd have to pay for our full meal. Paying wasn't the problem, it's telling me you won't honor a gift card because you can't. I know you're lying. You're either too lazy to punch in the gift card number or not trained. The guy I handed the card to turned around and said how do I do this? To which, I think the manager says, "we can't do that we don't have the machine " yes you do. Burger King is the only place I've had this happen to on more than 1 occasion at 2 different locations. All my bad experiences keep happening at Burger King restaurants only. Corporate needs to either fire everyone and train new competent employees or go out of business, because their customer service is terrible. Do not go to this location, especially with a gift card. read more

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 meals. One of the sandwiches for one was left out. I was not given a receipt after payment. When I checked the bag, I saw my sandwich wasn't there. After turning around and going inside, I waited for four bovine Americans to order 6 meals for 4 people. The mother of which was evidently the wife of the manager, who gave him his own lunch. Ironic considering he forgot mine. After I explained my missing sandwich, I was immediately given my original sandwich (god forbid they re-fire it) and a free drink for my trouble. Too bad the only drinks the machine was equipped to dispense was Root Beer and Ginger Ale. The kid at the counter seemed pissed, like i was inconveniencing him. Ordered a #1.... no tomatoes with mayo, add cheese. They didn't do it right , so went in.... listen to the KID in the back take attitude...telling his co worker.... she has to wait. Really? Why should have to wait because of YOUR mistake??? But no problem... mistakes, happen I wasnt upset....but to make his point that he was irritated that he had to make another one.... he put so much mayo on the burger, you couldn't taste anything else.... and still left ketchup on there. Spotlessly clean. Quick, friendly service. Seems to be run unusually well. Has new 150-flavor pop machine. Three tables on the patio for nice days. I'm impressed, and that's unusual. Parking lot entrance is a little odd for first-time visitors, but enables entry from Middlebelt or 7 Mile. I wish all BK's were this good. read more

Overall not bad experience, it was friendly, fast, and the place was clean. My only complaint was their pop machine didn't work, I only had two choices. Don't eat at this location 7 Mile and Middlebelt when Marty "supervisor" and Carol "store Manager" is their. Ordered a Big King Mushroom Swiss combo , crispy chicken combo , Jr. whopper combo and we wanted extra Mayo on them. They made all the sandwiches swimming in mayo were you can't eat it!!! The chicken looked so dry up like it was in the warmer for hours. Wife called and talked to Marty to put name in book and I went in to get replacement and talked to Marty and she said what are you looking to get replaced with a attitude and I said well if you had all you food swimming in Mayo I think the whole order. She said I have to get a GM go head for that and by the way I came in with the food that was bad. The replacement was bad too , chicken dry out , fries were not cook all the way , the Big King Mushroom Swiss was not seasoned. The Bill was $18+ and they said that they only can refund $9+ WOW. Going to the one on Middlebelt and 5 Mile in Livonia for now on. read more
